Abstract

Abstract :The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Organizational Culture, Team Work and Employee Competence on the Ministry of Defence’s Employee Performance. The research was conducted at the Directorate of International Cooperation, Directorate General of Defense Strategy, Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia. The method used in this research is a causal study or path analysis. The sample of this study was 80 employees of the Directorate of International Cooperation which were taken randomly based on a Random Sampling System. From this research, it is concluded that (1) there is a direct influence of Organizational Culture on Competence, (2) there is a direct influence of the Team Work on Competence, (3) there is a direct influence of Organizational Culture on Employee’s Performance, (4) there is an influence of the Team Work on Employee’s Performance and (5) there is an influence of competence on Employee’s Performance. Based on the results of this research, we can state that a person's performance is influenced by organizational culture, teamwork, and employee competence. In this study, teamwork is a variable that has a dominant influence on the performance of the employees. So it can be said that the existence of employees in a harmonious team work will support and even improve employee performance. Finally, it can be concluded that Organizational Culture, Work Team, and Competence are considered to be able to improve the performance of the employees of Ditkersinhan, the Directorate General of Defense Strategy of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Indonesia.Keywords : Organizational Culture, Teamwork, Competency, Performance.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid 19 telah mengganggu tata kelola dunia, lebih spesifik terhadap ekonomi, yang mengarah kepada krisis kehidupan manusia.  Penyebaran atau infeksi virus corona telah tersebar di 76 negara, serta perang dagang, perang mata uang, dan gejolak geopolitik di berbagai negara, telah membuat situasi tidak menentu. Bagi Indonesia, banyak ekonom yang menilai tantangannya jauh lebih berat. Bukan hanya ancaman corona yang menjadi faktornya, tetapi fundamental dalam negeri juga bermasalah. Beban utang yang menggunung dan terus ditumpuk, ibarat bom waktu, yang dikawatirkan banyak pengamat. Corona dan tekanan lainnya, hanya menjadi detonator pemicu ledakan. Pemerintah telah berusaha, dengan menggelontorkan sejumlah paket stimulus, yang membuat pemerintah merogoh kocek lebih dalam. Pertanyaannya, dengan tekanan ekonomi saat ini, seberapa kuat pemerintah dapat menahannya. Sebagai bangsa kita tentu harus optimis, pemerintah akan mampu mencari jalan keluar dari berbagai tantangan ini. Kita semua harus terus ikut memberikan sumbang saran, agar pemerintah tidak mengambil langkah yang salah dan dapat berujung kepada semakin memburuknya situasi.

Abstract

The company leader strives to increase the value of the company and is able to manage the faktor – faktor production owned effectively and efficiently so that the company's goals are achieved. research conducted on PT. Prima Oto Motor which is a trading company that sells vehicle support which is currently a secondary need. Researchers are interested in knowing how much influence the turnover of inventory, receivables and working capital has on company profits before the pandemic and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Whether inventory turnover, receivables turnover, and working capital turnover affect profits.The research method in this study is quantitative with several tests that have been carried out descriptive analysis which states that the highest turnover occurred in January 2018, which was 0.38 and the lowest inventory turnover occurred in May 2020, which was 0.02. The heterochedasity test in this study stated that there was no heterokedasity in this study because there was no specific pattern and the point in the staterplot spread randomly. In the multicollinearity test in this study, it was stated that under the VIF value of each variable < 10 tolerance values > 0.01, then all variables did not occur multicollinearity. The autocorrelation test in this study stated that there was no autocorrelation in this study, which is known that dL < dW > dU. The multiple linear regression test in this study stated that all variables x had a positive effect on variable y. In the t test, it is known that inventory turnover and receivables turnover have an effect on profits, while working capital turnover does not affect profits. In the F test, it was found that the turnover of inventory, receivables and working capital had a simultaneous effect on the company's profit. Based on the coefficient of determination test, it is stated that variable x has an influence on variable y by 56.6%. Meanwhile, 43.4% was influenced by other variables that were not tested in the study.This shows that these components are jointly able to meet the company's needs in achieving company profits. For the management, it is expected to pay more attention and re-evaluate the turnover of inventory, receivables and working capital to be more effective and efficient so that working capital can increase company profits so as to maximize the existing potential. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui Pengaruh Kompetensi, Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karywan PT Asuransi ABC. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan metode survei meliputi kegiatan pra survei, konsolidasi, uji coba instrumen melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, pengumpulan dan pengolahan data hasil penelitian. Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh populasi yang terjangkau, dan berkarakter sama, sebanyak 100 responden, yang diambil secara fakta, yang memenuhi syarat penelitian yang diambil pada PT Asuransi ABC. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian : 1) Terdapat pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap Motivasi. Besar pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap Motivasi adalah sebesar 25,6%. 2) Terdapat pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Motivasi. Besar pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Motivasi adalah sebesar 26,1%. Dan 3) Terdapat pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja. Besar pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja adalah sebesar 16,5%. 4) Terdapat pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja. Besar pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja adalah sebesar 28,0%. 5) Terdapat pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Kinerja. Besar pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Kinerja,sebesar 52,1%. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi dan Kinerja.

