Abstract

Digital technology rapid user growth over the years gives opportunity for new startup to join this market. In financial industry, cashless payment system become more popular and one of them is mobile wallet. Mobile wallet is gaining popularity during the Covid-19 pandemic and still growing until this day as a new mode of payment system due to it’s simplicity and QR-code based scan-to-pay method that gains millions of user in Indonesia. However, there is still some scepticism among users about it’s safety and merit that can cause hindrance on their intention to adopt it. Thus, this study intends to find out aspects that could trigger user intention on adapting Gopay, the most well known mobile wallet in Indonesia as a payment system. Extended-TAM model consist of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and trust is used as a primary theory. Primary data is collected by an online-based survey to 114 respondents then analyzed with PLS-SEM (SmartPLS 4.1.0.2). The analysis indicate that perceived usefulness and trust impacts behavioral intention significantly, while perceived ease of use shows no influence towards behavioral intention.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Net Profit Margin on Profit Growth in the pandemic covid-19: Case Study of Healthy Companies. The quantitative research category encompasses this study. The population studied was health companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) throughout the period 2020 to 2022. The sample in this study was 14 companies obtained using the purposive sampling method so that the total data was 42 financial reports. The analysis techniques used are linear regression, classical assumption tests which include normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multicollinearity tests and autocorrelation tests, as well as hypothesis testing using the t test. The findings of this research partially show that the Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin variables have a significant influence on Profit Growth. Meanwhile, Current Ratio has no significant effect on Profit Growth.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how Green Accouting is implemented in Kurenai Beach Tourism. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach with data collection carried out using the interview method. The informants in this research are the Kurenai Beach Tourism Manager and Kurenai Beach Tourism Visitors. The results of this research indicate that Kurenai Beach Tourism has not implemented Green Accounting. This is because Kurenai beach tourism has not made a special report regarding environmental costs. Apart from that, environmental costs are not fully in accordance with Hansen and Mowen's theoretical framework. The implementation of Green Accounting in Kurenai Beach Tourism is still not effective due to obstacles such as lack of education and the absence of obligations in implementing it. However, Kurenai Beach Tourism always tries to maintain the sustainability and cleanliness of the surrounding environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors influencing social media interaction regarding the purchase intention of the local fashion brand Erigo. The methodology employed in this study utilizes a quantitative approach with purposive sampling techniques. The criteria for respondents in this research are active Instagram users from the millennial and Generation Z cohorts, aged 19-36, residing in Indonesia. The valid number of respondents is 150. Data processing is carried out using the PLS-SEM method. The variables examined in this study include social media interaction, source credibility, source homophily, content quality, and purchase intention. The findings of this research indicate that social media interaction has a positive influence on source credibility, source homophily, and content quality. Source homophily and content quality positively affect purchase intention. However, source credibility does not have a significant impact on purchase intention. The results of this research are expected to assist companies and marketers in developing more intimate relationships with consumers and encouraging consumer intent to purchase through social media interaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of : (1) Capital, (2) Human Resources, (3) Partnership on the financial performance of MSMEs in Banjarsari District, Surakarta City. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. This study used probability sampling method, which is a simple random sampling technique. The sample of this study was 100 respondents who were MSME actors in Banjarsari District who were randomly invited. This study used primary data obtained through questionnaires that had been taken directly with Likert scale. The results of this study in T and F tests show that the variables of capital, human resources and partnerships affect the financial performance of MSMEs. The results of the R2 coefficient test have an Ajusted R Square value of 44.6% and the remaining 55.4% is influenced by variables outside this study.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the influence of sharia financial literacy, use of shopee paylater, lifestyle on the consumptive behavior of students in the UMSU Sharia Banking Study Program. The type of approach used is quantitative with an associative type of research. The research population was 190 UMSU Sharia Banking Study Program students, while the sample used was 130 respondents who were the research sample. This research uses Purposive Sampling technique. The data used is primary data and the data collection technique uses a questionnaire via Google Form. The variables used are the independent variables in the form of financial literacy, use of Shopee Paylater and also Lifestyle, while the dependent variable is consumer behavior. The data analysis technique used in this research uses Multiple Linear Regression Test, Hypothesis Test (t Test and F Test), and Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this research used SPSS (Statistical Package For The Social Sciences) version 29.00 (2024). Based on the research results, it shows that Sharia Financial Literacy has a positive but not significant influence on student consumptive behavior. Using Shopee Paylater has a positive and significant influence on student consumptive behavior. And Lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on student consumption behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of downstreaming on the income of oil palm farmers in Nagari Talang Binjai, Silaut District, Pesisir Selatan Regency. The main problem in this research is the extent to which palm oil downstreaming helps increase the income of oil palm farmers in Nagari Talang Binjai, Silaut District, Pesisir Selatan Regency. This type of research is field research with a qualitative approach. The data analysis technique used is Miles and Huberman which includes reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research found that the downstreaming of palm oil stabilized the selling price of palm oil to farmers. Which can help stabilize the income of oil palm farmers in Nagari Talang Binjai, Silaut District, Pesisir Selatan Regency. Moreover, the European Union is boycotting palm oil commodities and their derivatives produced in Indonesia. After discussion, the Indonesian government must continue to carry out research regarding downstream palm oil and increase its costs. This is so that scientists can immediately produce one hundred percent vegetable energy, whether in the form of diesel or fuel, even in other forms of vegetable energy. After that, mass production of every vegetable energy product from palm oil will be carried out as soon as possible. Due to economic threats from abroad in the form of boycotts, reducing imports and planting oil palm, several countries have begun to implement them. By downstreaming palm oil, Indonesia will become a developed and strong country, and can bring prosperity to its people, especially oil palm farmers in Nagari Talang Binjai, Silaut District, Pesisir Selatan Regency.

