<![CDATA[This study conducts a systematic review of digital leadership in organizations. In the era of digital transformation, digital leadership is increasingly important, yet publications on this topic are limited compared to other leadership styles. Through a literature search on Scopus and Web of Science, we selected 24 relevant articles out of 414. Findings indicate an increasing trend in publications since 2016. Selected articles cover definitions, perspectives, research designs, and outcomes. Digital leadership combines leadership practices and technology. However, the definition of digital leadership still varies. Most studies use a quantitative approach with questionnaires. This study provides a comprehensive understanding of digital leadership and identifies knowledge gaps for future research. The article contributes to practitioners and academics understanding of digital leadership in the era of digital transformation.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to compare the financial performance between Bank Mega and Bank Mega Syariah during the 2018-2022 period using the CAMEL approach. The research method used is descriptive comparative through a quantitative approach. The data used are Bank Mega and Bank Mega Syariah quarterly reports for the 2018-2022 period. The results of descriptive statistical tests show that the majority of the financial ratios of the two banks are in the good or very good category based on applicable standards. However, the results of hypothesis testing using the Mann-Whitney U Test indicate that there are significant differences in financial performance between the two banks. Bank Mega has better performance in terms of CAR, ROA, BOPO and LDR ratios, while there is no significant difference in the NPL ratio between the two banks.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to identify the application of the system in the KOIN NU work programme which is channeled through the permanent compensation work programme (SANTAP) at the NU-CARE LAZISNU institution in Kamal Bangkalan District. This research is a qualitative study that focuses on direct human behaviour, with a field research method that requires researchers to go directly to the research location to collect the required data. The results of this study reveal that NU-CARE LAZISNU Kamal Bangkalan Sub-district has successfully implemented the KOIN NU work programme through Fundraising activities. The Fundraising process involves steps such as mapping the placement of KOIN NU cans, determining KOIN officers, and implementing the SANTAP work programme as part of the administration of donated funds. Supporting factors for the success of the KOIN NU movement include systematic data collection of donors, active participation of the community who are very loyal in giving, and high enthusiasm reflected in most of the community. However, the research also identified several obstacles faced by NU-CARE LAZISNU Kamal Bangkalan District, especially in the aspect of human resources. <![CDATA[Job satisfaction is an individual's positive mindset that is reflected in employees' opinions about work or the atmosphere at work. Work life balance is achieving a balance between employee's family or personal life and work life. Job stress is an emotional state that arises due to an incompatibility of workload with an individual's ability to deal with the pressures they face. Safety behavior is an action or deed by a person or several employees that minimizes the possibility of an accident occurring to an employee. The purpose of this study is the first to determine the effect of work-life balance on job satisfaction in BPBD Bengkulu Province employees. The second is to determine the effect of work stress on job satisfaction in BPBD Bengkulu Province employees. The third is to determine the effect of safety behavior on job satisfaction in BPBD Bengkulu Province employees. The type of research used is quantitative research, where there is hypothesis testing. The data collection method is by distributing online questionnaires through hand delivery surveys. The population in this study were BPBD Bengkulu Province employees. This study has 26 questions given to respondents. The number of respondents in this study who processed were 120 respondents. The analysis in this study uses SPSS. The results of this study explain that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Safety behavior has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The suggestions given in this study are for further research to conduct similar research with different research objects in order to strengthen previous research. Then you can also add variables and develop a more comprehensive model. This can be the result of more diverse findings in the development of human resource management science.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the impact of dividend policies, profitability, and investment decisions on the value of companies in the mining sector listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research uses quantitative data with a secondary data source obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange financial reports. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling techniques and obtained 10 companies as samples for research. The analysis technique used is linear regression analysis using SPSS 2.7. The results of the research show that Dividend Policy (DPR) and Investment Decisions (FATA) have no effect on the Company’s Value (PER), while rentability (ROA) has a significant negative impact on the company’s value. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of financial distress of cash flow. The type of data used is secondary data. Data collection techniques in this research used documentation studies and literature studies. The data is obtained from Bursa Efek Indonesia. All financial data used in this research is expressed in Rupiah units. The population in this study is a company sector of infrastructure which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022, with a total sample of 110(22x5) companies selected using the method purposive sampling and the grouped into two categories, namely 27 included in the category of financial distress and 83 included in the the category of non financial distress. The data analysis technique used is regression logistic analysis using SPSS verison 2.5 software. The result of the research concluded that operating activities of cash flow has no effect on financial distress, investment activities of cash flow has no effect on financial distress and financing activities of cash flow has a positive effect on financial distress.]]>

<![CDATA[Todays, the use of mobile banking has become more widespread, with most banks providing mobile banking services that are equipped with attractive features. People also switch from conventional transactions to mobile banking. Therefore, this study aims to measure user expectations for the quality of e-service services from the Mobile Bank Kalbar application and assess user satisfaction in using it. This research method involves quantitative analysis involving 100 respondents using Mobile Bank Kalbar. Data was collected through interviews, questionnaires, observation, and literature study. The results of the study show that the implementation of E-service Quality in mobile banking is quite good, although user expectations for the service are still low, so further improvements are needed in mobile banking services.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and explain the influence of TikTok Marketing, Brand Image and Ratings on Customer Purchasing Decisions of Sinar Cosmetics Sragen. The research method uses quantitative research, in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were customers of Sinar Cosmetics Shop, Sragen City, who had made online or offline purchases. Of the 900 populations, 90 respondents were taken as a sample using non-probability techniques. The data used in this study is primary data in the form of questionnaires filled out by respondents. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis, multiple linear regression, F test, t test and the coefficient of determination. Based on these research findings, that TikTok Marketing, Brand Image and Ratings have a positive and simultaneous effect on Purchase Decisions. TikTok Marketing, Ratings have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions while Brand Image has no positive and significant effect. Purchasing decisions can be explained by the TikTok Marketing variables, brand image and ratings of 31.5%. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it is known that the most dominant variable is TikTok Marketing.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to investigate the impact of tax planning on revenue management practices at PT. Merapi Utama Pharmacy, Medan. This research uses quantitative and correlational analysis methods. The scope of this research is limited to the period 2018 to 2022. The data analysis method used in this research is the simple linear regression analysis method. The findings of this research show that tax planning has a positive correlation and influence on laboratory management, thus indicating that improving tax planning will also lead to improved laboratory management. The findings of this research are consistent with rational choice theory and accounting theory. A company needs a superior competitive advantage compared to its business competitors in order to achieve high profitability. One of these advantages lies in the company's ability to manage finances effectively, which in turn will ensure long-term business continuity. The sustainability of this business can be measured from the level of profitability obtained. These are the factors that encourage management to engage in the presentation and reporting of laboratory information, also known as "earnings management".]]>