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study is to find the necessary basic to be developed in integrated personality of lecture to enhance education quality in Indonesia. The approach used in the study was qualitative approach with grounded theory method. Data was obtained from literature source and respondents were selected by using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used documentation studies, interviews, and observation. Data analysis used inductive analysis. The results showed that the necessary basic values to be developed in well-integrated personality of lecture to improve education quality in the Indonesian context, those are: first; accepting his own self, second; accepted by other people, third; efficiency in job and study, fourth; free from internal conflict. Keywords : education, quality, personality, lecture.

Abstract

Abstract                        This objective of this research is to study the effect of the work team, organization culture, and job satisfaction on the organization commitment. This research was conducted at PT. Indah Cup Sukses Makmur, Bogor, West Java. the method used to analyze this research is the causal study or path analyze. The sample of this research were 110 employee, and at selected randomly.The research result showed, there is effect positive and significant work team on job satisfaction, there is effect positif and significant organization culture on job satisfaction, there is effect work team on commitment organization, there is effect positive and significant organization culture on commitment organization, there is effect positif and significant job satisfaction on commitmen organization.Best on the result of the reseacrh, can be concluded that the commitment organization were effect by work team, organization culture, and job satisfaction employees. Keywords: Work team, organization culture, job satisfaction, commitment organization

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Central National Population and Family Planning Board (BKKBN). This research was conducted using a quantitative research approach, using survey methods, including survey activities, consolidation, instrument trials through validity and reliability tests as well as collection and processing of research data. The sample in this study was 133 employees at the Deputy for Latbang Sector of the Central BKKBN. The data collection technique in this study used a random sampling technique, meaning random sampling. Measurement in this study was carried out by giving the value of each question item from all variables. The size of the value given in each question uses a "Likert Scale". The data originating from the distribution of questionnaires was carried out by data analysis including data description, and research requirements testing, including normality test, homogeneity test, and linearity test. To prove the influence of Organizational Culture (X1), Job Satisfaction (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) variables on Performance (Y). In this study, data analysis techniques were used with path analysis. Based on the results of the research analysis: 1) There is an influence of Organizational Culture (X1) on Work Motivation (X3) of 0.427; 2) There is an effect of Job Satisfaction (X2) on Work Motivation (X3) of 0.359; 3) There is an influence of Organizational Culture (X1) on Performance (Y) of 0.306; 4) There is an effect of Job Satisfaction (X2) on Performance (Y) of 0.315; 5) There is an effect of Work Motivation (X3) on Performance (Y) of 0.210.Key Words: Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Job Motivation and Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung kompetensi, fasilitas belajar, dan efikasi diri terhadap motivasi belajar secara online siswa Sekolah Dasar Madrasah Ibtidaiyah An-Nur Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi 135 orang dengan teknik secara acak sederhana dan rumus Slovin diperoleh sampel 100 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear dan analisis jalur dengan software SPSS 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Kompetensi berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar sebesar 26,0%; 2) Fasilitas belajar berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar sebesar 32,2%; 3) Efikasi diri berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar sebesar 23,8%; 4) Kompetensi berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap efikasi diri sebesar 21,2%; 5) Fasilitas belajar berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap efikasi diri sebesar 43,7%. Kata Kunci: kompetensi, fasilitas belajar, efikasi diri, motivasi belajar.

