Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengembangkan bakat dan minat siswa baik pada segi factor pendukung dan penghambat serta upaya yang dilakukan guru bimbingan dan konseling. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, sumber data ada dua yaitu primer dan sekunder. Instrument yang digunakan adalah pedoman wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data digunakan tiga tahapan yaitu reduksi, diplay, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa peran guru bimbingan konseling hanya sebagai pengisi kekosongan pada bagian guru bimbingan dan konseling. Kendala yang didapatkan adalah banyaknya jam kerja guru bimbingan dan konseling sedangkan upaya yang dilakukan adalah pemberian layanan klasikal

Abstract

Setiap orang tua tentu menginkan anaknya dapat berkembang secara sempurna. mengakibatkkan anak kurang percaya diri dan frustasi, tidak bertanggung jawab,tidak mampu bersosialisasi dengan orang lain, kurang mampu kesukaran atau tantangan, dan kurang kreatif. Orang tua memiliki kewajiban untuk menolong anak-anak dalam memenuhi kebutuhan mereka, akan tetapi mereka tidak boleh berlebihan dalam menolong, dan mengatur anak, sehingga anak-anaknya tidak kehilangan kemampuan untuk mandiri, karena anak yang manja jika dewasa pun cenderung tidak memiliki kemandirian, dan selalu melibatkan campur tangan orang lain dalam menyelesaikan suatu persoalan, baik itu sederhana maupun rumit. Mereka tidak dapat berdiri sendiri dan selalu menggantungkan diri pada orang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap overprotective orang tua terhadap kemandirian siswa di SMP Negeri 2 Mareku Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian korelasional yakni suatu penelitian Perilaku orang tua yang overprotective dapat untuk melihat pengaruh sikap overprotective orang tua terhadap kemandirian siswa. Angota sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagian dari siswa-siswa berjumlah sebanyak 45 orang yang diambil secara random/ Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan hasil penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa "sikap overprotective orangtua berpengaruh negative terhadap kemandirian siswa. Kata Kunci: Sikap, over protective, orang tua, kemandirian, siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pola asuh orang tua dan disiplin belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode korelasional dengan uji regresi berganda. Hasil dalam penelitian ini dikemukakan sebagai berikut , 1) pola asuh orang tua memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan prestasi belajar siswa, 2) disiplin belajar memilki hubungan yang signifikan dengan prestasi belajar siswa, 3) pola asuh orang tua memiliki pengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, 4) disiplin belajar tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, 5 ) pola asuh orang tua dan disiplin belajar memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan bimbingan sosial terhadap etika pergaulan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuatitatif metode korelasional. Populasi sebanyak 105 dan sampel sebanyak 35 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan analisis data menggunakan uji regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa layanan bimbingan sosial memiliki pengaruh terhadap etika pergaulan siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika. pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaif dengan metode korelasional. Pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran angket yang telah valid dan reliable. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh positif antara minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika. semakin tinggi minat belajar siswa maka semakin tinggi pula hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran matematika.

Abstract

The research objective was to monitored the implementation of home guidance in improving student achievement in class VIII at State Junior High School 3 Tondano. This research was a counseling action research with four stages: planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were seven people who had low learning achievement. Data were collected by using two methods of observation and interviews. Data analysis used qualitative data analysis, data reduction, data display, and data collection. The results showed that the homeroom method could improve student achievement with two cycles of application time.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the role of counseling guidance teachers in increasing student motivation at State Junior High School 3 Tondano. This type of research is qualitative research. The main research instrument in this study was the researcher himself. There were two sources of data in this study, the first one was primary data sources, namely counseling teachers, and secondary data sources, namely vice-principals and students. The triangulation method was used to assure the validity of the data. Data analysis was carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results revealed that the role of counseling guidance teachers in increasing student motivation at State Junior High School 3 Tondano was not optimal. This is influenced by three factors, such as; BK teachers do tasks outside their main duties, facilities are not adequate and human resources are not sufficient.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the level of understanding of the FIP Unima undergraduate counseling (BK) students about the concept of education. This research was conducted using a descriptive method, by taking a sample of 44 students of BK, FIP Unima in their first semester (the academic year 2020/2021). Data were collected through interviews and tests. The descriptive analysis techniques were used. The results showed that the understanding of the concept of education for undergraduate students of BK FIP Unima was generally satisfactory. This can be seen from 79% of undergraduate students of BK FIP Unima were understand the concept of education and 21% of students didn’t. The results showed there was a misunderstanding of the Principles of Education and Designing future school models, especially in the concept of Lifelong Education and Curriculum Models for schools.

Abstract

Future planning needs to be implemented from an early age. Lack of career guidance leads to a lack of career information for students, which affects student career decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between career guidance and the accuracy of choosing a vocational school student major. This type of research was experimental. The study population was 80 Vocational High School students. From the results of the study, it was known that career guidance influenced the accuracy of choosing a vocational school student major. This was dominated by the finding that each student was able to choose a major according to their talents and interests.
