Menara Tebuireng (Jurnal Studi Islam) adalah publikasi ilmiah yang berusaha memfasilitasi artikel akademis dan tulisan ilmiah dari sejumlah studi penelitian empiris dalam bidang Studi Islam. Menara Tebuireng terbuka bagi akademisi, mahasiswa, peneliti, dan praktisi yang berminat untuk berkontribusi dengan pemikiran mereka, terutama dalam bidang Studi Islam. Fokus utama jurnal Menara Tebuireng adalah pada eksplorasi hukum Islam, dinamika penyebaran dakwah dalam penyebaran Islam, studi ilmu sosial, Pendidikan Islam, dan pengembangan pengetahuan Islam kontemporer dalam ranah teoretis maupun praktis, khususnya dalam lingkup lokal, nasional, dan global. Subtema dan cakupan dalam publikasi ilmiah Menara Tebuireng meliputi: Dakwah dan penyebaran Islam: a. Studi dalam ilmu dakwah, seperti sejarah dakwah, filsafat dakwah, dan metodologi dakwah, termasuk dalam aspek budaya, ekonomi, dan politik. b. Manajemen dakwah yang terkait dengan perencanaan dan strategi penyebaran Islam, pariwisata global Islam, dan manajemen Islam serta pariwisata keagamaan. c. Abstract

The diversity of Islamic mass organizations in Indonesia causes different interpretations of many things, especially those related to religious matters which are not the main religious law. In reality these differences are not used as a basis for mutual understanding, but are exacerbated so as to ultimately lead to internal conflict. We should be concerned that awareness of internal tolerance cannot run well and lasts endlessly. Hopes of peace and harmony in Islam will be answered if we look at the village of Jogoroto, Jogoroto District, Jombang Regency. This article focuses on how to Internalize Tasamuh Values in Community Organizations. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. And the findings obtained are that the Internalization of Tasamuh Values in the Body of Community Organizations in Jogoroto Village is manifested in their daily behavior which always puts tolerance in social life, and that has become a culture. They argue that fellow Muslims are brothers, if there is a Muslim who is hurt then other Muslims will feel it.

Abstract

The prophetic leadership model is a leadership model that is rarely studied. This leadership model is very suitable to be applied in various situations. Generally, the leadership model prioritizes scientific and experiential aspects only. Meanwhile, this prophetic leadership model requires a leader not only to have scientific and practical abilities, but also to have a strong faith or spirituality. This prophetic leadership is more attached to the uswah of the leader as the principal of the school, its ability which is driven from the aspects of high conscience and logic (intellectual intelligence) makes it easy for leaders to achieve success because what is dynamized is truth and intelligence. Such a leader's attitude makes motivation and inspiration for subordinates in shaping their character, including students in school. Based on the identification of the problems above, the researcher wants to answer the focus of the research question, namely how is prophetic leadership in fostering the character of students in school? The method of this research is conducted by library research as part of the qualitative research design. While data collection is carried out by researchers by collecting information that is relevant to the research context. This information can be obtained by researchers through books, scientific papers, and journals.

Abstract

Culture is very important to build leadership spirit in the organization, particularly in transformative leadership. Because the transformative leader is unique and interesting to observe, given the transformative leader always bring an adaptive culture present, so that members of the organization feel terayomi and motivated by the existing leadership patterns. Transformative leadership also gives uswah and instill positive values ​​in subordinates, if this transformative leadership applied in Islamic educational institutions, then it would become more attractive given the current transformative studies began to appear prophetic. Abstract

Value-based management is an approach to management in which managers establish, promote and practice the shared values of the organization. The purpose of shared values are the same values, which is owned by the members of the organization at least has the primary objective. Customer satisfaction as the goal for the organization to provide more services to customers. The values can be implemented in an organization through the performance of a strong leadership. Leaders move on all elements of the organization to jointly build the organization's values. Leaders conduct educational institutional arrangement involving human resources and non-human in a move to achieve educational goals effectively and efficiently. Abstract

