Abstract

PKM Inovasi Pembuatan Karamba Jaring Dasar Untuk Budidaya Lobster di Perairan Desa Tamangapa Kecamatan Ma’rang Kabupaten Pangkep. Setiap hari nelayan menangkap lobster, tetapi terkendala pada ukuran, lebih dominan yang tertangkap pada ukuran kecil sehingga menimbulkan permasalahan mendasar yang dihadapi nelayan adalah: (1). nelayan menangkap lobster berukuran kecil melanggar PermenKP No 12/2020; (2) nelayan tetap menangkap lobster berukuran kecil dan menjualnya secara ilegal, harga yang diterima sangat rendah; (3). nelayan melakukan pembudidayaan tetapi mereka tidak memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang memadai untuk melakukan budidaya lobster; 4) nelayan tidak memiliki pengetahuan administrasi dan manajemen usaha budidaya lobster yang baik. Sebagai solusi, yang akan dilakukan kepada nelayan adalah 1) meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan nelayan dalam budidaya lobster, 2) meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan nelayan dalam administrasi dan manajemen usaha budidaya lobster. Hasil tangkapan lobster, berukuran kecil harus dibudidayakan dalam karamba jaring ditenggelamkan sampai mencapai berat ekonomis dijual. Tujuan PKM adalah memberikan inovasi teknologi baru berupa budidaya lobster dalam karamba jaring ditenggelamkan dan peningkatan manajemen dan administrasi usaha kepada kelompok nelayan mitra. Hasil inovasi PKM diharapkan menjaga kelestarian lobster, meningkatkan pendapatan nelayan dan produksi lobster secara berkelanjutan serta membuka peluang kerja baru berupa bisnis jual beli bibit lobster dan sumber pendapatan baru bagi nelayan yakni kegiatan penangkapan bibit lobster. Metode yang digunakan dalam PKM adalah metode penyuluhan yang disertai dengan praktek langsung dengan melibatkan 1 kelompok nelayan mitra. Luaran PKM adalah berupa publikasi ilmiah nasional jurnal/prosiding dan Jurnal Ilmiah Nasional PKM Jurnal ABDIMAS KAUNIAH; publikasi media massa nasional online ‘FAJAR ONLINE, dan video Inovasi Pembuatan Karamba Jaring Dasar untuk budidaya lobster yang terupload di link youtube FPIK. Inovasi pembuatan karamba jaring dasar dapat dikembangkan sebagai salah satu peluang usaha bagi masyarakat untuk dikembangakan sehingga tarap hidup dan kesejahteraannya lebih baik;Produksi lobster kelompok nelayan mitra melalui kegiatan budidaya lobster dalam karamba jaring dasar diharapkan berhasil meningkat produksi lobster disamping hasil penangkapan lobster di laut; Produksi lobster dari hasil tangkapan di laut yang berukuran kecil, yang tidak memenuhi ketentuan peraturan yang berlaku dari hasil tangkapan kelompok nelayan mitra, langsung dapat dibudidayakan dalam karamba jaring dasar sampai mencapai ukuran dewasa; Intensitas penangkapan lobster dapat dikurangi melalui budidaya dalam Karamba Jaring dasar; Pengetahuan dan keterampilan kelompok nelayan mitra dalam melakukan budidaya lobster semakin mandiri; Pengetahuan dan keterampilan kelompok nelayan mitra dalam melaksanakan kewirausahaan, pembukuan keuangan dan pemasaran seamakin baik.

Abstract

Ecologically, the habitat of aquatic ecosystems and their reef fish, such as crabs and shrimps and other species is the most important area as a link in the chain of aquatic productivity in the sea.Umbrella holder is one of the fishing gear that will be introduced to partner fishermen groups is expected to increase the productivity of fishermen's catches. The Purpose of PKM is to Increase Income and Living Standards of Fishermen in the Waters of Tamangapa Village, Ma'rang District, Pangkep Regency. Abstract

The city of Kuala Tungkal is the city where the administrative center of West Tanjung Jabung Regency is located. This city area is within the scope of the Tungkal Ilir District. The city is also the seat of the district administration. This city is located in Jambi Province. One of the locations for counseling from our team is in the Kampung Nelayan Village of Kuala Tungkal with the aim of increasing the capacity of fishing housewives in training to dangle GillNet nets. The benefit of this service is to increase the capacity of housewives and fishermen with the aim of being able to help husbands in hanging nets or repairing broken Gillnet nets. Gill net is a net that is 4 (four) rectangular in shape, has the same size mesh throughout the body of the net, the width is shorter compared to the length. The term GillNet is based on the premise that fish are caught entangled around the operculum of the eye of the net. GillNet nets are prone to tearing and breaking because the ropes of GillNet fishing gear have a small volume. For example, the net rope used is 0.40 mm in size for fishing nets and 0.3 mm for shrimp nets. The net used is monoethylene.

