Abstract

Human resources in this case the workforce have a very important role in the Government, especially including empowerment, learning organizations, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance at the Wanareja Urban Village office, Subang Sub-district, Subang Regency. The purpose of the study is to find out whether empowerment, learning organization, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) affect the performance of employees in the village. The research method uses descriptive quantitative verification. Researchers collect information by distributing questionnaires. The population of all Wanareja Urban Village office employees is 17 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, with the aim of knowing the strength of the relationship between variables and showing the direction of the relationship of each empowerment variable (X1), learning organization variable (X2), organizational citizenship behavior variable (X3) to Performance variable (Y ). The results of observations show that: (1) The influence of empowerment has a positive effect on employee performance with the results of 82.2%; (2) learning organization has a positive effect on employee performance with 90% results; (3) organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance with the results of 93.2%. So that employees are more flexible and responsive to the organization, allowing their employees to learn their work will definitely be better, and their performance will indirectly increase, and shows that the employee is well-behaved and his performance continues to improve.

Abstract

The low rate of the budget absorption in Indonesia occurs frequently, both at the Ministry/Institution (K/L) and Regional Levels. This study aims to analyze what factors cause delays in budget absorption. This research used descriptive quantitative method, the number of respondents was 141 people. Data were collected through field surveys using the nonprobability sampling method. Data were collected in a cross section using a questionnaire, analyzed using SEM-PLS and processed using the SmartPLS 3.2 application. The results showed that HR did not affect budget absorption. Organizational Culture, Regulation and Religiosity affect budget absorption as well Religiosity did not moderate the relationship between HR, Organizational Culture, Regulation and budget absorption. The results of this study indicated that abilities, experience, skills, knowledge, education and training dominate in improving the quality of human resources but have not been able to maximize budget absorption because existing human resources are still lacking, so there is potential for multiple jobs. The guidelines for implementing programs and budgets are not hindered by the policies/rules that are created, and if someone is honest, they will win trust in a variety of areas, including budget management

Abstract

Character measurement for prospective student tourism workers has an important role in the overall education and training of prospective tourism workers. The limited scale of characters that can be used properly and meet the criteria of a valid and realizable scale makes the study of character scale development for tourism students very important. The study aims to validate factors and constructs for character measurement in tourism students. Character scale validation involved 300 tourism student respondents in Bali, utilizing six dimensions and 24 measuring items. EFA analysis in four rounds drops four items but includes all the theoretically constructed factors. CFA results confirm that 20 items of six-character scale factors are a powerful measurement model in character construction for tourism students. Each item contributes to each strong factor and correlates with equally strong factors, forming a single continuum of the same measurement. The results of this research have an important position in the overall study that develops character measurement.

Abstract

This study examines a psychological disorder called dissociative identity disorder (DID) in the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s show Moon Knight, which premiered on March 30, 2022, and ran for six episodes. The aim of this study is to analyze the dissociative identity disorder (DID) that is being experience by Marc Spector, the main character of Marvel Cinematic Universe’s show, Moon Knight. This study has two objectives, (1) To find out what are the causes of dissociative identity disorder on Marc Spector in Marvel Cinematic Universe’s show Moon Knight. (2) To find out clinical features of dissociative identity disorder on Marc Spector in Marvel Cinematic Universe’s show Moon Knight. (3) To find out how dissociative identity disorder affects the way Marc Spector communicates. The method used in this study were qualitative method. The data of this study were obtained from a Marvel Cinematic Universe’s show Moon Knight. The techniques for collecting data were by watching every episode of the show, taking notes, classifying the data, doing interpretation, and drawing conclusion. The result of the analysis reveals Marc Spector is able to talk different accent and different language when he shifted to his alter ego.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk pengaruhkepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi KetuaBUMDesa di Kabupaten Bogor, dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya sebanyak 30 responden dari 131 orang, dengan metode verifikasi yang dilakukan melalui metode dan analisis model persamaan Structural Equation Model (SEM) menggunakan software Lisrel 8.70.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai t-hitung> t-tabel, atau 10,55 > 1,96. Uji signifikansi dilakukan dengan uji t, pada tarafά = 0,05 dan diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 10,55 dan lebih besar dari 1,96. Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, hal ini berarti hipotesis yang menyatakan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh pada Komitmen terhadap Organisasi dapat diterima. Koefisien determinasi R² = 0,60 menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi Kepuasan Kerja pada Komitmen terhadap Organisasi sebesar 60% dan sisanya 40% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil ini Ketua BUM Desa harus meningkatkan Komitmen Normatif melalui penguatan indicator memiliki kewajiban terhadap organisasi dan loyalitas pada organisasi.  Kegiatan yang dapat dilaksanakan adalah ketika terpilih ketua BUM Desa harus dilakukan program orientasi dan pengenalan pekerjaan dan jabatan ketua BUM Desa atau berupa kegiatan prajabatan bagi ketua BUM Desa. Untuk meningkatkan Kepuasan Kerja ketua BUM Desa di Kabupaten Bogor program yang dapat dilaksanakan adalah dengan memenuhi dimensi Gaji/Upah dengan indicator gaji yang diterima dapat memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari, sesuai aturan yang ditetapkan, dapat meningkatkan semangat kerja, dapat meningkatkan Kepuasan Kerja. Ketua BUM Desa diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja usaha BUM Desa sehingga BUM Desa dapat memenuhi kebutuhan gaji/upah bagi ketua dan pengurus BUM Desa.

