Abstract

Strengthening quality primary health care efforts, especially through increasing health insurance, increasing access and quality of basic and referral health services supported by strengthening the health system and increasing health financing. Policies related to early detection in public mental health preventive efforts are implied in the direction of Ministry of Health policies, namely Strengthening primary health care, Implementation of the Continuum of Care Approach, and Health Risk-Based Interventions.

Abstract

Satisfaction of the patient's family with nursing care in the hospital is very important in providing an overall picture of the quality of health services, especially in the children's room. This study aims to determine the Patient's Family Perception of the Satisfaction of Nursing Care Services in the Covid-19 Era in the Children's Room of the Indramayu Hospital. This research is a quantitative research using descriptive method. The population in the study amounted to 265, with a sample of 100 respondents. The results of the study illustrate that 10% of respondents are satisfied with the Nursing Care Service, 7% are satisfied based on the reliability dimension, 21% are satisfied based on the responsiveness dimension, 8% are satisfied based on the assurance dimension, 67% are satisfied based on the empathy dimension, and 39% are satisfied based on the tangible dimension. The results of these studies have not reached the standard according to the Decree of the Minister of Health Number 129/Menkes/SK/II/2008 concerning Minimum Service Standards for Hospitals. For this reason, hospitals can carry out regular evaluations to find out what must be improved and maintained in the services provided so that hospitals can achieve better quality standards by making continuous quality improvements every three months with one month of data collection.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had various impacts on the entire family. For some families, this can mean making significant changes in their daily routine due to financial difficulties. The role of a mother to be economically empowered is very much needed. In addition, women also have the potential to become entrepreneurs to meet family needs and show their existence and optimize the potential of women. This activity aims to improve women's soft skills in entrepreneurship and online business. Implementation methods are using online learning through video conferences. The results that they can understand and motivate to build their own business. This business modality therapy is well implemented and effective in increasing productivity and improving mothers' health during the covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

During this Pandemic, we must prevent the spread of Covid-19 but still pay attention to efforts to reduce morbidity and mortality in infants. The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia that affects health service activities, one of which is not holding the posyandu program, brings its own concerns for all sectors related to health policies, especially for parents who have infants under five in their growth and development period who require supervision. Based on data from the Bandung City Health Office in 2019, it was reported that there were 9 toddlers with malnutrition in Derwati Village.

Abstract

The partner's problem discussed in the program community service is about less than the maximum recording and reporting of home visit activities for vulnerable families in the area of the Indramayu district health center area.. The problems that always happen are that there is No. enough time that causes no recording and report system effectiveness. In addition, there are not enough human resources. The rapid rotation and shifting of nurses' duties so that nurses' comprehension of health facilities has not been maximized cause an impact on attainment of the target of home visits for vulnerable families under the predetermined target.

Abstract

HIV/AIDS is a global health problem due to difficulty in spread detection. HIV spread is not visible directly, the symptoms will arise in 10-15 years. Adolescence is the period that is predicted as the highest exposure time in HIV. Self-management based on the mobile-phone app could be used to optimize the  adolescents’ protection ability in HIV/AIDS. This activity aims to improve adolescent soft skills on using cheap and effective mobile-phone apps to optimize adolescent productivity. Implementation methods are using online learning through video conference, focusing on the use of Self management applications: Smarter time on their activities and overview of HIV/AIDS. The results that they can understand the use of smarter time in time management and daily activity targets. Smarter time can be used as a reminder system. One of the recommended features is the focus mode that allows adolescents to manage the used apps in their mobile phones while being focused on activities without interruption of any other application activities especially social media. Increasing adolescent productivity also can increase positive behavior in leisure time and reduce the risk factors of HIV/AIDS.
