Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi karyawan dan penggunaan informasi tehnologi terhadap kinerja karyawan, mengingat dalam pencapaian tujuan dan meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif organisasi sangat tergantung dari kualitas karyawan yang kompeten di bidangnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada seluruh SMA dan SMK yang berada di lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan dan Olah Raga Propinsi Bali, Indonesia. Populasi berjumlah 142 orang kepala tata usaha dan pegawai sekolah. Seluruhnya digunakan sebagai sampel dan responden untuk menjawab kuesioner yang diberikan. Data dianalisis menggunakan SMARTPLS 3 Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Penelitian ini menemukan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari ketiga hipotesis yang diajukan yaitu hubungan antara kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai, kompetensi terhadap penggunaan teknologi informasi dan antara penggunaan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pada uji mediasi yang ditemukan adanya pengaruh mediasi parsial dimana kompetensi yang semakin berkualitas akan meningkatkan penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam organisasi sehingga nantinya dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai yang berdampak pada kemajuan perusahaan yang berkesinambungan.

Abstract

Primary school age children are children aged 6 to 12 years. These children have a variety of activities so they often forget to eat breakfast and lunch so that instead they consume food that comes from school. Problems with unhealthy snacks for students must be dealt with to avoid various diseases. The Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM) conducted a survey involving schools in Indonesia and proved that 35% of school children 'snacks were unhealthy and did not meet the requirements. To reduce the consequences arising from unhealthy snacks, it is necessary to do socialization in schools, especially elementary school children. The purpose of the study was to provide education related to momentary snacks, how to choose healthy snacks and the impact of unhealthy snacks on SDN Samata students. The target of this activity is grade 5 students, with 25 participants. The method of socialization used is through the games method. Based on the results of the activities carried out that SDN Samata students have been able to distinguish between healthy foods and unhealthy foods. This is evidenced that the knowledge of participants about healthy snacks before the training is held there are students with good knowledge categories as much as 48% and 32% less categories. After the socialization, participants' knowledge increased to 68% in the good category, 24% in the sufficient category. Whereas knowledge of healthy snacks in the category of less decreased to 24%.

Abstract

Coronavirus (Covid-19) is a large family of viruses that cause disease in humans and animals. This virus has rocked the world throughout 2020. The purpose of this research determine the impact of Covid-19 on the Indonesian economy. The research method used is qualitative research and literature study. The results of this study indicate that the impact felt by the Indonesian people related to the economy is felt by various groups, such as online motorcycle taxis, traders, artists and entrepreneurs. Covid-19 forces people to survive amid the current economic difficulties. The efforts made by the government to alleviate poverty due to the Covid-19 pandemic are by providing social assistance to the community, holding pre-employment cards, subsidizing 100% electricity with 450 Watt power, and providing subsidies for small business.

Abstract

Zalora strategies in the midst of pandemic are: 1) Expand 4 shopping categories (health & beauty, kids, luxury, home) and adding brands and network to 2 existing categories (fashion and sports); 2)Actively hold marketing campaign, especially related to tik-tok influencers and other online media, and keep maintain a small portion of offline campaigns; 3) Adding shopping features for customers in both desktop and mobile app versions; 4) Providing ease, rewards, and cashback for marketplace brands (there are 2 brand categories in Zalora Indonesia: catalog and marketplace, where marketplace holds a bigger percentage); 5) Empowering data-driven decisions for suppliers through Trender platform. From Zalora Indonesia internal data, this article is expected to provide useful information for fashion enthusiasts or academics about newest update in Indonesia fashion industry.

Abstract

In the past five years, President of Indonesia has intended to improve the Indonesian economya through the creative economy sector. The creative economy is parallel with Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, where more than 90 percent Indonesian people put their livelihood. Therefore, the positive growth of the creative economy industry in Indonesia will faster stimulate local and national economic growth. Consequently, it is necessary to have the right policies, especially facilitation from the central government to local governments, which directly dealing with the Indonesian civil people. For example, through the Special Allocation Fund which properly encourage the creation of business leverage for MSMEs engaged in the creative economy industry. This study answers how central government transfer funds in the form of Special Allocation Funds can stimulate the creation of this acceleration of creative economic growth, especially in the pandemic era which bases its business on digital marketing. Using the simultaneous panel method of the local budget industrial sector (APBD sector) and central fund transfer (TKDD) for 34 provinces and other indicators such as labors, household consumption, the construction cost index, and investment in the form of PMTB from the 2014-2019 period, this study results in the significance of all these variables on the growth of the creative economic subsector. The output of this study shows that DAK has the most significant effect in increasing the economic growth of the creative economy in 34 provinces. In addition, investment and household consumption are the biggest levers in supporting the high growth of the creative economy. This is in accordance with the economic theory of the potter model and the neoclassical Solow growth model where investment and technology are important factors in the acceleration of economic growth. Given the condition of the Indonesian people, where most of which are MSMEs in the creative economy sector, investment through DAK to finance the technological transfer and research development is very significant. This was also confirmed through further research in this study in a qualitative method which conducted in-depth interviews with one of the Heads of Bakung Kidul Village, Cirebon. In the interview, there were several important inputs for the evaluation of transfer fund policies that support economic productivity in the creative economy sector, especially in the Tourism Village Area which was built 2 years ago. The results of this qualitative study were also enriched by interviews with DAK policy maker from the Directorate General Fiscal Balance, Ministry of Finance and MSME business actors who were also victims of the Covid-19 pandemic that hampered the Indonesian economy.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 memberi dampak yang sangat besar kepada kehidupan masyarakat terutama nya bagi pelaku usaha bisnis. Meningkatnya jumlah kasus Covid 19 menyebabkan pemerintak lebih memperketat ruang gerak masyarakat, terutama nya dalam hal beraktivitas. Sehingga banyak perusahaan yang merumahkan bahkan melakukan pemutusan hubungan kerja terhadap karyawan nya. Segala bentuk lapangan usaha mengalami penurunan pertumbuhan sebesar 2,07% di tahun 2020. Hal ini menyebabkan masyarakat berupaya melakoni usaha lain misalnya bergabung kedalam bisnis MLM. Salah satu bisnis MLM yang dikenal dimasyarakat adalah bisnis Oriflame. Melalui metode deskriptif eksploratif, informasi umum yang berkaitan dengan bisnis MLM dimasa pandemi dikumpulkan. Lebih lanjut, studi kasus dilakukan melalui artikel terkait bisnis MLM dimasa pandemi melalui website maupun social media untuk diobservasi. Hasilnya, walaupun pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia pada tahun 2020 mengalami penurunan, bisnis Oriflame mengalami peningkatan anggota dan juga peningkatan pencapaian leader nya dalam success plan oriflame.

