Abstract

Quality human resources will support the success of a company or institution in achieving the goals that have been set. Ineffective human resource management, it is necessary to evaluate employee performance in order to know the condition of employee performance. In addition, performance appraisal can be used to determine awards, compensation, promotion, training, and career planning. The profile matching method is a decision support method by assuming that there is an ideal variable that must be owned. In other words, this method compares the expected profile competencies with the performance results achieved. The method used in this research is a literature review. The results of this study can be seen that the Profile Matching method is an effective, objective, fast, and accurate decision support system for use in performance appraisal. However, there are other opinions that state that the Profile Matching method is not suitable for use as a decision support system in the case of the best candidate.

Abstract

This research was based on efforts to realize educational institutions that were consistent with superior qualifications as an achievement of the school’s vision and mission. The formulation of the problem of this thesis is first, how is the development of educational institutions in SD Muhammadiyah 1 Pucanganom Sidoarjo at this time, secondly how the implementation of strategic management of the principal in the development of educational institutions at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Pucanganom Sidoarjo, and third, what are the only factors that support and hinder the implementation of the principal's strategic management in the development of educational institutions in SD Muhammadiyah 1 Pucanganom Sidoarjo. This type of research was field research that collected primary data through in-depth interviews from the principal, and teachers in SD Muhammadiyah 1 Pucanganom Sidoarjo. Secondary data of this research were obtained from the literature and administrative file documents in SD Muhammadiyah 1 Pucanganom Sidoarjo. The results showed that the strategic management of the principle in SD Muhammadiyah 1 Pucanganom Sidoarjo uses the RIRE approach which translated as the strength of the implementation of the principal’s strategic management. This strength consisted of the values of religiosity, integrity, respect, and excellence which are grounded to all teachers and employees as well as students in SD Muhammadiyah 1 Pucanganom Sidoarjo. Abstract

This research was conducted because of the background of problems that occur in today’s society, especially the education mobilizers, it was stated that various ways have been carried out to cultivate the religious character of students, but it had not been achieved properly. This research hoped to be one of the solutions in growing the religious character of students, in addition to the formulation and research on growing religious character continues to be sustainable. The formulation of the problem of this thesis is First, how is the concept of fasting in the perspective of al-Ghazali (study of the literature of Ihya' Ulumuddin), Second, how is the concept of fasting of the perspective of al-Ghazali in cultivating the religious character of the learners (study of the library of Ihya' Ulumuddin). This type of researcher was a quantifiable researcher of literature review that collects primary data through the direct work of al-Ghazali, namely Ihya’ Ulumuddin, there was seconder data in the form of regular which was a supporter of secondary data such as the book of Bidayatu al-Hidayah, after all the data were collected in the continuation of the analysis in a descriptive manner and described in a descriptive form. The results concluded that the concept of fasting al-Ghazali in cultivating the religious character of students of the Ihya’ Ulumuddin literature study must meet the aspects of birth and inner aspects which then these two aspects can foster religious character such as an attitude of tolerance, peace-loving, firm stance, sincere, confident and cooperation between followers of religion and belief. Abstract

To improve professional competence of educators as mandated by laws and government regulations, at Assyabrowiyah Derbing Pancor High School, quality management is necessary to create quality, professional, productive, and highly committed educator resources. It was to overcome the deterioration in the professional competence of educators which has been one of the problems of education, especially in schools.This study aimed to explore and described management practices related to improving the professional competence of educators at SMA Assyabrowiyah Derbing Pancor, to achieve this goal, the researcher used a qualitative approach in a natural setting. The data collection was by unstructured interviews, observation and documentation. The object of the research was educators and education staff as well as students of 9th class and 11th class at Assyabrowiyah Derbing Pancor Senior High School, East Java.This research found that the improvement the professional competence of educators has been going well at Assyabrowiyah Derbing Pancor Senior High School. It could be proven through the guidance of educators such as: education and training, workshops, seminars, MGMP, involving educators in certification programs, their welfare was met, provision of adequate facilities, supervision and assessment, planning and quality control of educators. These forms of training could be a determining factor in increasing the professional competence of educators Kata Kunci : Educator Professional Competency Management

