Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee performance on the career development of the Public Works Service and Karawang regency spatial planning. This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive and verification research methods. The sample in this study was 175. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling. The analysis model in this study uses a multiple linear regression analysis model. The results of the study show that there is an influence between employee performance on the career development of the Public Works Office and spatial planning of the Karawang regency.

Abstract

The research design uses a quantitative descriptive design. The population is consumers of PT. Jaladara Jaya Trans Klaten and a sample of 97 people using the saturated sample technique, where the entire population is sampled. Linear regression test is used to analyze. The result is that brand image, service and word of mouth each influence PT. Jaladara Jaya Trans Klaten.

Abstract

Drinking water is a basic need that must be fulfilled because more than half of the composition of the human body is water. However, the quality of water currently is not suitable for consumption because it contains many harmful bacteria. Another alternative to meet the need for drinking water is bottled drinking water. Seeing the large number of needs for AMDK, it should be in line with the increasing sales of various AMDK producing companies. However, the Club has experienced decreased sales fluctuations compared to other competitor companies. So, this study aims to determine the effect of product quality and brand trust on the decision to purchase Club Brand Bottled Drinking Water. The research was conducted online and data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires via the g-form. The technique used to take samples was purposive sampling with a population of 98 respondents. The analysis technique used is component-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using tools Patrial Least Square (PLS). The results of the hypothesis testing of this study show that the product quality variable and Brand Trust variable have a significant and positive direction influence on the decision to purchase Club Brand Bottled Drinking Water.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of income, loans, economic literacy, and lifestyle on household consumption expenditure in Mojosari Village Kras District Kediri Regency. The research sample consisted of 94 households in Mojosari Village using the Slovin technique. This research used multiple linear regression analysis with a dummy variable in SPSS 20. The results explained that income and loans partially had a significant effect on household consumption expenditure, while economic literacy and lifestyle partially had no significant effect on household consumption expenditure in Mojosari Village Kras District Kediri Regency. Income, loans, economic literacy, and lifestyle simultaneously had a significant effect on household consumption expenditure in Mojosari Village Kras District Kediri Regency.

Abstract

Fast Moving Consumer Goods companies are one of the sources in realizing investment with the main sources of daily necessities, such as food, beverages, household products, and beauty products. However, it turns out that recently the share price of PT. Unilever Indonesia actually experienced a very significant decline. This study aims to determine the effect of EPS, DPS, PBV and DER on stock prices. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data used in this study is secondary data taken from the financial statements of PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk for the 2015-2022 period. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using review. The results showed that partially the EPS variables have no effect on stock prices. While the DPS, PBV and DER variables had a positive effect on stock prices. The simultaneous results show that the EPS, DPS, PBV and DER variables affect stock prices.

Abstract

Pegadaian syariah merupakan solusi yang terbaik dalam memenuhi kebutuhan manusia yang semakin konsumtif di tengah perkembangan dunia digital yang memberikan akses kemudahan manusia dalam memenuhi kehidupannya. Meskipun perbankan juga mengeluarkan produk gadai tetapi pegadaian tetap eksis dengan produk gadainya karena prosesnya cepat, mudah, dan aman tanpa harus mengantre lebih lama. Jadi disini peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi minat nasabah dalam menggadaikan emasnya di Pegadaian UPS Pasar Anom. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh secara langsung melalui penyebaran angket kuesioner ke 60 orang responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel biaya administrasi, nilai taksiran, biaya ijarah, dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat nasabah karena ttabel lebih besar daripada thitung dan nilai signifikasi lebih kecil dari 0,05. Sedangkan variabel denda keterlambatan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap minat nasabah hal ini dibuktikan dengan ttabel lebih kecil daripada thitung dan nilai signifikasi lebih besar dari 0,05. Kata Kunci: Minat Nasabah, Gadai Emas, Pegadaian Syariah

Abstract

Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh PT. BPRS Sarana Prima Mandiri Pamekasan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan volume minat nasabah, dimana pendekatannya menggunakan penelitian lapangan langsung (field Research), untuk mencapai sasaran pasar PT. BPRS Sarana Prima Mandiri Pamekasan melakukan dan menerapkan cara yakni dengan cara marketing mix, dimana ada 4P yakni ; a. Starategi Produk (Product), b. Strategi Harga (Price), c. Strategi Tempat (Place), d. Strategi Promosi (Promotion). Serta memakai atau memasang banner dan juga kerja sama ke instansi - instansi, serta house to house yakni menjalin silaturrahmi kerumah perorangan oleh marketing gadai. Dari berbagai cara yang sudah disebutkan diatas PT. BPRS Sarana Prima Mandiri Pamekasan mampu meningkatkan pembiayaan khususya Gadai Emas iB dan juga mampu bersaing dengan instansi – instansi disekitarnya
