Abstract

Diarrheal disease is still one of the main causes of morbidity and death. Data from the Cirebon District Health Office in 2017 the number of diarrhea sufferers was 16,489 cases, for diarrhea in infants by 4,259 cases. There was an increase in the number of diarrhea sufferers at Beber Health Center in 2017 by 660 people to 837 in 2018. This study aims to analyze the Risk of Environmental Sanitation Pollution with Incidence of Diarrhea in Toddlers in the Work Area of Beber DTP Puskesmas Cirebon Regency in 2019. This type of research is analytic with cross sectional design. Total population of 564 patients. Researchers used the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique with a total of 85 respondents. Primary data through filling out questionnaires by respondents. Statistical analysis was performed univariately and bivariately with the Chi Square method. Univariate analysis results showed 33 respondents (47.6%) dug wells were at high risk of pollution, 31 respondents (36.5%) springs of high pollution risk, 38 respondents (44.7%) pipeline risk of moderate pollution and 46 respondents (54.1%) had suffered diarrhea. Based on the statistical test results, the value of ρ-value 0.000 is smaller than α = 0.05, meaning that there is a significant relationship between the risk of environmental pollution and the incidence of diarrhea in infants in the working area of Beber Health Center in 2019. It was concluded that there was a significant relationship between the risk of sanitation pollution environment with diarrhea. It is hoped that puskesmas nurses will continue to supervise the sanitation of clean water facilities by inspecting clean water facilities and taking water samples in the community.

Abstract

On the yellow label of patient includes high priority is emergency victims who cannot be given the highest or moderate priority, patient care can be delayed in less than 30 minutes. The patient's ignorance about the management of triage services by nurses in the emergency room influences the patient's satisfaction and anxiety. This study aimed to determine the correlation between patient knowledge about triage services and the anxiety of yellow label patients in the Emergency of Pelabuhan Hospital in 2019. This is a correlational analytic research with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all yellow label patients admitted to the Emergency Hospital of the Port Hospital at April. The number of patients in February 2019 was 616 patients. The number of samples was 86 respondents obtained by using the Slovin formula. Data collection used a questionnaire to measure knowledge variables and the Hamilton Rating Scale for Axiety (HRS-A) was used to measure the anxiety level Hawari (2014).Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate using chi square. More than half of the respondents have less knowledge about triage, which is 49 respondents (57.0%). Most, but less than half experience severe anxiety or panic, as many as 32 respondents (37.2%). There is a significant correlation between the level of knowledge of patients about triage services and the anxiety of yellow label patients in the Emergency of Pelabuhan Hospital, as evidenced by the p value = 0.026 using fisher exact test

Abstract

In Indonesia, it was found that 95% of women of childbearing age have at least one symptom of Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS), with moderate to severe levels of 3.9%. This study aims to determine the frequency distribution of PMS incidents in Gunung Sari Village, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency. This research is descriptive through a cross sectional approach with a population of all young women in Gunung Sari Village, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency in 2017 as many as 195 people using total sampling technique. The variables measured were stress, consumption patterns, exercise patterns, age at menarche, BMI and PMS. Univariate and bivariate data analysis and research instruments using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that most of them experienced stress, 124 respondents (65.5%). Based on the consumption pattern, mostly good as much as 124 (65.5%). Based on the exercise pattern, most of it was routine as much as 124 (65.5%). The age of menarche was mostly normal as much as 105 (57.1%). For BMI,mostly normal (56.0%) and mostly experiencing PMS as many as 124 people (65.5%). The statistical test results were obtained for the p-value stress, consumption patterns, exercise patterns = 0.000. For menarche exam p-value = 0.635 and BMI p-value = 0.076. This shows a relationship between stress, consumption patterns and exercise patterns with the incidence of premenstrual syndrome in Gunung Sari Village, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency. Meanwhile, the age of menarche and BMI had nothing relationship with the incidence of PMS. Provide additional material in the form of information needed by young women about STDs so that young women can avoid wrong perceptions when young women face PMS.

Abstract

Family planning is a government program to set the population rate in Indonesia which use a contraceptive method. Contraception methode are divided into two types, namely Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang (MKJP) and Non Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang (Non MKJP). There are 2782 active KB participants, but the use of IUD contraception is still low which is around 13,1%. The purpose of this research were to determine the relationship between knowledge and support from husbands with the use of IUDs in multiparous mothers in the Cangkol Health Center, Cirebon City. The type of research used is analytic observational Population is Fertile Age Women (WUS) Period August - December 2018 which collected 2,758 people and took samples using simple random sampling technique taken by 97 respondents. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis. Collecting data using data from the Cangkol Health Center and a questionnaire about knowledge, husband's support and use of the IUD and statistical tests using Chi Square. The results showed that most of the multiparous mothers had sufficient knowledge about the IUD as many as 48 people (49.5%). Most of the husbands did not support the use of the IUD, as many as 75 respondents (77.3%), and most of them did not use the IUD, namely 80 respondents (82.5%). There is no relationship between knowledge and IUD use with p value = 0.152 (p value> 0.05). There is a relationship between husband's support and the use of the IUD with p value = 0.05 (p value <0.05). It is recommended for health workers to provide educational packages for married couples about family planning, especially for husbands about IUDs and to increase the role of health workers in motivating married couples who want to do family planning. So, it is suggested for health workers to give the education for couples about family planning programme, especially about IUD, and to improve the role of health workers to motivate the couples that want to get family planning programme.

