Abstract

This research aims to: 1) Identify whether the school principal's leadership influences teachers' performance or not; 2) Determine whether teachers' work discipline has an impact on their performance or not; 3) Investigate whether the school principal's leadership and teachers' work discipline together influence teachers' performance. The research subject is SDN 2 Angsau Pelaihari. This research employs a quantitative method with a total of 34 respondents.. The results indicate that: 1) There is a very significant positive influence between the school principal's leadership style and teachers' performance; 2) There is a very significant positive influence between job satisfaction and teachers' performance; 3) There is a positive influence between organizational commitment and job satisfaction together on teachers' performance on 81.8%.

Abstract

Blended learning is a learning strategy that combines two or more strategies or learning models to achieve expected student learning outcomes. This research aims to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of Biology learning through the application of the Blended Learning method. This research uses a descriptive approach with qualitative methods. The research results show that the application of Blended Learning in Biology learning has a positive impact on student engagement, understanding of Biology concepts, and development of science process skills. Students involved in Blended Learning demonstrate higher levels of participation through online discussions, collaborative projects, and use of online resources. Biology learning materials presented in the form of videos, simulations and virtual practicums increase students' accessibility and motivation for independent exploration. Additionally, the use of Blended Learning allows for a personalized approach tailored to individual students' needs, by monitoring their progress and adapting learning materials. Student communication and collaboration have also been shown to improve through discussion forums and online interactive activities, creating a dynamic and mutually supportive learning environment.

Abstract

Improving performance can be supported, among other things, by a good work environment and organizational culture. The work environment and organizational culture can influence the performance of its resources. The purpose of this research is to determine the work environment of teachers and organizational culture at SD Negeri 4 Angsau, as well as whether the work environment and organizational culture have partial or simultaneous effects on the performance of teachers at SD Negeri 4 Angsau. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques used in this study involve secondary data and primary data. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with a sample size of 34 individuals. This research aims to: 1) determine whether there is an influence of the work environment on teacher performance; 2) determine whether there is an influence of organizational culture on teacher performance; 3) determine whether there is an influence of the work environment and organizational culture on teacher performance. The results of this study indicate that: 1) there is a significant positive influence between the work environment and teacher performance; 2) there is a significant positive influence between organizational culture and teacher performance; 3) there is a positive influence between the work environment and organizational culture together on teacher performance.

Abstract

In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, digital technology has emerged as a transformative force reshaping the global education landscape. This research aims to examine the application of digital technology in enhancing the quality of learning in the era of Revolution 4.0. Through literature analysis, we explore various ways in which digital technology can be utilized to improve the effectiveness of learning, including the use of online learning platforms, integration of artificial intelligence in the learning process, implementation of augmented reality and virtual reality in learning experiences, and utilization of big data for personalized learning. The research findings indicate that the use of digital technology in education has brought positive impacts in enhancing the quality of learning by improving accessibility, interactivity, and personalization. However, challenges such as access gaps, infrastructure limitations, and integration of technology with traditional curricula remain hurdles that need to be addressed. Therefore, collaborative efforts among governments, educational institutions, and industries are required to optimize the utilization of digital technology in advancing education in the era of Revolution 4.0.

Abstract

This study investigates the utilization of e-learning as a prevalent learning method among students. With the proliferation of digital technology, e-learning has become increasingly popular as an alternative or complement to traditional classroom-based instruction. Through a comprehensive literature review, this research explores the various factors driving the adoption of e-learning among students, including flexibility in scheduling, accessibility to resources, and personalized learning experiences. Additionally, the study examines the challenges associated with e-learning implementation, such as digital literacy barriers, technological infrastructure constraints, and concerns regarding social interaction and engagement. Furthermore, the research evaluates the effectiveness of e-learning in facilitating knowledge acquisition, skill development, and academic achievement compared to traditional learning methods. By synthesizing empirical evidence and case studies, this study aims to provide insights into the evolving landscape of e-learning and its implications for educational practice and policy. This study aims to investigate the application of Inventory Information Systems (IIS) as a work practice management strategy to enhance technology learning in education management. The research explores how the integration of IIS into educational institutions' management systems can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of technology learning processes. Through a comprehensive literature review, this study examines the potential benefits of employing IIS, such as streamlining inventory management, optimizing resource allocation, and facilitating data-driven decision-making in educational settings. Additionally, the research evaluates the challenges and limitations associated with implementing IIS in education management, including infrastructure requirements, staff training needs, and data security concerns. By analyzing case studies and empirical evidence, this study seeks to provide insights into best practices for integrating IIS into education management to foster enhanced technology learning outcomes. The findings of this research contribute to the development of strategies aimed at leveraging inventory information systems as a tool for advancing technology learning in educational institutions.

Abstract

Education is an important foundation in the sustainable development of society, however, to ensure a quality education system, education management must continue to evolve with the times. Innovation in education management is crucial, especially in utilizing technology and new approaches to increase efficiency and effectiveness. This research aims to explore various innovations in education management that utilize new technology and approaches, as well as to analyze their impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of the education system. The research method used is a qualitative approach using observation, interview and document analysis techniques. Information obtained from educational practitioners, administrators, and educational technology developers is used to construct a comprehensive understanding of innovation in educational management. The research results show that innovations such as technology-based learning management systems, educational analytics, adaptive learning, and collaborative platforms have made significant contributions to increasing administrative efficiency, improving student learning experiences, and improving teaching quality. In this context, it is important to acknowledge the challenges that may arise, such as access to technology, the need for ongoing training, and issues of privacy and data security. However, the benefits offered by innovation in educational management far outweigh these challenges.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the application of the active learning model in admin panel development as an integral part of application development at PT Kinema Systrans Multimedia. In the rapidly developing digital era, developing applications is becoming increasingly important as a tool to support business operations. However, developing an admin panel, which is a user interface for managing and monitoring applications, requires an appropriate learning approach in order to achieve optimal results. In this research, we focus on the application of active learning models, which involve students directly in the learning process, to understand how this approach can influence the development of admin panels. Various active learning models such as problem-based learning, project-based learning, and cooperative learning will be explored in the context of information technology development. The research method used includes data collection through observation of the learning process, interaction between developers, and evaluation of the results resulting from the application of the active learning model. Qualitative analysis will be conducted to identify the benefits and challenges of implementing this learning approach in the context of admin panel development. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide valuable insight for PT Kinema Systrans Multimedia and the academic community about the importance of appropriate learning approaches in developing effective information technology. Thus, it is hoped that this research can become a basis for increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of admin panel development to support application development at PT Kinema Systrans Multimedia.
