Authors who intend to submit a manuscript for publication in JPPI obliged to understand correctly the instructions and the ins and outs of the provisions on this journal. For authors who have never published the article on this journal, we recommend reading all of the term and conditions are listed in the journal. Authors are requested to prepare a manuscript in accordance with the Instructions for preparation of manuscript and then to follow the Author Guidelines for submission. Before the manuscript is submitted to the editorial team, please make sure that your paper is prepared using the journal paper template. The authors must refer to JPPI for writing format and style (Please download and use as a template for the initial manuscript submission). This will ensure fast processing and publication. Any papers not fulfilling the requirements based on the guidelines to authors or focus and scope, with great regret will not be processed and automatically rejected. The author who will submit the manuscript after deadline of submission as long as meet the requirement for publication in this journal will be process for next issue. The paper submission and reviewing procedures in JPPI will be processed with the web-based system via the Open Journal System (OJS) by Public Knowledge Project (PKP). We strongly prefer to receive manuscripts via our online submission system. With using our OJS system, authors can upload manuscript files (text, figures, and supplementary information) directly to our office and check on the status of Reviews their manuscripts during the review process.

<![CDATA[Usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) memiliki kontribusi yang besar terhadap perekonomian Indonesia terbukti dengan 60,3% PDB Indonesia berasal dari UMKM. Namun, UMKM khususnya usaha mikro mengalami penurunan penjualan dan kendala lainnya sebagai akibat pandemi COVID- 19. Salah satu hal yang dapat membantu usaha mikro dalam mengupayakan pertahanan di masa pandemi ini adalah pemasaran digital. Teknologi yang sudah semakin maju membuat pemasaran digital juga menjadi lebih mudah dan bermanfaat. Namun, hanya 9,4 juta UMKM yang menggunakan pemasaran digital dan masih 54,8 juta UMKM yang belum beralih ke pemasaran digital. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini membahas mengenai faktor yang mendorong untuk melakukan pemasaran digital oleh usaha mikro di Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengelola 111 data responden yang merupakan pemilik dan pengelola usaha mikro di Indonesia. Data dari penelitian ini dikelola dengan software SmartPLS. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan 2 faktor yang mendorong usaha mikro dalam menggunakan pemasaran digital, utamanya yaitu kegunaan pemasaran digital serta didukung oleh kemudahan penggunaannya. Kemudian, dampak yang diperoleh usaha mikro dari melakukan pemasaran digital termasuk di dalamnya adalah rasa pengendalian terhadap usaha, rasa kesenangan dan pengembangan diri. <![CDATA[Research on the relationship between Servant Leadership (SL) and Team Member Exchange (TMX) has been carried out. At the same time, the basis for this relationship and the mechanism and conditions are still minimal and poorly understood by many people. The methodology that we use in this study is a meta-analysis method by searching for empirical research with the help of Google and also Researchgate through the keyword Leadership that was selected at first. Then, sort out the discussion that focuses on Servant Leadership and Team Member Exchange (TMX) research as concepts and the relationship between variables, and then summarise them. This summary describes the importance of Servant Leadership and Team Member Exchange (TMX) mechanisms in improving Performance. By providing a nuance of understanding about how Servant Leadership (SL) and Team Member Exchange (TMX) can play a role in one's work so that they can help the company or organization in its development so that it can make decisions that are beneficial to the performance of employees and their organization. In the end, we provide some interesting views and suggestions for further research.]]>

