Abstract

Abstract :The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Organizational Culture, Team Work and Employee Competence on the Ministry of Defence’s Employee Performance. The research was conducted at the Directorate of International Cooperation, Directorate General of Defense Strategy, Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia. The method used in this research is a causal study or path analysis. The sample of this study was 80 employees of the Directorate of International Cooperation which were taken randomly based on a Random Sampling System. From this research, it is concluded that (1) there is a direct influence of Organizational Culture on Competence, (2) there is a direct influence of the Team Work on Competence, (3) there is a direct influence of Organizational Culture on Employee’s Performance, (4) there is an influence of the Team Work on Employee’s Performance and (5) there is an influence of competence on Employee’s Performance. Based on the results of this research, we can state that a person's performance is influenced by organizational culture, teamwork, and employee competence. In this study, teamwork is a variable that has a dominant influence on the performance of the employees. So it can be said that the existence of employees in a harmonious team work will support and even improve employee performance. Finally, it can be concluded that Organizational Culture, Work Team, and Competence are considered to be able to improve the performance of the employees of Ditkersinhan, the Directorate General of Defense Strategy of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Indonesia.Keywords : Organizational Culture, Teamwork, Competency, Performance.

Abstract

Abstract :The research objective was to obtain fact data and valid and correct and reliable information about the influence of Communication, Organizational Culture and Motivation on Personnel Performance in Yonbekang-5 / Perbekud TNI AD. The research was conducted using a quantitative research approach, using a survey method carried out from March to May 2020, covering pre-survey activities, consolidation, testing instruments through validity, reliability, collection and processing of research data. The research sample is the entire population that is affordable, and has the same characteristics, namely 20 personnel for the validity test and 80 personnel for the research sample, taken in fact, who meet the research requirements. Measurements in the study were carried out by giving the value of each question item from all variables, the measure of the value given in each statement using the "Likert scale". Data from questionnaires were analyzed for data analysis, including: data description, testing of research requirements, including: normality test, homogeneity test, and linearity test. To prove the influence of the Communication variable (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), and Motivation (X3) on Performance (Y) in the study, a data analysis technique was performed using Path Analysis. Based on the results of the research analysis: 1) There is an effect of communication on motivation. The influence of communication on motivation is 6.05%. 2) There is an influence of Organizational Culture on Motivation. The influence of organizational culture on motivation is 52.12%. And 3) There is an influence of communication on performance. The influence of communication on performance is equal to 54.76%. 4) There is an influence of Organizational Culture on Performance. The magnitude of the influence of Organizational Culture on performance amounted to 2.19%. 5) There is an influence of motivation on performance. The influence of motivation on performance is 14.74%.Keywords: Communication, Organizational Culture, Motivation and Performance

Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir, Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif kausalitas dengan metode survei. Populasi 195 orang dan sampel 131 orang dengan rumus Slovin. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert 1 sampai dengan 5. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan software Excel dan SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kompensasi berpengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Divisi Safety dan Security PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir, Jakarta sebesar 51,6%; 2) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Divisi Safety dan Security PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir, Jakarta sebesar 12,9%; 3) Kompensasi dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Divisi Safety dan Security PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir, Jakarta sebesar 40,3%, sedangkan sebesar 59,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas pada model iniKata kunci: kompensasi, motivasi kerja, kinerja.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kompetensi, Komitmen dan Motivasi Guru Militer terhadap Kualitas Keluaran Akhir Pendidikan yang diajukan: Kompetensi berpengaruh sigifikan terhadap Kualitas Keluaran Akhir Pendidikan, Komitmen memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas Keluaran Akhir Pendidikan, Kompetensi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi, Komitmen memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi, Motivasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas Keluaran Akhir Pendidikan. Hasil penelitian telah membuktikan bahwa Kompetensi, Komitmen Gumil, secara signifikan terkait dengan Kualitas Keluaran Akhir Pendidikan dan Kompetensi dan Komitmen sangat berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Gumil. Demikian juga dengan Motivasi Gumil akan berhubungan secara signifikan dengan Kualitas Keluaran Akhir Pendidikan yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel intervening yaitu Motivasi Gumil. Dari hasil penelitian, ada dua kesimpulan utama yang dapat ditarik dalam penelitian ini. Pertama, Kompetensi dan Komitmen dapat berpengaruh langsung dengan Motivasi Gumil. Dan kesimpulan kedua adalah bahwa Kompetensi, Komitmen dan Motivasi akan berpengaruh secara positif dengan Kualitas Keluaran Akhir PendidikanKata kunci   : Kompetensi, Komitmen dan Motivasi terhadap Kualitas Keluaran Akhir Pendidikan

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Komptensi Kerja dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai mediasi pada Ditkersinhan Ditjen Strahan Kemhan Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey dengan sampel 110 responden serta teknik simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala linkert 1 sampai dengan 5. Metode Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan bantuan software excel dan SPSS versi 23. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Budaya organisasi (X1) berpengaruh langsung terhadap Kepuasan kerja (X3), dengan nilai koefisien jalur  0,457, sehingga besarnya pengaruh adalah 0,4572 = 0,208849 atau 20,885% (2) Gaya Kepemimpinan (X2) berpengaruh langsung terhadap Kepuasan kerja (X3),  dengan nilai koefisien jalur 0,210, sehingga besarnya pengaruh adalah 0,2102 = 0,0441 atau 4,41 % (3) Budaya Organisasi (X1) berpengaruh langsung terhadap Kompetensi pegawai (Y), dengan nilai koefisien jalur 0,176, sehingga besarnya pengaruh adalah 0,1762 = 0,030976 atau 3,097 %. (4) Gaya Kepemimpinan (X2) berpengaruh langsung terhadap Kompetensi Pegawai (Y), dengan nilai koefisien jalur 0,459, sehingga besarnya pengaruh adalah 0,4592 = 0,210681 atau 21,068%. (5) Kepuasan Kerja (X3) berpengaruh langsung terhadap Kompetensi Pegawai (Y), dengan nilai koefisien jalur 0,344, sehingga besarnya pengaruh adalah 0,3442 = 0,118336 atau 11,834%Kata kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kompetensi Pegawai.

Abstract

Abstract : This research aims to examine and analyze the effects of leadership, ability, and motivation on employee performance of Warrant officers and non-commissioned personnel (Case study at Indonesian Navy Health Service). The method of research is a quantitative approach. Data of research is primary data for observation from April up to August 2020. The number of samples of this research was 94 respondents, consists of all Warrant officers and non-commissioned personnel levels. The method used in this research is path analysis, which previously used the instrument test in the questionnaire, namely by testing the validity and reliability, then testing the analysis requirements, namely the normality test, significance test, and linearity test. After that, the hypothesis is tested. The conclusions of the research results are as follows: Leadership has a positive effect on motivation, the ability has a positive effect on motivation, leadership has a positive direct effect on performance, the ability has a direct positive effect on performance, motivation has a direct positive effect on performance, Leadership, Ability, and Motivation together have a positive effect on the performance of the Indonesian Navy Health Service personnel.Keywords : Leadership, Ability, Motivation, and Employee’s Performance
