Abstract

Archeology is one science that is very close - even sticky - to history, because both aim at the same: reveal human life in the past. History is based more on written data, while archeology on sources in the form of objects or artifacts obtained, among others, through excavation. History is relatively free to take archaeological findings to strengthen certain arguments in the history of history in the early days as well as afterwards. This can be seen from the early history of Islam in Indonesia which also relies on archaeological findings. Islamic Archeology tries to systematically examine the abandoned material data and explains how cultural diversity in an area can produce a high civilization while forming the center of Islamic civilization, especially in Indonesia. Discussion of Islamic Archeology through Uka Tjandrasasmita and Hasan Muarif Ambary became important for the development of Islamic culture and development in Indonesia

Abstract

Dissent regarding the relationship between religion and the state is a fundamental problem that continues to advance in the history of Muslim travel and is at the center of the attention of Islamic movements in the world, including Indonesia. Abdurrahman Wahid has a clear view of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia, which does not approve the establishment of an Indonesian Islamic State and accepts the NKRI based on Pancasila. His thinking has a strong foothold in Islamic law. His rejection of the establishment of an Indonesian Islamic State, and his acceptance of the concept of the nation state, in addition to affirming his approach which tended to be substantive, realistic inclusive was also built on fiqh arguments. The arguments are; firstly form of state including something ijtiha>di, secondly prioritize goals (al-maqa>s}id) rather than Intermediaries (al-wasa>'il), and thirdly consider the social and historical context of society.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (IRE) is a conscious effort aimed at guiding children so that they become true Muslims, firm faith, good deeds, and noble character, as well as useful to society, religion and the state. To achieve this goal a curriculum is needed. There are four curriculum development models that can be used for IRE, namely: (1) administrative model, (2) grass roots model, (3) Hilda Taba model, (4) Rogers model, and (5) Ralp Tyler model. Rogers’s curriculum development model is the most detailed and flexible model because it provides a ranking of four models from the simplest to the most perfect. There are a number of factors that accompany and follow curriculum development. Supporting factors include higher education, society, and value systems that develop in the community concerned. Moderate inhibiting factors are lack of time, lack of conformity of opinion both among fellow teachers and with principals and administrators, and the limitations of teacher skills and knowledge

Abstract

Juris prudence (Fikih Shahaby) here is ijtihad syar'iy amaly law at the time of the Companions of Prophet Muhammad SAW. Not all things related to the shahaby fiqh issue are discussed in this paper, but only prioritize the characteristics with a more sought-after hitoric approach highlighted. Considering the length of the period of companionship, this paper only limits itself to the time of the holy month of friendship, which is only between eleven years and forty one. The spread of various places has a distinctive influence on the development of fiqh, at the very least, the expansion of the religious space in tabi'in circles. This can be understood because each region has different situations, habits and culture in addition to differences in understanding the capacity of the jurists in anticipating problems that arise
