Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan Indonesia
Authors who intend to submit a manuscript for publication in JPPI obliged to understand correctly the instructions and the ins and outs of the provisions on this journal. For authors who have never published the article on this journal, we recommend reading all of the term and conditions are listed in the journal. Authors are requested to prepare a manuscript in accordance with the Instructions for preparation of manuscript and then to follow the Author Guidelines for submission. Before the manuscript is submitted to the editorial team, please make sure that your paper is prepared using the journal paper template. The authors must refer to JPPI for writing format and style (Please download and use as a template for the initial manuscript submission). This will ensure fast processing and publication. Any papers not fulfilling the requirements based on the guidelines to authors or focus and scope, with great regret will not be processed and automatically rejected. The author who will submit the manuscript after deadline of submission as long as meet the requirement for publication in this journal will be process for next issue. The paper submission and reviewing procedures in JPPI will be processed with the web-based system via the Open Journal System (OJS) by Public Knowledge Project (PKP). We strongly prefer to receive manuscripts via our online submission system. With using our OJS system, authors can upload manuscript files (text, figures, and supplementary information) directly to our office and check on the status of Reviews their manuscripts during the review process.

<![CDATA[Perkembangan Industri batik di Indonesia sangat terkait dengan perkembangan batik yang dimulai sejak beratus-ratus tahun yang lalu. Batik sebagai mahakarya asli Indonesia, mendorong para pelaku Industri Batik untuk memiliki bisnis di bidang perbatikan Industri batik di Jawa Barat tersebar di beberapa daerah di pulau Jawa Barat. Sebut saja batik Garut, Ciamis, Tasikmalaya, Cirebon dan Indramayu. Setiap batik dari daerah tersebut memiliki ciri motif yang spesifik. Namun, kinerja industri batik di Jawa Barat masih rendah karena saat ini kemitraan strategis yang dilakukan oleh industri batik di Indonesia belum terjalin secara optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kekuatan lingkungan eksternal, sumber daya perusahaan terhadap kinejra perusahaan dengan strategi bersaing sebagai variable intervening pada industri batik di Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan Mix Methods Research dengan strategi desain eksplanatori dan metode yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh industri batik di Jawa Barat dengan jumlah populasi 30 (data DEPRIN Provinsi Jawa Barat 2021). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian adalah sumber daya perusahaan dan strategi bersaing memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan sedangkan tenaga lingkungan eksternal berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian dilakukan di Perusahan Daerah Jasa dan Kepariwisataan, salah satu BUMD milik Provinsi Jawa barat, tentang kajian implementasi strategi dan kepemimpinan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan studi kasus tunggal (single case study). Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi data, interpretasi data, dan pembahasan. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, perusahaan tidak memiliki sinergi antara perumusan strategi dengan implementasi strategi. Artinya perusahaan belum berbasis rencana strategis. Selain itu, terlihat bahwa kepemimpinan yang ada belum optimal, serta biaya operasioanal yang sangat tinggi. Kemudian pada saat kinerja perusahaan belum optimal, manajemen justru tidak fokus pada bisnis. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa, masing-masing elemen (perumusan strategi, implementasi strategi dan kepemimpinan strategis) memiliki hubungan yang kuat di dalam membangun kinerja perusahaan.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to reveal the development of research in accounting management science sourced from the journal Management Accounting Research volume 50-53. There are 16 articles that are used as analytical materials out of three volumes in 2021. The stages of analysis carried out include analyzing the literature used for research, archival documents that support research, collecting cases related to research, experimentation from several cases from research, field studies, making a framework from field studies, reviews resulting from findings, surveys for confirm the findings, and simulate for the final results. Based on these stages, this article focuses on the topic of accounting management which consists of (1) honesty in budget reporting; (2) the role of organizational culture and information systems in management strategy; (3) controlling the sustainability of the organization's activities; and (4) economic policy uncertainty and cost rigidity.This research is only limited to the study of existing biographies in one journal, without any comparisons from other journals so that it has not been able to form a new pattern in the development of management accounting studies. <![CDATA[This research aims to develop a consumer buying model, especially for underprivileged students, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, which forces students to buy gadgets for college needs. This research was conducted to find out how students make purchases so far. As a result of these changes, it is necessary to study the variables that affect the purchase of these students. The research was conducted at the University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra (UMSU; Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra), Medan Area University (UMA), and the Islamic University of North Sumatra (UISU; Islamic University of North Sumatra), which are located in Medan, Indonesia. This research was conducted using a sample of 215 student respondents who bought a smartphone. This study illustrates that price affects purchase intention and actual purchase, but the ease of use does not influence smartphones.]]>