Abstract

This purpose of this study is understand how consumer characteristics and analyze the effect of promotion, brand image, brand ambassador, and product quality on purchasing decisions on Somethinc products. The method used in this study is quantitative method. The number of samples in this study were 114 respondents who were determined by purposive sampling technique with the criteria of active university students in Purwokerto City who had purchased Somethinc products. The data analyzed is primary data collected using a questionnaire and processed by multiple regression analysis methods using the SPSS program version 26. Instrument testing states that all indicators are valid and all variables are declared reliable. The t-test results show that the promotion and brand image variables partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while the brand ambassador and product quality variables do not affect purchasing decisions. The F test results show that the regression model in this study is suitable for hypothesis testing. The coefficient of determination (Adj. R2) test results show the ability of the independent variables to explain the dependent variable by 59.1%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Brand Image, Service Quality, and Digital Banking variables on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction at BSI KCP Malang Soetta. This research uses a quantitative approach. The technique used is non-probability sampling which was taken using a purposive sampling technique. The population in this research is Bank Syariah Indonesia customers. The number of samples in this research was 200 customers. Hypothesis testing in this research uses the Smart PLS 3 test tool. The data used is the result of a questionnaire that has been distributed to BSI KCP Malang Soetta customers. The results of this research show that the brand image variable does not affect customer loyalty. The service quality variable influences customer loyalty. The digital banking variable affects customer loyalty. The customer satisfaction variable influences the customer loyalty variable. The customer satisfaction variable is not able to mediate brand image with customer loyalty. The customer satisfaction variable can mediate the service quality variable with the customer loyalty variable. The customer satisfaction variable can mediate the digital banking variable with the customer loyalty variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived usability, perceived ease, perceived security, interest, and trustworthiness. The quantitative research methodology used is an explanatory research approach to examine the influence of perceived usability, perceived convenience, and perceived security on the interest of Generation Z in using Islamic mobile banking with trust as a mediation variable. The population of this study consisted of students in Malang City who used Islamic mobile banking, and the sample used 100 students who met the criteria using purposive sampling techniques. Data was collected through questionnaires containing statements related to research variables. The results showed that perception, usefulness, and trust significantly affected interest. In comparison, the perception of convenience and security did not significantly affect interest. In addition, trust can mediate the influence of perceived usefulness and safety on interest. However, trust cannot mediate the influence of perceived convenience on interest. This study concludes that these factors can be a reference for banks to make strategies to increase the interest of Islamic mobile banking users.