Abstract

Sebagai salah satu platform fesyen terbesar di Asia Tenggara, Zalora berkewajiban menjadi contoh pelaksanaan industri fesyen berkelanjutan yang telah lama menjadi isu di seluruh dunia. Artikel ini disusun melalui metode analisis deskriptif yang didapat dari data internal Zalora, beserta studi mandiri via situs terpercaya. Hasilnya, ada 13 inisiatif yang telah dilakukan Zalora dalam rencana berkelanjutan 2020-2025, yang terbagi dalam beberapa aspek seperti kemasan, pencarian sumber etis, pengukuran konsumsi energi dan jejak karbon, memulai circular fashion melalui kategori pre-loved dan earth edit, serta ikut dalam keterlibatan komunitas.

Abstract

Vocabulary learning plays a very important role in the process of learning a language, such as English. To help students improve their vocabulary mastery level, there are various methods that can be used. One of them is using Working with Words through Category Game. In response to this, the program reported in this article was conducted at a junior high school located in the city of Gorontalo Province. The results showed that the use of Working with Words method through Category Game for English vocabulary learning help students increase their English vocabulary mastery level, with the following details: 11 students had 65% to 79% increase of English vocabulary mastery level (Fair); 7 students had 80% to 89% (Distinction); and 5 students had 90% to 100% (High Distinction).

Abstract

Comics are increasingly being used as a means of doing business in today's era. Many companies, business entities and individuals do business through online media. The use of comics as a promotional medium in this digital era, of course, must pay attention to the advantages of using comics as a means of digital business. This study was conducted to determine the use of digital comics as a means of digital business on Instagram social media. The qualitative research method is carried out in an inductive way, namely examining the characteristics of each part in Digital Comics that is used as a Digital Business. The use of digital comics as a means of digital business is also a good choice, because by using digital comics the content will become more interesting because in the digital comics, illustrations and text balloons can be applied. Not only as an added attraction, but illustrations and text balloons can also be used as a means of delivering information in digital business activities.

EKSISTENSI PERHIASAN EMAS DI MASA PANDEMI COVID 19 I Putu Sinar Wijaya Institut Desain dan Bisnis Bali sinarwijaya1@gmail.com ABSTRAK Bisnis kerajinan perhiasan emas di Bali di masa pandemi sekarang masih sangat diminanti dan memberi peluang para pengerajin membuat perhiasan emas,, sesuai dengan keterampilan pengerajin dan pakem yang sudah ada dikembangkan kembali sesuai dengan zaman dan permintaan, serta mempertimbangkan nilai keindahan. Perhiasan biasanya terbuat dari emas ataupun perak dan terdiri dari berbagai macam bentuk mulai dari cincin, kalung, gelang, liontin dan lain-lain. hasil kerajinan yang sangat diminati pada masa pandemi, model yang sederhana dan berat yang tidak terlalu besar sehingga harga terjangkau, disamping itu perhiasan emas khususnya dibali menjadi asesoris pada waktu hari raya, sembahyang maupun menghadiri undangan, model-model perhiasan yang ada dibali masih mempertahankan model klasik dan simpel. Metode menggunakan jenis penelitian survei dan analisis. Penelitian survei digunakan untuk mengetahui produk dan ragam hias produk perhiasan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokmentasi. Sedangkan analisis isi bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran karakteristk isi dan inferensi dari isi. Penelitian ini berada di Jalan Sedap malam gang mawar no 3, Kesiman. Perhiasan mempunyai bentuk beragam mulai dari bulat, hati, kotak, dan lain lain. Perhiasan sekarang ini di masa pandemic masih menjadi daya Tarik tersendiri dikalangan tertentu, di bali khususnya berdekatan dengan hari raya besar agama hindu Galungan dan kuningan, banyak masysrakat membali atau pun memperbaiki perhiasan emas-nya Kerajinan emas dengan motif bali masih sangat eksisten dimasa pandemi seperti sekarang. Serta minat masyarakat terhadan kerajinan perhiasan emas masih tinggi. Disamping sebabai asesoris dapat pula sebaigai investasi jangka panjang melihat dari harga per gram emas masih sangat tinggi, serta sewaktu-waktu merakak naik secara drastis. dapat juga sebagai pelestarian warisan budaya bali, Kata kunci : Bisnis, Kerainan.
