Abstract

The aim of the Kalimasada Program is to increase public awareness regarding the importance of population administration. This program makes it easier to administer population administration services. This research aims to measure the effectiveness of the Kalimasada Program which is implemented through the Citizen Compassion Service in Gebang Putih Subdistrict, Surabaya City. The research method involves qualitative descriptive data analysis. The results of the research show that 1.) The success of the Kalimasada Program has been running quite well, and the community is quite enthusiastic about taking care of the population registration documents that they don't yet have because they don't have to come all the way directly to the Surabaya City Population and Civil Registration Office. 2.) The success of the Kalimasada Program targets has not been on target. , people who are elderly or who don't understand technology don't know what the Kalimasada Program itself is, making it difficult for them to take care of the population administration documents they need. 3.) Satisfaction with the Kalimasada Program can be said to be quite satisfied because people are really helped in taking care of population registration documents without having to come to the Dispendukcapil Office with very easy procedures, although people who are elderly and who don't understand technology have a little difficulty in understanding the Kalimasada Program.4. ) The output produced by the Kalimasada Program is greater than the input provided, even though the Surabaya City Population and Civil Registration Department has to prepare inputs such as various supporting facilities for the Kalimasada Program, it can produce greater output, namely fast, easy, and time-efficient services. 5.) Program Kalimasada has been quite successful in achieving its goals. This can also be seen from the number of people who take care of population administration which increases every year compared to before the Kalimasada Program was launched. The conclusion is that the effectiveness of the Kalimasada Program is quite effective in making a positive contribution to the community of Gebang Putih Subdistrict, Surabaya City. The community is quite helped in processing the population registration documents without having to come to the Surabaya City Population and Civil Registration Department.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and describe the implementation of the historical literature program in MAN 2 Bogor City and to know the role of the history literature programme in increasing the interest of students of XI MAN 2 City Bogor class in learning SKI. This type of research is qualitative research. The source of the research data is the deputy head of the curriculum school, the teacher of the Islamic cultural history lesson, and eleventh-grade students. Data obtained through interviews, and documentation. The findings in this study first, the implementation of historical literature in MAN 2 Bogor City, namely through reading books 15 minutes before the start of learning, book surgery, role play, interactive discussions and screenings of history films. Then second, the role of history literacy in increasing student learning interest in learning SKI showed that the history literature program can grow students' interest in the culture of historic literature, train students to engage actively in the classroom. It adds insight into the history of Islamic culture and raises concern about the importance of the Islamic cultural history. The development of this historical literacy program must be continued accurately and effectively in order to give an optimal impact by the school institution and teachers are expected to be able to adjust learning strategies, both learning methods or learning atmosphere so that students continue to be motivated and able to maintain and improve literacy skills to understand SKI learning well

Abstract

Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI) is a trans-national Islamic movement and carrying the re-establishment of a global Islamic caliphate. Theoretically, this establishment addressed for the sake of Islamic law at the level of politics and society. The problem is, when the ideas and struggles were developed in Indonesia, which has the basic form of the state and the fnal state, namely the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) and the Pancasila, the struggle HTI is part of the defamation against the state. Although this political struggle will not succeed, but it is quite efective conduct of delegitimation on national awareness among Muslims that they managed to recruit a member. This article will explain the state of political ideology and agenda HTI. Therefore, this paper aims to explore the views HTI about sharia and its position for the state system of caliphate and the glory (political) Islam that sought to establish global world as well as in Indonesia nationally. In addition, HTI put ideological struggle in the context of the ideological threat on Pancasila and the Homeland, because the idea khilafahnya necessarily contradictory with the nation-state of the Republic of Indonesia. The data of this article comes from the literature. The results of the literature review were then analyzed through political discourse and the Islamic state, which raises the style Islamic political discourse in the context of political discourse HTI in Indonesia. The article concludes, HTI do delegitimation nationality, Pancasila and state buildings Homeland. It departs from the perspective of Islamic law formalist and holistic, where Sharia law is understood as the rules governing the whole life of the community, through the formalization into the constitution and state law. Cita re-establishment of the Islamic caliphate is a structural condition for the enforcement of Islamic Shari’a.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the role of puspaga facilitators in event management for family learning center program services at RW X Ketabang hall level, Surabaya City. Puspaga is a learning tool for families in the city of Surabaya to improve their ability to overcome problems related to violence, delinquency among women and children and other problems in the family environment. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research methods. The research uses data collection techniques by means of observation and taking documentation. The results of the research that has been carried out show that the Puspaga Facilitator has been able to manage the event management of the Puspaga program services carried out at the RW.

