Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of the counseling program at Puspaga Balai RW on children's learning motivation. The focus of this research is the efforts of Puspaga facilitators in carrying out their role to bring public services, namely counseling, closer to the community. The research method used is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The research subjects were residents who had used Puspaga RW Hall counseling services. Data collection through in-depth observation and interviews. The conclusion of this research is that the Puspaga Balai RW counseling service is able to provide positive changes to children's learning motivation.

Abstract

In order to maximise public services as a support system for government administration, ongoing innovation is needed to raise the standard of public services. This study uses a qualitative methodology that involves creating a complex description, looking up words, compiling in-depth reports from respondents' perspectives, and studying real-world scenarios linked to enhancing online licencing services in the city of Surabaya via the SSW Alfa application programme. Research methods with qualitative descriptive and study focus include relative advance, Compatibility, Complexity, Trialability and Observability. Data analysis is based on the interactive data model from Miles and Huberman which consists of three activity flows that occur simultaneously, namely: data condensation, data presentation, and verification withdrawal. The results of the study show that SSW Alpha is based on: 1) Relative Advantage, the community is given the advantage of having easy access to permits; 2) Compatibility, there is a discrepancy in the flow of licensing and authority signing with previous innovations, therefore old innovations are no longer used; 3) Complexity, still complicated and trouble occurs and there are still incomplete files; 4) Triability, through the trial stages before the application is launched to the public; 5) Observability, making it easy for the public to observe and monitor the permit filing process and the convenience of officials to easily obtain licensing data.

Abstract

Technology is developing very quickly, especially in the field of information systems. Information technology is essential to every business, organization, government agency, and educational institution for data management and security purposes. As a result, it is critical that businesses, governments, or educational institutions put in place information systems that can be trusted to handle data processing smoothly and to help speed up task completion. A system is a collection or set of elements or variables that are interrelated, interact with each other, and depend on each other to achieve goals. Design is the stage in building a system after the system analysis stage and the system development cycle. In making the system, the tools used in making plans and designs are using Unifield Modeling Language (UML). Unifield Modeling Language is a language that has become the industry standard for visualizing, designing and documenting software systems. Use Case is one of the tools used to model user interactions with the system. Implementation is the application of how the system works based on the results of analysis and designs that have been made previously into a particular programming language.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect that organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has on employee performance as a mediation factor at the General Section of the Surakarta City Regional Secretariat. The data in this study are quantitative in nature. The information that was utilized in this research derived from primary sources, specifically questionnaires that were given out to a minimum of 75 employees of the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Surakarta City. Saturated sampling is the method that is being used for the sample. The methods of data analysis that were used included statistical analysis, including Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity, and Composite Reliability using SmartPLS 3.0. The findings indicated that organizational culture and work ethic both directly and indirectly had a significant and positive effect on employee performance at the General Section of the Surakarta City Regional Secretariat. The findings of the study also indicate that OCB, in its role as a mediating variable, has a stronger indirect influence than a direct effect on the performance of employees in the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Surakarta City. It is anticipated that the findings of this study will contribute positively to the discourse that leaders engage in to enhance organizational culture, work ethic, and organizational citizenship behavior for the purpose of improving employee performance.

Abstract

Brand Loyalty is a commitment that arises from consumers to a specific brand. Brand satisfaction, brand image, and brand trust are some of the variables that might impact brand loyalty. Non-cash payment via digital systems, which are an addition to e-commerce, refer to smart payment alternatives in several developing countries, one of which is indonesia. The emergence of digitalization through the Internet has accelerated the flow of globalization and payment systems from manual to online transactions. This research aims to determine the impact of brand image, brand trust, and brand satisfaction either concurrently or partially on the brand Loyalty of gopay e-wallet customers among UPN Veteran Jawa Timur. This kind of study employs quantitative associative research methodology. techniques and This study used 200 as the sample. respondents and used is a Google form. The collected data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). As a result, Brand Image, Brand Trust and Brand Satisfaction simultaneously influence the Gopay E-wallet Brand Loyalty. Based on the results of the t test, which are 111,361 > 2,65, the F test, it is known that brand loyalty is positively and significantly impacted by brand image (significantly significant effect = 0.000), positively and significantly impacted by brand trust (significant impact = 0.088), and positively and significantly impacted by brand satisfaction (significant impact = 0.004). the conclusion of this research is that Brand image, brand trust, brand satisfaction simultaneously influence the gopay e-wallet brand loyalty. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty. Brand trust has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty

Abstract

In the digital era of FinTech, a company uses a program called a “corporate competency improvement program” to help digital-based businesses better meet the demands of increasingly digital customers. Likewise, the financial industry, cooperatives and second-hand goods stores continue to improve their quality. One program that can help a business improve the quality of its customer service is company digitalization. Businesses related to finance have been successful. However, there were several obstacles found in program implementation, for example an outdated IT framework, a work culture that had not been digitized, and poor coordination between internal organizational divisions.

Abstract

Background: Syphilis during pregnancy can cause miscarriage, premature birth, low birth weight, stillbirth, or congenital syphilis. In Indonesia, syphilis has reportedly increased by 70% in the last 5 years. And unfortunately, syphilis cases are still high in big cities in Indonesia, especially Surabaya. The aim is to understand the level of knowledge of pregnant women regarding efforts to prevent the transmission of syphilis to newborns at the Perak Timur Community Health Center, Surabaya City. Method: The choice was descriptive observational with a cross-sectional approach. The total number of respondents involved was 30 people. The inclusion criteria were pregnant women in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimesters who visited and received antenatal care at the Perak Timur Community Health Center, Surabaya City. Meanwhile, the exclusion criteria for this study were pregnant women with special needs. This research was conducted at the Perak Timur Community Health Center, Surabaya City, during September 2023. Samples were collected using a purposive sampling technique. Results: The majority of respondents, namely 56.6%, had a good level of knowledge about preventing the transmission of syphilis to newborns; 30% had a minimal level of knowledge regarding preventing the transmission of syphilis to newborns; and the other 13.3% had some knowledge. which is quite related to anticipating the transmission of syphilis to newborns. Conclusion: The majority of respondents have a good level of knowledge regarding preventing the transmission of syphilis to newborns.

Abstract

This study discusses the concept of ahliyah (legal competence) which is quite an important discussion to be parsed, studied and discussed. Bearing in mind that legal competence has an important position in a contract because it is a condition that must be fulfilled by the subject of the contract which has implications for whether the contract can be considered valid or not; Legal competence in question turns out to be ahliyatul ada' (active skills) in fiqh muamalah. In this study, researchers examined the concept of ahliyah in the perspective of Islamic law (the opinion of the scholars) contained in fiqh books. The purpose of this research is to provide an understanding of the community as legal subjects, so that the contracts they enter into are correct according to Islamic law. This research is a normative juridical research that uses a type of Syara'-Fiqh approach (statue approach), case approach (case approach) and conceptual approach (concept approach). In carrying out legal actions, a person must first be declared competent to act according to the law. So in this study the researcher describes it in a descriptive-qualitative form. The results of study show that woman are increasingly dominating in economic transactions, especially in e-commerce media.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how PUSPAGA is implemented to stop violence against children. Sidosermo Village is located in Wonocolo sub-district, Surabaya, Indonesia. The village is known for its PUSPAGA program, which is held in every RW Hall. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Based on the study, this research has referred to the public policy implementation model according to Van Metter and Van Horn, fulfilling six variables. During the PUSPAGA implementation program in Sidosermo Village, effective communication occurred between the various organizations involved, making it easier to coordinate interrelated activities throughout the implementation process. The Surabaya Department of Child Empowerment and Protection and Population Control and Family Planning (DP5A) and PUSPAGA collaborate with various departments and institutions according to the community's needs.

In this research the author uses a quantitative research approach. What is meant by quantitative research will emphasize the quality of the data or the depth of the data obtained. The data that will be used in this research data is primary data. The population of this research is all customers who shop at Lazada Semarang e-commerce. Lazada provides a guaranteed product return application service to help consumers if there are problems, the products offered meet consumer needs and desires. So that with the many services provided, consumers will have their own satisfaction.