Abstract

Masalah dalam tulisan ini adalah “bagaimana posisi Sungsang dalam Konflik Perpolitikan di Kesultanan Palembang Awal Abad 19”. Penulisan ini berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan metode Sejarah, yang meliputi heuristik, kritik sumber, interpretasi dan historiografi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Sungsang yang berada di mulut Sungai Musi, sehingga pada dari awal hingga abad 20, khususnya awal abad 19 merupakan satu-satunya pintu masuk memasuki Kesultanan Palembang. Untuk itu maka Sungsang sebagai kawasan terdepan wajib menjaga keamanan, sekaligus menjadi mata-mata bagi penguasa di kota Palembang. Posisi khusus tersebut menempatkan nama pemimpin Sungsang adalah Ngabehi hanya Sungsang pemimpinnya bergelar demikian). Dalam krisis yang terjadi di Kesultanan Palembang, Sungsang otomatis menjadi garda terdepan dalam menghadapi musuh, khusus pada saat Inggris melakukan penyerangan pada tahun 1812. Sayangnya perpolitikan di kesultanan di mana adik Sultan Badaruddin II berambisi menjadi Sultan sehingga berkhianat dan memaksa agar Sungsang tidak dipertahankan. Menutup Sungsang dan memusatkan kekuasaan di Muntok Bangka menjadi satu kesatuan yang utuh guna mempertahankan dan memperbesar kekuatan. Perlawanan gigih rakyat Bangka menjadi kurang optimal karena terkendalanya bantuan dari Palembang, sebab Sungsang telah ditangan musuh.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the direct and indirect effect of firm characteristic on company performance through voluntary risk management disclosure based on contingency factors. This study uses secondary data with a content analysis approach to the acquisition of risk management disclosure data based on annual report from sample of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019 after the IFRS convergence was implemented in Indonesia. Currently, the regulator only requires disclosures of financial risk management compared to non-financial risk disclosures. Therefore, this study is expected to provide empirical evidence regarding the importance of voluntary risk management disclosure on firm performance has contingent relationship with considering external factors, consists of (1) business uncertainty, and (2) dynamic environment. The implication of this research is expected to become a consideration for regulators and entities to disclose non-financial information in the company's annual report because it can affect company performance amidst the uncertain business environment in developing countries such as Indonesia

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi e-loyalty pelanggan pada e-commerce di Kota Padang dengan menggunakan variable e-service quality, brand image, preferensi konsumen, e-trust konsumen, dan I konsumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna Tokopedia dan sampel yang digunakan adalah pengguna Tokopedia yang sudah berbelanja lebih dari satu kali dengan jumlah 224 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online dan pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 3.2. Hasil pengujian dalam penelitian ini adalah e-service quality dan brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap preferensi konsumen dan e-trust. E-service quality dan preferensi konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap e-loyalty. Sedangkan brand image dan e-trust tidak berpengaruh terhadap e-loyalty. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Dimensions of Pressure, Opportunity, and Rationalization on academic cheating behavior in accounting students in the undergraduate program at Halu Oleo University. This type of research is quantitativeresearch, using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. This study used 92 respondents. The data used in this study is primary data. The data obtained in the form of answers from respondents were tabulated and processed using SPSS version 25 software. The results of this study indicate that pressure and rationalization partially have a significant effect on academic cheating behavior in accounting students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Halu Oleo University. However, partial opportunity does not have a significant effect on academic cheating behavior in accounting students from the Halu Oleo Faculty of Economics and Business. This study also shows that simultaneously the three independent variables have a significant effect on academic cheating behavior in accounting students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Halu Oleo University.

Abstract

Kearifan lokal Sedeqah kaseh adalah budaya tolong menolong masyarakat Melayu di Desa Punggur Kecil Kecamatan Sungai Kakap. Hal ini diawali masa pandemic Covd 19 berdampak pada kerawanan pangan masyarakat kota akibat kehilangan mata pencaharian. Bagi masyarakat Melayu berprofesi sebagai petani keberadaan sumber daya pangan yang melimpah tetap bisa bertahan tanpa ketergantungan dengan orang lain. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode diskriftif kualitatif dengan menggungkapkan secara nyata ketahanan pangan dalam persfektif budaya. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan, masa pandemic Covd 19 budaya sedeqah kaseh berfungi membantu kedatangan orang-orang kota ke Desa Punggur Kecil yang memerlukan bantuan terutama bantuan pangan. Sedeqah kaseh merupakan bentuk kepedulian orang Melayu terhadap sesama dengan suka rela, melalui bantuan pangan secara langsung maupun penyediaan lahan produktif sehingga tercipta ketahanan pengan masyarakat desa.