Abstract

Media memang tidak dapat dipisahkan lagi dengan proses pembelajaran, karena dalam proses pembelajaran dibutuhkan alat untuk menyampaikan informasi dari guru kepada siswa. Terutama penggunaan media berbasis teknologi akan menjadikan proses pembelajaran lebih menyenangkan dan tidak monoton. Permasalahan yang akan dikaji dalam penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Bagaimana penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam kelas X SMA Muhammadiyah 6 Paciran?, (2) Bagaimana prestasi belajar siswa kelas X mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam SMA Muhammadiyah 6 Paciran?, (3) Bagaimana pengaruh media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam SMA Muhammadiyah 6 Paciran?. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, analisis yang digunakan adalah uji t sampel tidak berpasangan. Data-data penelitian ini didapatkan dari siswa kelas X MIPA 2 dan X MIPA 3 SMA Muhammadiyah 6 Paciran sebagai objek penelitian. Dalam mengumpulkan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan tes evaluasi. Hasil penelitian: (1) Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan aktivitas siswa penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi pada kelas eksperimen mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik dengan mencapai skor prosentase sebesar 80%, (2) Prestasi belajar siswa kelas eksperimen mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam memperoleh nilai rata-rata sangat baik sebesar 84,48, (3) Berdasarkan pengujian perhitungan statistik dengan rumus uji t diperoleh t hitung = 2,489 dan t tabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% diperoleh 2,015. Hal ini menunjukkan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh lembaga pendidikan yang menciptakan linkungan kondusif yang menjadikan sasaran utamanya adalah membangun karakter, pendidikan kepribadian yang diperoleh anak dari aktivitas kesehariannya seringkali tidak teratur dan kurang sistematis oleh karena itu sholat sunah dhuha dijadadikan sebagai salah satu program yang diharapkan mampu mewujudkan generasi emas berkarakter yang mana sholat dhuha jarang sekali dijadikan kegiatan rutin di sekolah-sekolah manapun meskipun disekolah yang berbasis islam. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses dari pembinaan karakter melalui pelaksanaan sholat sunah dhuha, dan mengetahui karakter yang dibentuk dari pembinaan siswa melalui pelaksanaan sholat sunah dhuha di MTs Muhammadiyah 02 Karangasem Paciran. Pembentukan berarti proses, cara atau perbuatan membentuk sesuatu. Membentuk berarti menjadikan atau membuat sesuatu dengan bentuk tertentu. Berati pula membimbing, mengarahkan, dan mendidik watak, pikiran, kepribadian dan sebagainya. Karakter bukan bawaan sejak lahir, tidak datang dengan sendirinya, tidak bisa diwariskan dan tidak bisa ditukar melainkan harus dibentuk, ditumbuh kembangkan, dan dibangun secara sadar dan sengaja hari demi hari melalui suatu proses. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dilaksanakan di MTs Muhammadiyah 02 Karangasem Paciran. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa, dan guru yang membantu untuk membina karakter siswa dalam sholat dhuha di MTs Muhammadiyah 02 Karangasem Paciran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan proses pembinaan karakter siswa melalui pelaksanaan sholat sunah dhuha di MTs Muhammadiyah 02 Karangasem Paciran. Dengan harapan membiasakan siswa melakukan sholat dhuha disamping sholat wajib dan dengan harapan untuk membentuk karakter siswa. Adapun tahapannya yaitu: (a) Pengetehuan moral, (b) Perasaan bermoral, (c) Perilaku moral. Adapun karakter yang ditanamkan dari pembinaan melalui sholat dhuha adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Karakter religius (2) Karakter disiplin (3) Karakter kerja keras. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan informasi dan masukan bagi semua pihak yang membutuhkan, khususnya di lingkungan Fakultas Tarbiyah STAI Muhammadiyah 02 Karangasem Paciran.

Abstract

Aqidah Akhlak is a person's inner state which is the source of the birth of actions. In increasing students' understanding of the subject of aqidah akhlak, infrastructure, learning tools, learning media, learning methods, and the role of educators at school and parents at home are needed. The purpose of this research is to describe the role of PAI teachers in improving students' understanding of Aqidah Akhlak subjects at SMP 16 Brondong Lamongan, describe Aqidah Akhlak learning at SMP Muhammadiyah 16 Brondong Lamongan, and describe the implementation of Aqidah Akhlak learning to students at SMP Muhammadiyah 16 Brondong Lamongan. This study uses a qualitative research approach by taking the object of SMP Muhammadiyah 16 Brondong Lamongan. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis technique used are analysis before in the field and analysis while in the field. The results showed that the role of Islamic Religious Educations’ teachers in providing students' understanding of Aqidah Akhlak subjects are as follows: 1) The role of Islamic Religious Educations’ teachers in providing understanding to students on the subject of Aqidah Akhlak is to be a good role model (uswatun hasanah) both when with students and in the daily life of teachers, instilling the values ​​of aqidah and morals to students, being firm against deviations aqidah and morals to students and provide good advice to students. 2) Aqidah Akhlak in the teaching and learning process is divided into three sessions, opening, core activities, and closing, using lecture learning methods, telling stories, and linking learning materials with real things in everyday life. 3) Implementation of Aqidah Akhlak learning which is carried out in the form of getting used to activities at school in the form of praying Dhuha in congregation, praying for a sick teacher or friend, cultivating greetings, greeting smiles, and speaking good words to teachers.