Abstract

Tamangapa Village, Pangkep Sul-Sel Regency, is the center of the milkfish producing area. Besides being sold in whole form, milkfish is also made by the community to make milkfish products without thorns or what is known as BATARI. The pond farmer group together with the community partnership program team from the Indonesian Muslim University (UMI) are looking for a solution to the problems mentioned above, so the efforts made are the Utilization of Milkfish bones (Chanos Chanos) into Shredded Products of High Economic Value. Service activities are intended to provide knowledge and skills of members of the Pond Women's Group through counseling or training and mentoring to be able to produce shredded to the packaging stage. Community service activities were carried out on November 18, 2022 in Tamangapa Village with group partners "Tani Tambak. The method used in the training is a participatory training method, which involves partners in discussion activities, is actively involved in milkfish bone shredding activities. Abstract

One type of natural resource that is very high in value in Ma'rang District and Tamangapa Village in particular is a large pond land and has a very large economic value, especially shrimp and fish farming. The purpose of this activity is 1) Providing counseling on community empowerment efforts through fishing tourism efforts to improve the living standards of partners. 2) Conduct training on tilapia farming techniques on ponds. This service activity is carried out from October to December 2022 in Tamangapa Village, Ma'rang District, Pangkep Regency. The method used in service is the participatory counseling and training method, which involves as much as possible the participation of the partner community in lectures, discussions, and practices of product design and creation of works. The result that has been achieved from community service activities is that they can know and understand how to manage a fish fishing business in a pond. The pond that is used as a fishing tourist spot is a pond that has been stocked with tilapia seeds and is equipped with fishing facilities such as seating or gazebos so that tourists feel comfortable fishing. The results of the service that has been carried out show that income through fishing tourism can reduce the failure of tilapia farmers in the Tamangapa Village area, so this fishing business needs to continue to be developed and managed properly.

Abstract

Processing of fishery products as one of the activities to increase community income. Diversification of processed shrimp products can not only be done at the industrial level, but can also be done on a household scale. Based on the foregoing, it is necessary to conduct training on techniques for processing fishery products, especially shrimp processing in coastal communities. The objectives of the activity include: 1) Providing knowledge of vannamei shrimp processing techniques in the form of shrimp Ekado products, business management management, product product marketing techniques. 2) Eligibility to run an Ekado Shrimp business. The Partnership Program (PKM) activity was held on Friday, November 18, 2022 at the Indonesian Muslim Uversitas Assisted Village, namely Tamangapa Village, Ma'rang District, Pangkep Regency, at the homes of group members. The activity approach method is a participatory method where partners are directly involved in the implementation of activities from preparation to the implementation of these activities. The implementation of the approach method is in the form of counseling and training or demonstration. The output of the activity is in the form of a product with the specifications processed shrimp in the form of Ekado shrimp can be adopted properly. The shrimp ekado product processing business is worthy of being developed into a sustainable home industry business.

Abstract

Jeneponto Regency is known as a producer of nener and milkfish fry which are widely cultivated in South Sulawesi. In 2007 the production of milkfish fry produced was 8529 (thousands of heads) while nener was 10615 (thousands of heads). In 2008, it succeeded in producing milkfish through pond cultivation amounting to 2,904 tons. This potential provides an opportunity for the Jeneponto community to develop the processing of fishery products, especially milkfish, in order to increase their income. Binamu Subdistrict as one of the sub-districts in Jeneponto has the potential to develop milkfish processing into krispy bandeng and presto milkfish. The purpose of this program is to reactivate the activities of the group of housewives in order to improve the family economy. This PKM program will be implemented for approximately eight months, from May to December 2014 in Balang Toa Village and Pa'biringa Village, Binamu District, Jeneponto Regency, South Sulawesi. The method used provides training and mentoring to partner groups. Group determination using purposive sampling method, namely the Lestari group in Balang Toa Village and the Cahaya group in Pa'biringa Village. The results of the activity can reactivate the group of housewives, and be able to produce krispy milkfish and presto milkfish until finally they can be marketed around their homes.

