Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the problems of single parent parents in providing religious guidance in the family environment. This study uses a descriptive approach with qualitative research types. The result shows that the single parent problem in providing religious guidance to families in Buluh Engadang village has three problems, namely economic problems, social problems and educational problems. The problem experienced by single parents who are single parents is an economic problem. With this economic problem, single parent parents have spent a lot of time making a living. Single parent social problems studied have different social sides. This difference is motivated by the environment around where single parent parents live. The community considers a single parent with one eye so that people do not believe that single parent parents are unable to raise their children and educate their children, but the reality is that single parent parents are able to send their children to the university level. The problem of single parent education has different levels of education, so that single parent parents realize that education is so important.

Abstract

This research was conducted to explain that Pencak Silat is one of the martial arts sports that can be used as a medium for preaching especially at the Susun Sirih Pencak Silat College, Selakau District. The objectives of this study were: 1) To determine the forms of preaching media in the Susun Sirih Pencak Silat College, Selakau District. 2) To find out the application or the process of delivering da'wah messages at the Susun Sirih Pencak Silat College, Selakau District. This research uses a descriptive approach with a qualitative type. The data sources used are primary and secondary. The results of this study are; 1) There are two forms of preaching media in the Selakau Subdistrict Pencak Silat College, namely: pledge and discourse which have an important role to act as an intermediary for delivering da'wah messages. 2) the application or process of delivering da’wah messages at the Susun Sirih Pencak Silat College, Selakau District, in the application process using verbal communication and non-verbal communication, this is intended so that the recipient of the da'wah message can properly receive the message conveyed.

Abstract

Leadership is an urgent issue in the order of community life, especially in regional elections (pilkada) is a party of democracy in the city or regional level that determines the direction of future government sustainability policy by capitalizing on the political parties that accompany it, so the election of regional heads (pilkada) raises many pro and cons among the people and the national political elite in addressing the problems and dynamics of a better, transparent, accountable and integrity government. So that the elections are expected not to satisfy power and ambition but solutions in building a just, prosperous and prosperous society based on the formulation of the Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution as the philosophy of the nation that uses a democratic system. Then the characteristic of democracy is freedom, equality, and people's sovereignty. Democracy is basically an understanding that wants freedom, sovereignty for the people in accordance with existing legal norms, so that democracy in political terms is defined as people's government.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an, through a series of verses, also lays down a series of basic norms for several types of transactions, both general and specific. Includes basic norms relating to several types of economic transactions. Therefore, the absorption of the texts of the Al-Qur'an into a legal compilation including economic and financial verses on the compilation of Islamic economic law will certainly experience difficulties. However, it is substantially based on the legal istinbath (istinbath al-ahkam) of the existing economic law verses, it is very possible. The possibility that the compilation of the Qur'anic texts will be absorbed into the compilation of Sharia economics, really depends on the compilation model itself. This includes emphasizing balance in life, not only focusing on or emphasizing the relationship of a servant with God (ta'abbudi), but also social (ijtimaiyyah). Abstract

Early marriage is a marriage between a man and a woman who is still below the minimum limit stipulated by Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. The purpose of marriage is to get offspring, create a harmonious, prosperous and happy family. Marriage at this very young age will invite many unexpected problems because from a physical, material, and mental perspective it is not yet established. So that often there is a collapse in the family. Harmony in the family is not determined by age, because everything is returned to each individual. But age can usually influence the way a person thinks and acts. Early marriage invites a lot of problems in the household, because from a very young age and from a psychological point of view it is not yet established. Problems and differences in understanding trigger conflict. With this young age, it is very difficult to respond to problems that exist in the household.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the internalization of religious moderation in the Student Independence Standards (SKKPD) in higher education. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of library research research. Primary data sources are documents related to religious moderation and students' independent competency standards. The analysis of research data is inductive which consists of reduction, category, synthesis and preparation of working hypotheses. The results showed that the internalization of the dimensions of religious moderation in the standard of competence for independence of students, namely: by making religious moderation an aspect of the development of the foundation of life for religious moderation; 1) Examine deeper into the meaning of the National Commitment; Tolerance; Anti violence; and accommodating to local culture; 2) Living up to the values ​​of the National Commitment; Tolerance; Anti violence; and accommodating to local culture; 3) Sincerity in carrying out the National Commitment; Tolerance; Anti violence; and accommodating to local culture