Abstract

This research examines the role of the Family Learning Center (PUSPAGA) in preventing and overcoming bullying in children in Jagir Village, Surabaya City. The objectives of this research are: (1) To determine the role of PUSPAGA in preventing bullying among children in Jagir Village, Surabaya. (2) To find out the role of PUSPAGA in overcoming bullying among children in Jagir Village, Surabaya. The research method in this study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research. From this research, the researchers obtained the results that: (1) PUSPAGA efforts to prevent bullying among children in Jagir Village, include: PUSPAGA goes to school and socializes to the community during RW Hall parenting classes. (2) The efforts used by PUSPAGA to overcome bullying among children in Jagir Subdistrict, Surabaya are divided into three stages, namely, receiving reports, collecting information and providing services.

Abstract

Community empowerment has a very crucial and important role in building the foundations of sustainability and prosperity in Indonesia. If the community has carried out community empowerment, then they will not only become beneficiaries, but will also become an active part in the development process. Violence against women and children is an unavoidable incident in big cities like Surabaya. However, this does not mean that the Surabaya City Government is not doing anything to overcome this problem. The Family Learning Center (PUSPAGA) is one of the platforms and facilities offered by the Surabaya City government to its citizens. The research conducted by the author used qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. This method is used to describe and explain precisely the problems that occur. The data obtained in writing this article is divided into two, namely primary data and secondary data. The concept of empowerment is closely related to two concepts, namely the concept of power and the concept of disadvantage or inequality. Community empowerment is also the process of providing resources, knowledge and skills to the community so that they are able to determine their own choices and future. The definition of community empowerment by Jim Ife is explained using four perspectives, namely: pluralist, elitist, structuralist and post-structuralist perspectives. through this PUSPAGA program with assistance from the parties concerned to carry out educational outreach in community activities to take part in PUSPAGA activities. This is done to foster a sense of citizen participation, and to increase public awareness regarding violence against women and children through the PUSPAGA program.

Abstract

Islam teaches us to empathize with one another. One of the things that can be expected to boost student empathy is the activity of infaking. The objective of this study is to: 1) To find out how the implementation of the infak program on Friday in the SMAN 7 city of Bogor, 2) To know how the role of the program infak in improving the empathy of the students of the 12th grade in the S.M. 7 city Bogor. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection using interviewing techniques by interviewing 3 teachers and verifying data is triagulated by interviews with 5 students and the data obtained is analyzed using data reduction. The results of data analysis found 7 themes, namely: (1). Friday (2). IRMA (3). Volunteering (4). Social funds (5). Increasing sensitivity to others (6). Understanding others (7). Increase awareness of others. This infak program is judged to enhance empathy among students of the 12th grade in the 7th grade school of Bogor and needs to be re-optimized by the school to build a culture of empathism and teach students about social values such as caring and sharing, both in terms of equality, guidance and learning activities teaching and applying empathic attitudes in everyday life consistently

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the success of event organizers in increasing brand awareness and brand loyalty as well as the reasons why Redline Production uses word of mouth and public marketing communication strategies. This research was conducted using data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and observations to identify WOM and PR marketing strategies in increasing brand awareness and brand loyalty. The results of this research are due to the small environment so that it can build and maintain closer relationships with potential clients and clients. Implementation of WOM elements consists of talkers, lead agents who have strong influence and trust from clients so that they can bring up topics related to service quality and the collaboration process that will be carried out. The tool used is the use of coupons with the company logo to stimulate conversation. Participate by responding to feedback from clients including taking a part, tracing, namely by utilizing agents and vendors as quality control. Implementation of PR elements consists of pull, by providing the best service so as to create a satisfying experience. At push by preparing the event layout and conducting location surveys, then, at pass providing service and education to clients.

Abstract

The research discusses the philosophy of nativism in Islamic education. It explores the interconnectedness of philosophy, educational theory, and educational practice, and delves into the concept of nativism, which suggests that individuals are significantly influenced by innate factors from birth. The research also touches on empiricism and convergence as alternative theories, and it examines the implications of nativism in the context of Islamic education. This research employs a Literature Review method, incorporating the Quranic verses and their exegesis, also hadis thematically to support the discussion. The research references various Quranic verses and their interpretations to support the Islamic perspective on the innate nature of humans and its alignment with religious inclinations. The result emphasizes the concept of fitrah in Islam, which denotes the innate disposition of humans and its role in understanding human potential. It also addresses the potential contradiction between nativism and common sense, highlighting the Islamic recognition of innate talent while emphasizing that such differences can still be developed.