Abstract

Preliminary; Internal Supervision on Drinking Water Depots is needed to improve DAM sanitation hygiene in accordance with Minister of Health Regulation No.43 / 2014 and improve the quality of drinking water quality in reducing diseases due to contamination of drinking water (according to drinking water quality standards RI Permen 32 number 2017). In Pemalang District in 2017 34.2% of the 120 positive coliform bacteria samples, the results of Sanitation Inspection obtained 46.68% Not Fulfilling HealthyRequirements. Aim; Knowing the relationship between internal supervision and the quality of drinking water depots in Pemalang District. Method; descriptive correlation with cross sectional approach. The study sample was 57 respondents using total sampling. The research instrument used was an internal supervision questionnaire and an internal supervision checklist for sanitation hygiene attachment II Permenkes Number 32 of 2017. Statistical tests were carried out by test chi square. This research was conducted in Pemalang District in January - February 2019. Results; The research shows that the internal control indicators according to CR% 70 - 100 procedures have 29 respondents (50.88%) while the Indicators do not fit the CR% procedure below 70 there are 28 respondents (49.12%). The quality of drinking water in DAM is known to be 49.12% which does not meet the requirements. Statistical test results with chi square the value of p = 0,000 is smaller than the value of α = 0.5, Conclusion; the relationship between internal supervision and the quality of drinking water depots in Pemalang Sub-district is stated.

Abstract

The behavior of open defecationis a habit or practice of everyday culture of the people who still dispose of poop or stool in an open place. The annual report of the Mundu Community Health Center in 2018, for the environmental health program in the STBM activities, can be identified by the ODF verified village by 0.00% or there is still no village categorized as ODF village which currently still has many people defecating carelessly in the work area Mundu Health Center although the implementation of the STBM program has been done 100%. The result of the research showed that mostdetermine the relationship between community perceptions of ODF and open defecationin the work area of Mundu Health Center, Cirebon Regency.The research method used is quantitative with cross Sectional Study design. The population in this study were all communities residing in the work area of Mundu Health Center, Cirebon Regency. The sample in this study used a purposive sample which amounted to 100 respondents during the month of July 2019.The results showed that there was a significant relationship between community perceptions of ODF and BABS habits in the work area of Mundu Public Health Center, Cirebon Regency, namely ρ value 0.01 with a value of α <0.05, which means 0.01 <0.05.Providing information education to the public about the effects of any defecation can change people's perceptions of ODF to be good so that it can increase public awareness of BABS habits.

Abstract

One of the qualities in health care facilities is inpatient services in the availability of a number of beds. The use of beds for inpatient services was assessed through indicators such as BOR, LOS, TOI, and BTO. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the quality of inpatient services based on Barber Johnson indicators at Pertamina Cirebon Hospital.The research method used is quantitative descriptive. The sample used in this study are inpatient daily census recapitulation data for each room in January - March 2019 total 8 room. The variabel this study is the quality of inpatient servicesbased on the Barber Johnson indicator which includes BOR, LOS, TOI, and BTO with a checklist instrument and analyzed descriptively.The results of this study the rooms included in the Barber Johnson graphic efficiency values in January 2019 of the Tulip and Sakura rooms, in February of Tulip, Flamboyan, and Sakura rooms and in March of VIP, Tulip, and Flamboyan rooms.

Abstract

The process of claiming health costs through BPJS requires a medical record document as one of the requirements for health cost claims, because the medical record document is confidential in releasing medical record information, the BPJS and the hospital must pay attention to the legal aspects in releasing the medical record information contained in the regulation of the minister of health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 377 of 2007. The purpose of this study was to determine the review of the legal aspects of the release of inpatient medical information in the insurance claims of the BPJS at Ciremai Hospital Tingkat III 03.06.01 Cirebon City. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, population this study is 1449 BPJS claim files with total of 94 BPJS claim file samples, and the method of sampling using random sampling. The result of this study are that the SOP of claiming made by Ciremai Hospital Level III 03.06.01 in Cirebon City are in accordance with legal regulations, namely Permenkes RI Number 52 of 2016 concerning Standard Health Service Rates.

Abstract

Industrial Work Environment Health is an effort to prevent disease or health problems from risk factors in the industrial work environment consisting of physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic, and sanitary hazard factors to realize a healthy industrial work environment quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between noise level and work stress on natural stone factory workers in Kepuh Village, Cirebon Regency. This research method is quantitative using an observational analytical research design with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used is total sampling. The sample used is all natural stone factory workers in the village of Kepuh, Cirebon district as many as 59 people. The instrument used in this research is to use a measuring instrument, namely Sound Level Meter and a questionnaire with the checklist method. The results showed that most of the production area of the noisy factory was (79.7%) the two variables were interrelated with the proven p value = 0.000. The conclusion of the study shows that there is a significant relationship between Noise Level and Work Stress on Natural Stone Factory Workers in Kepuh Village, Cirebon Regency.

Abstract

Posyandu is a form of Community-Based Health Efforts (UKBM) which is managed and organized from, by, for and with the community in carrying out community health development, community empowerment and providing convenience for the community in obtaining basic health services to accelerate the reduction of maternal and infant mortality. (Ministry of Health, 2011). In general, this study aims to determine the relationship between management and implementation of growth and development monitoring on the achievement of the presence of mothers and children under five at the Posyandu Dusun 03 Manislor Village, Jalaksana District. The method used in collecting data in this research is a qualitative method. Posyandu Dusun 03 Manislor Village, community participation in participating in posyandu activities is quite good, because the number of visits every month reaches 70.5% - 88.2% although it often goes up and down, but the number of visits by mothers and toddlers to posyandu has never been <50%. Growth monitoring management in terms of the management system as described includes elements (Input, Process, Output) and includes 6M elements (Man, Money, Material, Machine, Method, Market). The lack of participation of mothers in posyandu can result in low monitoring of growth and development in toddlers and is closely related to the facilities and infrastructure available for growth monitoring activities.
