Abstract

This study aims to analyze quantitatively related to the factors driving the accountability of the performance of government agencies. This study examines the effect of green transformational leadership and organizational learning on government performance accountability. The survey method approach uses a questionnaire to answer research questions. Hypothesis testing using Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Analysis of research data involved 100 respondents consisting of officials and staff at the Banten Provincial Government. The results of the study state that green transformational leadership and organizational learning have a positive effect on the performance accountability of government agencies. It was concluded that, the role and influence of a leader in the organization in stages. This is because leadership makes a major contribution to the accountability of the performance of government agencies. While the importance of learning in organizations can have a big impact and influence in improving the quality of accountability for the performance of government agencies, especially local governments.

Abstract

Purpose – This paper seeks to examine how the coconut market value chain is managed in order to develop agricultural economic performance in Indragiri Hilir, Riau Province. Methodology/approach – The method used in this paper is descriptive qualitative research and literature review. The data is collected from secondary sources that is credible related to the topic. The focus of this research is to find various legal theories, propositions, principles, or ideas that are used to analyse and solve the formulated research questions. Findings – From the data collected, it is found that the coconut market value chain in Indragiri Hilir run quite well. Although there are some problems faced by the coconut farmers, both coconut farmers and Local Government have tried their best to develop coconut exporting activity and to minimize the constraints in coconut market in Indragiri Hilir.

Abstract

Purpose – This paper seeks to provide a new model in the development of the Pillars of Death that occurs in the community to be incorporated in the basic principle of mutual cooperation and the ability of community contributions to be facilitated in BPJS Health and Death with implications for health care costs and death benefits. Methodology/approach – The method used in this research is a Research Literature Study with qualitative analysis based on secondary data that occurred in the last five years in Indonesia. Findings – It was found that. The findings obtained in this scientific work are a model of solutions faced by many people in dealing with health and death within a framework of achieving the Mandate of People's Prosperity Ideals that are socially just and reduce the economic burden on society and harmony. Novelty/value – As the sustainability of the Death Law Program which has similarities and differences with Insurance, in the solution to the merger of BPJS Health and Death due to the community's ability to pay contributions in the spirit of mutual cooperation. Abstract

This study aims to analyse how the impact of inflation, money supply, and export to influence the movement of the IDR/USD exchange rate, so it is expected to be used as a basis for determining reduction policy to mountain the IDR/USD exchange rate. The method of analyse used this research is linier regression data time series with Error Correction Model (ECM) analysis method with the help of software E-views 9. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from IFS and BI. The results of the study show that in the short and long term, inflation and money supply have a positive effect and exports have a negative effect on the IDR/USD exchange rate.

Abstract

This research article has examined the Influence of Entrepreneurship Determinants on MSE’s Performance in Ethiopia. SME entrepreneurs working in West Guji Zone Bule Hora town, Ethiopia used as sample area for data collection. Purposive and stratified sampling was employed to select the respondents. Using a pre-tested survey questionnaire a total of 208 entrepreneurs’ as respondents was retained. Correlation analysis and Spearman's rho regression was used for hypothetical testing. The research enclosed entrepreneurship as determinant on MSE’s Performance. Through evocative statics it is manifested that motivation and self-drive, tolerance to work hard, creativity, flexibility and adaptability to new ideas were the main determinants that affects the performance of MSE’s in the studied area. Inferential statics signified that, there is statistically significant contextual relation between exploratory variables on explained variables. This research has shifted the application of entrepreneurship determinants from developed countries to an emerging like Ethiopia. The research also provide some perceptive implications for business managers and researchers.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to determine the effect of executive job satisfaction on managerial performance through political will perception, to determine the effect of political will perception on managerial performance and to determine the effect of executive job satisfaction on managerial performance. Methodology/approach – A This research is a quantitative research using WarPls 07 to process the data. This research was conducted at the Government of Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau Province, Indonesia. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with proportionate stratified random sampling. The sample was calculated using the Herry King Nomogram Table with an error rate of 5% where 135 respondents were selected. Findings – It Test results The effect of executive job satisfaction on managerial performance has a beta coefficient of 0. 272 and a p value of <0.001. Thus it can be concluded that executive job satisfaction has a positive effect on managerial performance. The effect of political will perception on managerial performance has a beta coefficient of 0.389 and a p value of <0.001. Thus, it can be concluded that the political will perception has a positive effect on managerial performance. Testing the effect of executive job satisfaction on the political will perception has a beta coefficient of 0.633 and a p value of <0.001. Thus, it can be concluded that executive job satisfaction has a positive effect on political will perception. Testing the effect of executive job satisfaction on managerial performance through the political will perception has a beta coefficient of 0.246 with a p value <0.001 which is smaller than the sig level of 0.05. Novelty/value – As executive job satisfaction increases managerial performance through the political will perception and its effect is significant. Thus, it can be concluded that the political will perception can mediate the effect of executive job satisfaction on managerial performance