Abstract

Strategy is a method used to carry out an activity to achieve a goal. Through the strategy can determine a plan that will be produced. LAZISMU Sambas Regency is an institution that operates as a manager of infaq and shadaqah zakat funds, of course, has a mature strategy. This is very influential on the programs being run and plays an important role in collecting funds from donors and distributing them to mustahik. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how HAPIS spiritual extracurriculars can contribute to the development of self-esteem (Self Esteem) of students who take spiritual extracurriculars at SMA Negeri 3 Teluk Keramat. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive type of research. In the process of collecting data, researchers used observations, interviews, and documentation. For the data analysis process, researchers used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions or verification. Meanwhile, to check the validity of the data, researchers used triangulation and member check. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a contribution of spiritual extracurricular activities in the development of self-esteem (Self Esteem) of students at SMA Negeri 3 Teluk Keramat through several activities such as Liqo 'Rutin, OBH (Olahraga Together HAPIS), TPQ Fostered Competition, and Outbound. The development that occurs in students shows an increase in self-esteem than before and personality development in a more positive direction. The application of development to students is not only within the scope of the school, but also within the family and society in general.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran DP3A Kabupaten Sambas dalam mencegah anak terpapar narkoba. Prosedur penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian yaitu di Kantor DP3A Kabupaten Sambas. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: 1)DP3A memiliki program Sosialisasi tentang Narkoba; 2) DP3A melakukan pencegahan agar anak terhindar dari narkoba. Semua tataran dilakukan melalui sosialisasi dan menyusun PERDA kabupaten layanan dan sudah dalam proses; 3) Kegiatan yang dilakukan hanya kegiatan sosialisasi dimana semua bisa dilibatkan termasuk juga masyarakat, institusi pendidikan, kepala desa, dan kepolisian; 4) program yang dilaksanakan DP3A sudah berjalan sebagaimana yang DP3A gencarkan dan intensifikasi terhadap kegiatan-kegiatan yang bisa mencegah penggunaan narkoba oleh anak-anak, namun kasus tetap ada; 5) Setiap program akan dievaluasi dan ditindak lanjuti; 6) Dasarnya pelaksanaan Perlindungan Anak yaitu Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002; 7) Belum tercatat jumlah anak yang terpapar narkoba di kabupaten sambas. Simpulan: DP3A sudah berperan dalam melindungi anak-anak dikabupaten sambas dari terpapar narkoba.

Abstract

Kontekstualisasi Matan Hadist merupakan tindakan interpretasi yang tidak akan meninggalkan teks, dan konteks masa lalu, namun teks dan konteks masa lalu tersebut direkognisi, agar sinkron dengan kondisi zaman modern. Karena teks dan konteks masa lalu, terkadang tidak ditemukan pada zaman modern, namun maksud dari teks dan konteks masanlalu, akan ditemukan di zaman modern. Interpretasi dan pemaknaan hadits akan terasa baru dengan adanya metode kontekstualisasi hadits, yang mana hal tersebut diramu dengan model hermeneutika hadits, asumsinya jika hadits tersebut hanya dipahami secara tekstual, dan hanya konteks masa lalu, sebagian hasilnya semacam bertentangan dengan kondisi saat ini. Maka dari itu, penting melakukan kontekstualisasi hadits pada zaman modern saat ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi library research Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kontekstualisasi hadis sangat diperlukan pada zaman kontemporer ini sebagai peluang bagi mujtahid kontemporer guna memahami dan menyelesaikan masalah pada hadis bahkan permasalahan di abad modern ini. Kontekstualisasi tersebut perlu menggunakan perangkat, salah satunya adalah hermeneutika.