Many of the work teams do not experience positions alternately so that it affects the company's performance commitment. the research method uses library research by collecting several leadership theories and company The purpose of this study is to analyze the leadership model of the exchange of working team members to develop private companies in Indonesia. The results of the study explain that a company led by an entrepreneurial spirit, charismatic, democratic model is able to improve team performance so that the company can develop quickly through planning strategies and periodic evaluations from leaders and members of the work team. To thrive in the future and be profitable, teams and organizations can work alternately in a job title in a team member exchange leadership system.]]>

<![CDATA[PT Pegadaian officially internalizes PT Pegadaian Personnel with CHARACTERISTICS who uphold the values of Trust, Competence, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive and Collaborative, as standards of ethical values that serve as guidelines in working culture in realizing the spirit of BUMN for Indonesia.Ethics is important because it fulfills a basic human need when every employee wants to be and work for a fair and ethical organization. An organization perceived to be motivated by AKHLAK values is respected even by people in society who may have little understanding of the job and the business or organization. Its employees also respect values-driven organizations. This is a typical human resource on a network that places workers and decision makers. In addition, an organization driven by ethics and values is long term efficient. The sample used is the employees of PT Pegadaian as many as 200 samples. The results show that the indicators of AKHLAK values regarding work perfection, cooperation, human values of honesty and focus on customers based on the perception of pawnshop employees show good results. With AKHLAK values, it is hoped that it can improve the quality of employees so that it has an impact on the quality of employees' work.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between Passive Leadership variables and Behavioral Incivility, the relationship between Passive Leadership variables and Workplace Incivility and the relationship between Workplace Incivility variables and Behavioral Incivility in Indonesia public organizations. This research belongs to the type of descriptive quantitative research, namely research that aims to explain and explain descriptive information. The subjects taken in this study were 210 employee in Indonesia public organizations during the COVID-19 pandemic which were determined by the random sampling system method. Data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires with a Likert scale of 1 to 7 through social media. The analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with data processing tools SmartPLS 3.0 software. The independent variable in this study is Passive Leadership, while the dependent variables are Behavioral Incivility and Workplace Incivility. The increase in the passive leadership variable does not have a significant effect on the behavioral incivility variable. There is a significant effect of passive leadership on workplace incivility in Indonesia public organizations. There is a significant influence between workplace incivility on behavioral inclusivity in Indonesia public organizations. ]]>

<![CDATA[Kepuasan kerja merupakan perasaan senang atau kecewa karyawan pada pekerjaan atau perusahaan dan budaya organisasi merupakan nilai atau norma yang ditanamkan oleh perusahaan. Kedua variabel penting tersebut menjelaskan komitmen organisasi yang berupa keinginan karyawan untuk memertahankan keanggotaannya di perusahaan. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini menafsirkan fenomena melalui penemuan dan penggambaran data secara naratif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan studi kepustakaan, yakni penulis mengumpulkan buku, jurnal, serta penelitian lainnya yang relevan dan kemudian mengkajinya. <![CDATA[Inventarisasi makanan tradisional di Kabupaten Sleman Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta di fokuskan pada makanan tradisional yang masih dapat ditemui di berbagai sentra kuliner di wilayah Kabupaten Sleman dan bertujuan untuk: Mengidentifikasi potensi makanan tradisional di Kabupaten Sleman dari jenis sajian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penetian deskriptif dengan analisis model Miles dan Hubermen. Dalam analisis tersebut terdapat beberapa tahap yaitu: data reduction, data display dan conclutions drawing/verification. Penilitian dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi terhadap sample yang diperoleh secara snowball purposive sampling dari populasi dari penilitian ini yaitu seluruh pasar makanan tradisional dan sentra-sentra kuliner makanan tradisional yang addi Kabupaten Sleman Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.Hasil Penelitian ini: Identifikasi jenis sajian Makanan Tradisional di Kabupaten Sleman di kategorikan menjadi 5 jenis sajian. Yaitu (1) Hidangan Pokok, (2) Lauk pauk, (3) Kudapan, (4) Minuman dan (5) Hidangan Sepinggan. Makanan tradisional yang terdata sebanyak 212 produk makanan tradisional dari 31 pasar tradisional yang ada di Kabupaten Sleman. Produk makanan tradisional yang terdata kemudian di kelompokan ke dalam 5 jenis sajian makanan dengan sebaran: 12 hidangan pokok, 15 lauk paku, 152 kudapan dan 8 minuman dan 25 hidangan sepinggan.]]>

<![CDATA[English is a very urgent subject in academic life. In order to improve reading comprehension skills, teachers need to use online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This method is to provide space for students to study independently online. This study aimed to analyze the effect of the flipped digital classroom method using Moodle e-learning material and students’ engagement on students’ reading comprehension skills. This research used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The instruments used in this research were observation sheets, questionnaires, and reading comprehension tests. The data analysis used Two Way ANOVA. The results showed that the flipped digital classroom method using Moodle and student engagement affect reading comprehension skills. English lecturers should apply this method by building a pleasant online learning atmosphere so that student engagement and reading comprehension skills increase.]]>