<![CDATA[Behavioural aspects in making financial or investment decisions have been inspired by the increasing role of behaviour as determinants of buying and selling securities. This study aims to analyze the effect of loss aversion and mental accounting on investment decisions and the role of self-control as a moderating variable on the effect of loss aversion and mental accounting on investment decisions. The research sample was 137 Small and Medium Footwear Industries in Mojokerto City. The sampling technique was probability sampling. Thus, this research used simple random sampling. The respondents of this research were the owners or managers of Small and Medium Industries (SMIs). The primary data was obtained directly from respondents’ answers to questionnaire statements. The data analysis method was Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that: First, loss aversion and mental accounting have a significant positive effect on investment decisions. Second, self-control is not moderate the effect of loss aversion on investment decisions but moderates the effect of mental accounting on investment decisions. Psychomotor aspects of mental accounting from owners or managers of SMIs is realizing that the existing accounts receivable is the primary source of income for the business.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Tax Service Offices’ leaders in the era of economic turbulence. Tax Service Office provides counseling, services, and supervision to Taxpayers. As public organizations, Tax Service Offices can become more competitive by cultivating effective leaders who combine style-oriented strategies with capabilities reflected in leadership behavior. This study applied descriptive analysis conducted to several Tax Service Offices in Jakarta within the Directorate General of Taxes, with a total of 542 questionnaires distributed to their employees. The findings show that a combination of leadership styles, such as transformational, transactional, adaptive, responsive, innovative, and competent, is extremely needed in this era of change. In addition, the level of experience and education is one of the criteria to improve effective leadership in the Indonesian Tax Service Offices.]]>

Untuk itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi Lembaga Pendidikan di Indonesia khususnya pada sekolah Islam Terpadu dalam pembentukan karakter. Sekolah Islam terpadu telah berkembang pesat dengan sistem full day dan boarding school. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine and analyze the Influence of Attitudes and Contextual Factors on Entrepreneurial Intentions of Management Students at Maros Muslim University. The sample in this study were all final year management students totaling 100 people. Data was obtained from a questionnaire instrument which was distributed and processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) software. This study found that attitudes with indicators of risk-taking, originality, future-oriented, task and result-oriented, only originality and future-oriented had no significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, while the indicators of contextual variables consisted of academic support, relational support and structural support all have a significant influence on the entrepreneurial intention of students. In addition to trying to cultivate an entrepreneurial character, it is also very important to have full support from the world of education, family and policies from the local environment. It is necessary to provide entrepreneurship skills that are more intensive from the academic world, and support from the government with policies that are able to encourage the intentions of prospective entrepreneurs to realize their business plans.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and explain the effect of service quality on customer loyalty at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero), Konawe Regency Unaaha Branch. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were customers at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Unaaha Konawe Regency. Service quality variable as an independent variable (X) on customer satisfaction (Y) at PT. This research uses simple linear regression analysis and the sample is 51 people. The schedule for the study was three months.The results of this study can be concluded that changes in service quality are positive and significant in increasing customer loyalty. This means that the better the quality of service provided to customers then higher of the level of customer loyalty to buy the same product in the future at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero), Unaaha Branch. Besides, the changes in improving service quality are positive and significant in enhancing the customer loyalty. Therefore, the key to success that will be achieved in the future in enhancing the customer loyalty is by improving service quality.]]>

<![CDATA[Kabupaten Sigi adalah salah satu kabuapten yang memiliki BUMDES yang sudah begitu banyak dan sebagai Latar belakang penelitian ini terkait dengan Capacity Buliding Kelembagaan BUMDES dimana ditemukan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh BUMDES. terkait dengan peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, seperti sulitnya membangun motivasi belajar masyarakat karena masyarakat awam belum mengetahuinya. tentang potensi alam, dan kesulitan karyawan dalam menerapkan hasil proses pelatihan mereka di bidang pekerjaannya. Tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk mengetahui tentang Capacity Building Kelembagaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat di Kabupaten Sigi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan fenomenologi. Penelitian ini menentukan informan penelitian yang terkait langsung dalam pengelolaan sumber daya alam yang dilakukan oleh BUMDES. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah proses identifikasi dan pengorganisasian data yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, catatan lapangan dan sumber lainnya. Sehingga, dapat mudah dipahami dan temuan dapat diinformasikan secara cermat kepada khalayak luas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Capacity Building Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat di Kabupaten Sigi diukur dari unsur-unsur kapasitas, seperti pengembangan kelembagaan, Capacity building sumber daya manusia dan capacity building sistem. yang belum efektif.]]>