Abstract

The Science and Technology Program for the community (PKM) has been carried out in Bacukiki Kora Parepare District, South Sulawesi Province with 2 groups of partners processing fishery products This activity is carried out by transferring technology for making shredded tuna which is still traditional to be more modern and hygienic. In addition, training and assistance were carried out to diversify processed anchovy products into various kinds of processed products such as rempeyek anchovies, balado seasoned anchovies and anchovy spicy sambel with vacuum packaging techniques to make it more hygienic as well as business management training activities. The method used in the training is the participatory method, which involves as many partners as possible in lectures, discussions, and practices. The training program that has been agreed with business group partners is the diversification of processed anchovy and tuna fish pabon products, the design of making product packaging. Business management training. covering finance and marketing strategies. The results of this activity show that the transfer of technology for making more modern tuna shredded products was accepted by the partner group because the procedure was easier, the results were more satisfactory and developed into a household-scale industry. In addition, partner groups have been able to produce processed anchovy products made from local anchovies.

Abstract

Ornamental fish farming in Makassar City is growing rapidly, both as a main livelihood and as an alternative. Demand continues to increase and prices are high, causing many people to cultivate freshwater ornamental fish, both as breeders and enlargement activities. One species of ornamental fish that has high economic value is koi fish (Cyprinus carpio). Along with the higher demand and the hope that new varieties will be found, cultivators/breeders are trying to do crosses. However, low lineage records and the use of unselected parents lead to frequent inbreeding. To obtain high-quality fish seeds, good parental quality, skills in reproduction, spawning, hatching, larval rearing and harvesting are needed. The ornamental fish cultivating group in kelurahan Balang Baru, kecamatan Tamalate, Makassar City as partners, was held on November 21, 2021. The aims of the PKM are: 1) Increasing public knowledge and understanding through counseling about the biology and reproduction aspects of koi fish; (2) Training on procedures for selecting broodstock, selecting and preparing broodstock for the process of reproduction, mating, spawning, hatching, rearing larvae, harvesting and packing. The expected outputs from this activity are: cultivators who become partners who understand the reproductive biology aspects of koi fish and are skilled at carrying out brood selection procedures, selecting and preparing broodstock for reproduction, mating, spawning, hatching, and larval rearing processes

Abstract

Ikan Cakalang sebagai salah satu jenis ikan yang melimpah di perairan Biak, mengandung protein yang lengkap dan kaya asam lemak omega 3. Ikan cakalang belum banyak dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat di Biak, untuk diolah menjadi aneka produk jajanan kekinian. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan, dalam pengolahan aneka produk berbasis ikan Cakalang, untuk membantu pengolah ikan, dalam mengembangkan produknya dan meningkatkan usahanya di kemudian hari. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 17-18 Oktober 2022, diikuti oleh 30 orang ibu-ibu pengolah ikan dari Kampung Sorido, Distrik Biak Kota, Kabupaten Biak Numfor, Provinsi Papua, bertempat di Kampus Akademi Perikanan Kamasan Biak. Metode pendekatan yang dilakukan, dengan mengidentifikasi latar belakang mitra, kebiasaan mitra, kondisi lingkungan, peluang-peluang usaha, melalui potensi sumber daya perikanan yang dimiliki. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari pelatihan pengolahan produk ikan Cakalang asap cair, stik cakalang dan keripik cakalang, dan pendampingan. Materi pelatihan yang diberikan meliputi, cara pengolahan produk ikan asap cair, stik cakalang dan keripik cakalang, dan marketing produk. Langkah-langkah evaluasi meliputi tingkat partisipasi peserta, dan kemampuan menyerap materi pelatihan baik dari teori maupun praktek yang dilakukan. Pada tahapan monitoring, dilakukan untuk melihat berapa lama respon peserta setelah pelatihan dilakukan, apakah peserta menindaklanjuti dengan membuat produk yang diajarkan, dan memasarkan sesuai dengan materi yang diberikan.