This study is based on many natural earthquakes due to shifting earth plates in Indonesia. Indonesia consists of three plates, namely the Australian plate, the Pacific plate and the Eurasian plate. Those becomes a problem if the earth's shifting plates change the position of Qiblat direction as a very strong earthquake occurred on May 27, 2006 in the area of ​​Yogyakarta so they felt in other areas such as in East Java, though very small. The earthquake was caused by the seduction of the Indo-Australian plate against the Eurasian plate. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the earth's shifting plates to determine the direction of Qiblat, as well as knowing the position of the Qiblat direction mosques, with the study site of the Great Mosque Bait al Mu'minin Jombang and several mosques around as the comparison. The research is qualitative-field research with direct measurement using the tools of the Shadow of the Sun (Stick istiwa’), Magnetic Compass, Compass Qiblat and Digital Theodolite supported by some books related to this research. The results show that the earth's shifting plates can affect a shift in the direction of Qiblat, but the effect is not significant. Earth every year shifted about 7 cm to change the arc: 00000'00.00 ", whereas when the earth shifted 35 cm, then change into 00000'00.01 bow", and when the earth shifted 6 m, 600 cm / 11.1 million cm x 10 = 00000 '00 .19 '. 00.19 arc change "that took a very long time which is about 600 cm / 7 x 1 year = 85.71 years. It can be said that Qiblat inaccurate when changes are about half to one degree arc

Abstract

Synonym is one study in linguistics is semantics. Existence of synonyms in linguistic studies into conflict between classical and modern leaders. Most of them reject their synonyms and others receive the keberaan. The purpose of this article to know the reasons and limits of such conflict. The method used to achieve these objectives is to use quantitative methods. As for the collection of data, the authors use a step through the collection of books related to synonyms. The results obtained in this study are each classical and modern character has its own reasons to accept or deny the existence of synonyms. Their differences lies in the nature of the synonym for each word

Abstract

Innovation of Learning PAI in SD Inclusion is indispensable in the midst of learning patterns PAI, it is still centered on the non-inclusion SD. People are still paying less attention to the existence of SD Inclusion as one entrusted primary school children with special needs, particularly in the districts of Jombang. It underlies researchers design learning model PAI Realistic ICT-based learning (PPR). The specific objective of this study was to produce a prototype design of PPR, and see the effectiveness of their application in teaching in elementary PAI Inclusion Jombang. While the long-term goal of this research is the result of the design of PPR model design can be used as an enrichment of teaching materials and can be used as a foundation for enhancing the quality of learning PAI SD Inclusion. The method used is Design Research which each cycle consisting of the stages of preparation for the experiment (preparatory studies), design experiment (the implementation of the design of experiments) and retrospective analysis (analysis of data obtained from the previous stage). The study was conducted in three elementary Inclusion Jombang. Steps taken at the stage of preparation for the experiment (preparatory studies) is the study of literature, discussions with teachers, designing learning model Realistic SD PAI Inclusion ICT and initial design study. While at the design stage of the experiment (the implementation of the experimental design) data collection and testing in 3 SD Inclusion Jombang. The results of this study indicate that the model PPR can stimulate and improve students' understanding of concepts as well as to foster a love of students towards subjects PAI. Learning implementation went smoothly, the response of students and teachers is very good

Abstract

Character is currently being extremely crowded into the discussion and research for the observer, as well as educational practitioners in Indonesia. Problems began to loss of national character is expressed as the impact of stuttering technology and social patterns. The importance of clear concepts and theories and comprehensively to the character of the nation, should start early generations of children of the nation. This character should be a concern of people everywhere, both in the community that have been developed, and the community is still growing. Because the damage to the character is associated with the mindset, attitudes, and human behavior. If a lot of people who damaged public character, then the impact can harm others. In this context, the deterioration of our nation could be caused by deterioration of the character of the individuals in it. Therefore, the religious teachings containing a high character values ​​that govern the lives of Muslims and is a way of life in all its actions. If the behavior is shown in accordance with the norms in force, such behavior is considered good and acceptable. Character or ethical conduct (ethics) is identical to the action that is based on religion. Character or ethical conduct is not the act done with the intention of obtaining the benefits of the materialistic-individualistic, even if done for love of neighbor or because of the beauty of an act or for beauty. Various concepts of character formation of the students has been defined in a number of scientific research results. Practical theory character management of learners to patterns that refers to the formation of character among students at the school are found. The importance of the role of educator and how hard it duties and responsibilities, especially the responsibility of the character for "digugu” and “ditiru" are the words, actions and behavior. At home they become the foundation of the welfare of the family, at school they become the size of rules or guidelines of school life: education/teaching for learners-learners, and in the community around them is seen as a "suri teladan" behavior for the citizens of surrounding communities.
