Abstract

Citing a hadith from the Prophet Muhammad SAW, this essay discusses how radicalism is handled in Indonesia as an extremist and terrorist problem. Using the Integrative Review paradigm, it uses a qualitative approach and literature review as its research technique. The Hadith of the Prophet provides two strategies: preventative activity and repressive action. Promoting attitudes of moderation, tolerance, compassion, justice, equality, and prudence while issuing fatwas are examples of preventive efforts. Repressive measures, on the other hand, are meant to deal with hypocrites and Khawarij to preserve the Muslim Ummah's unity and defend the Muslim community's wellbeing per the hadith recorded in Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim.

Abstract

English is a language that must be master by learners. One of the important components in learning English is mastering vocabulary well. In addition, the right method is also needed to be able to develop an English skill, these are 4 skills that need to be developed, namely listening, reading, writing and speaking. In this case, the students of MAN 2 Situbondo learn together by "English Class" with the guidance of tutors from the students of English education study program, Ibrahimy University. English learning activities are carried out using the collaborative learning method which can help the students to be easier for learning English in the school environment, especially in the field of communication. In addition, the students also give a positive response by learning English together with their friends into doing a conversation and also perform mini drama. It also enhance the students motivation and being more confidence in learning English.

Abstract

This qualitative research study explores the application of the Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) approach in teaching speaking skills at University Ibrahimy. The study aims to investigate the benefits, challenges, and outcomes of implementing CLT in the context of speaking skill development. Data is collected from students and instructors through interviews and classroom observations to gain insights into their experiences and perceptions. The objectives of this research are to examine the impact of CLT on students' speaking proficiency, explore students' engagement and motivation in speaking tasks, investigate instructors' experiences and strategies in implementing CLT, and identify the role of authentic materials, cultural awareness, and feedback in enhancing students' speaking skills. The findings of this research contribute to the understanding of the practical implications of CLT in promoting speaking skills at Ibrahimy University. The outcomes are instructional practices and professional development initiatives. Adopting a student-centered approach that emphasizes authentic communication at Ibrahimy University can empower students with effective speaking skills for future academic and professional endeavors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the mathematical modeling of monthly profits at the Ma'hadul Qur'an boarding school kiosk located at the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School Sukorejo. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method using numbers, and the analysis uses statistical methods. The results of the research show that (1) the solution for students who are limited in communicating with other people by using the telephone is the holding of a pesantren kiosk; (2) The shop is an attempt by the pesantren to help its students who cannot bring their cell phones to the pesantren because of a ban; (3) Wartel standard tariff is Rp2000 per minute, the monthly fee per call is Rp62,000, and all 5 telephone units; (4) The total income from the first week to the last week is 2.207.500, the total expenses are Rp310.000. Thus if it is calculated, it will produce a net profit of 1,800,000. Meanwhile, the minimum profit is 1,590,000, and the maximum profit is 2.312.000; and the Mathematical Modeling is Y = (X_1 + X_2 + X_3 + X_4 ) - (5 × 62,000).

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Sukorejo Situbondo provides a payment application called SIMANTAP. This application aims to make it easier for guardians of students to make payments for bills given by Islamic boarding schools. Along the way, some obstacles arise; users tend to give their views in a comment. These comments will later provide an overview of the user's response to the SIMANTAP application. This study will analyze comment data using the Naïve Bayes Classifier. The data was taken from September 2021 to October 2021. As a result, users tend to give a positive response of 89%. Based on the test data results using the Naïve Bayes classifier algorithm, the classification can predict quite well; this is shown by the precision results of 82%, 97% recall, and 89% fi-score.

Abstract

Islam is the Universal Religion and a blessing for the whole of Nature, so that the principles taught are also universal without any discrimination against certain groups. As a religion that has shari'a or specific guidelines which we term fiqh, the shari'a must also be universal without distinguishing rules for certain groups unless there are underlying factors. In the above article, we have discussed many editorials that support equality in the field of gender, social affairs, and education as well as reveal some references that Islam is indeed a religion that loves peace. In the social field, it discussed disabilities, the rich, poor and free, and slaves, while in the education sector, it discussed disabled people and convicts. The aspects of fiqh that are discussed are about Worship, Muamalah and Munakahah. All aspects discussed support the existence of the principle of peace which is supported by the basis of equality. As a result, equality and peace have begun to be realized and sought after and supported by the government through many Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia.

Abstract

The development of Smartphone technology has been quite quick from the time it was initially published until now, with various Smartphone brands circulating in the market. This study aims to determine differences in consumer perceptions of promotions, features, prices and designs of the Realme 6 Pro and Oppo A92 smartphones. The sampling technique used was quota sampling using a questionnaire. The number of samples is as many as 100 samples. The analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, and manova test. The results of this study indicate that the promotional activities, features, prices and designs of the two smartphones have significant differences in consumer perceptions.

Abstract

The limited human absorption capacity necessitates the incompleteness of the captured object. In turn, the knowledge possessed by humans is incomplete. Then came the phenomenon of dichotomy of science, such as religion and general. This dichotomy is widening along with the demand for specific specifications and specializations for certain problems. Many people misunderstand this phenomenon that the nature of knowledge is dichotomous and the seekers are limited by the classroom and study period. This library research was carried out by collecting literature on knowledge and its seekers from authoritative literature such as interpretations, hadiths, turats books, and so on. The findings that can be conveyed are that the nature of knowledge is one-solid, and to obtain it is not limited to space and time. This article also provides a philosophical basis for publishing this Jurnal Multidisiplin Ibrahimy (JUMMY).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of Work Engagement on organizational commitment. This study uses a quantitative approach method. The population used in this study were employees of PT. Daesang Food Indonesia. Scale were distributed offline and data were analyzed using a simple regression test using SPSS 25. The number of respondents used in the study were 94 employees. The results of the study prove that there is a 10.1% effect of Work Engagement on organizational commitment at PT. Daesang Food Indonesia.

Abstract

The phenomenon of slang is a social reality in the era of globalization. Language has meaning in every statement or self-portrait. This research aims to study the validity of slang and its existence in the era of globalization. This study uses a qualitative method using a type of phenomenology. The data used are texts/documents, dialogues and other everyday phenomena and their existence. Data collection techniques were carried out by examining several natural phenomena related to adolescent slang. The material is then analyzed using Miles and Huberman Flow with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of this research show the impact of the slang phenomenon, namely (a) the existence of the Indonesian language is threatened by the marginalization of slang, (b) the collapse of Indonesian language standards, (c) the extinction of the Indonesian language, and d) distrust at the hands of Indonesians. Factors related to the slang phenomenon are (a) the spread of the internet and social networks, (b) environmental impacts, (c) the role of the media, and (d) developments over time.
