Abstract

The background of this research is to depart from the reading of the Qur'an which then presents or sends its reward to people who have died by the people of Paringgonan Village, Ulu Barumun District, Padang Lawas Regency, the implementation is different from what is practiced by other villages in Ulu Barumun District. This research is a qualitative field research, using descriptive analysis methods. The purpose of this study is to, Know the practice  of reading qulhuwallah  carried out by the people of Paringgonan Village, knowing the views of scholars and community understanding of the tradition and knowing the implications of the qulhuwallah reading tradition. The results showed that: The practice  of the tradition of reading qulhuwallah in Paringgonan Village is carried out every time there is a death, on the first, second and third nights after the death is buried. The views of Paringgonan scholars on the tradition of reading  qulhuwallah are generally the same, namely encouraging people to read qulhuwallah  every time there is death. Community understanding  of the tradition, namely a form of help for people who have died, comforting disaster experts, and social means to stay in touch. As well as the implications of this tradition, it is able to shape the personality  of the community based on Qur'anic values  to always remember death, help ease the burden on mait families, and also strengthen social relations of the community so that the Qur'an is more familiar in the midst of the wider community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Rahn and MULIA financing on profits at Indonesian Sharia Pawnshops. This research was conducted using secondary data obtained from the official OJK website, namely statistical data on government pawnshop companies for 2018-2022. The method used in this study is a quantitative method by analyzing quantitative data. The data collection technique for this research is to collect secondary data that has been prepared and published for public consumption. The analysis tool used is the Eviews 10 application. The results showed that the Rahn variable had a positive and insignificant effect on the profits of PT Pegadaian Syariah Indonesia in 2018-2022. Meanwhile, the MULIA variable has a negative and insignificant effect on the profits of PT Pegadaian Syariah Indonesia in 2018-2022. Based on the results of the F test, it is known that the two independent variables simultaneously have no effect on the profits of PT Pegadaian Syariah Indonesia in 2018-2022.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of merchant income on tourist attractions with case studies conducted at the Cokro Springs object. The type of data used is primary data using a saturated sample of 64 respondents. The method of analysis of this research uses multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25 and the data collection method uses a questionnaire. The results showed that business capital partially had an effect on income, working hours partially had an effect on income, and the number of visitors partially had an effect on income. The results of the F test show a Sig value of 0.000, less than 0.05, meaning that the independent variables of business capital, working hours, and the number of visitors together have a significant effect on the income of traders at the Cokro Springs tourist attraction..

Abstract

Various problems faced by students in the early semester can be overcome if balanced with comprehensive adjustments so the goals of learning outcomes related to academic achievement will be good. This research focuses on student academic achievement in the early semester which is still not optimal because they have to adapt to their environment. Individual personal beliefs and the support of friends really help the process of adaptation to student self adjustment. The research method used was a quantitative type of survey. 200 early semester students form outside the West Java area at Siliwangi University were the sample in this study and the sampling technique used nonprobablity sampling, namely saturated samples. Data collection techniques using quistionnaries and data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results of the study show that based on self efficacy test and peer support, each has direct effect on self adjustment. Then another result in obtained that peer support does not have a direct effect on academic achievement while self efficacy and self adjustment each have a direct effect on academic achievement. Based on the path analysis test shows that self efficacy and peer support each have an indirect effect on academic achievement through self adjustment as an intervening variable.

. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of viral marketing and turbo martketing on purchasing decisions. Method method used in this research is the Associative method. With instruments using a Likert scale questionnaire. This research location was conducted at the Jelita Cosmetic Bima Store Jl. Sulawesi No.21 Bima City. The population used in this study are all consumers who have bought scarlett skincare at the Jelita Cosmetic Bima store which is not known with a research sample of consumers who have ever bought and consumers who are 17 years old. consumers who have bought and consumers who are 17 years of age and over. The result in this study is Viral Marketing has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. significant on purchasing decisions. This This means that Viral Marketing at Jelita Cosmetic Bima Shop influences the Scarlett Skincare purchasing decision at the Jelita Cosmetic Bima Store. Turbo Marketing has a significant effect on purchase decision. This means that Turbo Marketing is not significant on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Skincare at Jelita Cosmetic Bima Store. Viral Marketing and Turbo Marketing simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Skincare at Jelita Cosmetic Bima Store.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan ujian nasional mengalami kendala mulai dari sebelum pelaksanaan, proses pelaksanaan dan pasca pelaksanaan. Pemanfaatan hasil ujian nasional sebagai satu-satunya indikator keberhasilan peserta didik selama proses pembelajaran tentu kurang tepat kemudian sistem evaluasi diubah di Indonesia. Penghapusan ujian nasional secara tidak langsung berdampak pada proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Sebagai pengganti ujian nasional ini adalah Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum dan survei karakter. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang konsep Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum dalam rangka meningkatkan kemampuan literasi numerasi peserta didik di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian studi literatur. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Asesmen dilakukan tidak berdasarkan kemampuan penguasaan materi sesuai kurikulum seperti pada ujian nasional, tetapi dirancang untuk memetakan dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum berfokus pada penguasaan kompetensi literasi dan numerasi yang diukur. Dengan demikian, pelaksanaan Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan literasi numerasi peserta didik di Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of word of mouth communication on purchasing decisions. The type of research used is associative research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study were consumers of the Warren Store in Palopo City who already bought based on word of mouth information with 30 respondents as a sample that randomly taken. Data obtained with a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. From the results of simple regression estimation, it can be seen that word of mouth communication has a positive and significantly correlated with purchasing decisions, so to encourage consumer purchasing decisions, the Warren Store should design and make sure the information has directly spread by former consumers with certain incentives through social media..

Abstract

Human rights (HAM) are rights that every human being must have, without which it is impossible for them to live as human beings. Employers who enforce regulations prohibiting female workers from wearing the hijab can be considered religious discrimination against their employees. One of the clothes that is synonymous with women is the hijab, which means women are considered unable to carry out their activities freely. As a result, in some places, women wearing the hijab are considered to be discriminated against. The aim of this research is to find out what forms of discrimination there are against female workers who wear the hijab and the efforts that female workers can make to eliminate discrimination in wearing the hijab in the workplace, as well as the legal consequences of implementing it. the prohibition. The results of this research are that the government must be more strict in imposing sanctions on companies that provide regulations prohibiting female workers from wearing the hijab.

Abstract

Hypnosis-based deceptive practices, commonly known as "gendam," have emerged as a growing concern in society. This article aims to examine the law enforcement efforts that can be employed to address these fraudulent activities. The research utilizes legal analysis and case studies to assess existing laws and regulations while identifying challenges faced by law enforcement agencies in combating gendam practices. The findings reveal that gendam practices are often challenging to detect and legally prove due to their covert and intangible nature. However, law enforcement efforts can be enhanced through increased public awareness regarding the dangers of gendam practices, training for law enforcement officers in identifying such criminal activities, and improvements in business oversight and related regulations. The article also reviews several legal cases associated with gendam practices that have been successfully prosecuted, illustrating how effective law enforcement can serve as a deterrent to perpetrators. Thus, this article provides insights into law enforcement strategies that can be employed to combat hypnosis-based deceptive practices (gendam) and underscores the need for collaboration between the public, government authorities, and law enforcement agencies to effectively address this issue.

Abstract

Juvenile delinquency today is a very popular issue, this is related to the actions they take that have a negative impact. Bullying is one example of juvenile delinquency caused by poor family and play environment, it is classified as an act of violence that threatens the mentality of the victims of bullying. As a result of bullying, victims can have suicidal intentions due to the trauma they experience. The biggest impact experienced can certainly be done because of bullying with physical violence and on an ongoing basis. So with the problems that destroy children as state assets, this makes the task that must be resolved by the state because it intersects with basic rights as rights related to human rights themselves. The method used in examining this research is juridical normating with data collection by literature study, with the result that bullying is an act of juvenile delinquency that violates the basic rights of others and is very detrimental.