Abstract

Abstract :The research objective was to obtain fact data and valid and correct and reliable information about the influence of Communication, Organizational Culture and Motivation on Personnel Performance in Yonbekang-5 / Perbekud TNI AD. The research was conducted using a quantitative research approach, using a survey method carried out from March to May 2020, covering pre-survey activities, consolidation, testing instruments through validity, reliability, collection and processing of research data. The research sample is the entire population that is affordable, and has the same characteristics, namely 20 personnel for the validity test and 80 personnel for the research sample, taken in fact, who meet the research requirements. Measurements in the study were carried out by giving the value of each question item from all variables, the measure of the value given in each statement using the "Likert scale". Data from questionnaires were analyzed for data analysis, including: data description, testing of research requirements, including: normality test, homogeneity test, and linearity test. To prove the influence of the Communication variable (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), and Motivation (X3) on Performance (Y) in the study, a data analysis technique was performed using Path Analysis. Based on the results of the research analysis: 1) There is an effect of communication on motivation. The influence of communication on motivation is 6.05%. 2) There is an influence of Organizational Culture on Motivation. The influence of organizational culture on motivation is 52.12%. And 3) There is an influence of communication on performance. The influence of communication on performance is equal to 54.76%. 4) There is an influence of Organizational Culture on Performance. The magnitude of the influence of Organizational Culture on performance amounted to 2.19%. 5) There is an influence of motivation on performance. The influence of motivation on performance is 14.74%.Keywords: Communication, Organizational Culture, Motivation and Performance

Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini membahas kepuasan kerja karyawan yang dilakukan di Balai Teknik Perkertaapian Wilayah Jakarta dan Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode path analysis (analisis jalur), dengan menggunakan kuesioner 100 responden yaitu karyawan Balai Teknik Perkertaapian Wilayah Jakarta dan Banten. Sebelumnya dilakukan pengujian instrumen dengan menggunakan 20 responden, setelah itu dilakukan pengujian persyaratan analisis dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji linearitas dan uji homogenitas.Hasil dari analisis Budaya organisasi (X1) berpengaruh langsung secara positif terhadap disiplin kerja (X3), dengan nilai koefisien jalur 0,133.  Artinya faktor budaya organisasi menyebabkan peningkatan kualitas disiplin karyawan. Pelatihan (X2) berpengaruh langsung secara positif terhadap disiplin kerja (X3), dengan nilai koefisien jalur 0,866. Artinya peningkatan kualitas pelatihan menyebabkan peningkatan kualitas kepuasan kerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi (X1) berpengaruh langsung secara positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan (Y), dengan nilai koefisien jalur 0.147. Artinya faktor budaya organisasi menyebabkan peningkatan kualitas kepuasan kerja karyawan. Pelatihan (X2) berpengaruh langsung secara positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan (Y), dengan nilai koefisien jalur 0,445. artinya peningkatan kemampuan karyawan sadar akan pelatihan   menyebabkan peningkatan kualitas kepuasan kerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja (X3) berpengaruh langsung secara positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan (Y), dengan nilai koefisien jalur 0,409. Artinya peningkatan kemampuan karyawan sadar akan pelatihan   menyebabkan peningkatan kualitas kepuasan kerja karyawan (Y). Kata kunci: Budaya organisasi, Pelatihan, disiplin kerja, kepuasan kerja,