Abstract

The backgound of this study is a student moral education in the organization of Muhammadiyah Student Association; what is the problem of this researcher is what the activities of the Muhammadiyah Student Association in MTs. Muhammadiyah 13 Solokuro in order to help Muhammadiyah student moral education and how the role of the Muhammadiyah Student Association to student moral education in MTs Muhammadiyah 13 Solokuro Lamongan. The purpose of this study was to determine the activities of the Muhammadiyaah Student Association at MTs. Muhammadiyah 13 Solokuro in order to help Muhammadiyah student moral education and to determine the role of the Muhammadiyah Student Association against student moral education in MTs. Muhammadiyah 13 Solokuro Lamongan. The research method used is to use qualitative qualitative approach to be able to know how IPM MTs Muhammadiyah 13 Solokuro to guide the method of interaction is now good with high school and community. The data collection method used is observations involved, a semi-structured interview. The results showed that: (1) IPM (Muhammadiyah Student Association) MTs Muhammadiyah 13 Solokuro played an important role in student moral education. With this IPM, the lack of good student morals can convert to better, although not 100% but from the results of the guidance and work programs implemented by IPM can condition students for the better than before. (2) There are various types of IPM (Muhammadiyah Student Association) MTs Muhammadiyah 13 Solokuro which is related to student moral education. The type of activity is to include Qur’an Guidance, Islamic Studies, Leadership Training, Journalism Training and so on.

Abstract

Identitas Muhammadiyah sebagaimana dalam Anggaran Dasar  merupakan Gerakan Islam, Dakwah Amar Ma’ruf Nahi Munkar dan Tajdid, bersumber pada Al-Qur`an dan As-Sunnah. Sebagai sebuah gerakan, Muhammadiyah sudah mempunyai perangkat untuk mengembangkan maksud dan tujuan serta usahanya, baik dalam diri Pimpinan Persyarikatannya maupun unsur pembantu pimpinan. Dalam konteks unsur pembantu pimpinan ini, Majelis Tarjih dan Tajdid menjalankan sebagian tugas pokok Muhammadiyah, yang salah satunya adalah menghasilkan produk pemikiran yang menjadi rujukan warga dan gerakan Muhammadiyah.             Sejak berdirinya Majelis Tarjih, sudah banyak produk pemikirannya yang berbentuk Putusan, Fatwa dan Wacana. Di antaranya adalah Tuntunan Seni Budaya Islam ini, yang merupakan keputusan Musyawarah Nasional Tarjih ke-27 di Malang Jawa Timur pada tahun 2010. Tuntunan ini tidak bisa dilepaskan dari Putusan Tarjih tahun 1995 dan Keputusan Muktamar Muhammadiyah ke-44 di Jakarta tahun 2000 tentang Pedoman Hidup Islami Warga Muhammadiyah.             Perumusan dan memproduk beberapa Putusan, fatwa dan wacana Tarjih, Majelis Tarjih menggunakan kaidah kaidah ijtihad yang sering disebut dengan Manhaj Tarjih. Dalam Manhaj Tarjih hasil secara jelaskan dinyatakan bahwa Sumber Ajaran Islam adalah al-Qur’an dan as-Sunnah al-Maqbulah. Tulisan ini hendak menelisik produk hukum berupa Putusan Tarjih yakni Tuntunan Seni dan Budaya Islam; apakah Majelis Tarjih menggunakan dan menerapkan Kaidah Fikih dalam perumusan Tuntunan ini.                 Metode yang digunakan untuk menelisik tema ini adalah menggunakan studi pustaka (library research), yang peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan cara membaca, mempelajari, dan menganalisis Putusan Tarjih, jurnal, buku, artikel untuk sumber pokok dan obyek penelitian juga untuk kepentingan penelitian terdahulu. Dari penelitian ini dketahui bahwa Majelis Tarjih menggunakan dan menerapkan Kaidah Fikih dan Kaidah Fikih ini menjadi dalil pelengkap bagi dalil dalil Al-Qur`an dan As Sunnah.

Abstract

Abstract Among the most important things in the educational process is learning. It also plays an important role in maintaining the nation in the midst of increasingly fierce competition among other nations who advance first because of learning. Therefore, this research will discuss comparative learning from the point of view of two popular figures in the world of education, especially in learning problems. The research objective here is to describe the concept of learning in the perspective of Shaykh Al-Utsaimin and Jean Piaget. This study activity is included in the category of qualitative research in which this type of research is library research, namely research which main object is books or related literary sources. The method of analysis of this research uses the Comparative Method, which is intended to explain the relationship of two phenomena or systems of thought. From this study, the authors concluded that the results of the comparison of learning concepts from the two figures were complementary to one another. Shaykh al-Utsaimin views that learning is a process of seeking knowledge, in which the knowledge referred to prioritizes knowledge that comes from the creator of the universe, conveyed by God's messengers. Then, Piaget argued that the concept of learning is an act of forming knowledge, as well as activities within oneself that cannot be observed directly. As for its implementation in learning Islamic Religious Education, one of which is by teaching knowledge gradually and little by little. The point is that if students have mastered a science (initial material), then they are given other knowledge (new material or advanced material).
