Abstract

Increasing human activity has caused a decreasing environmental quality. This condistion will lead to a higher global warming impact. To minimize these negative impacts and improve sustainable living quality, the Indonesian government has a strategic initiative in the form of sustainable financing distribution. Apart from relying on government banks that have the ability to create financial stability, Indonesian government also relies on regional government banks that are capable to create regional financial stability. Referring to the strategy from the Indonesian government, this study will analyze the relationship between state bank financing and regional government banks with the SRI-Kehati sustainable development index. Regression results show that state banks have a relatively higher proportion of sustainable financing for the industrial sector by 13% compared with regional government banks at 11%. However, state banks only contributed 3% for the non-industrial sector compared with the regional government banks which has 6% contribution. In addition, the impulse-response results show that state banks have relatively more negative responses with no significant compared with the regional government banks. In relation to these findings, there is no type of bank that have most influential in building sustainable financing. However, both have their respective virtues in implementing decent sustainable financing if the government not only relies on government regulations and policies. However, ensuring the availability of a sufficient amount of financing and access to bank financing is expected to elevate better sustainable financing.

Abstract

Increased human activity has resulted in a decline in environmental quality. This condition leads to a greater impact on global warming. To minimize these negative impacts and improve sustainable quality of life, the Indonesian government has a strategic initiative in the form of sustainable resource allocation. The Indonesian government not only relies on government banks that can create financial stability, but also relies on local government banks that can create regional financial stability. In line with the Indonesian government's strategy, the study uses the SRI-Kehati Sustainability Index to analyze the relationship between state-owned bank lending and local government banks. Regression results show that Landesbanken has a relatively higher proportion of sustainable financing in the industrial sector at 13% than Landesbanken's 11%. However, state-owned banks contribute only 3% to the non-industrial sector, while local government banks contribute 6%. Moreover, the impulse response results show that compared to local government banks, state-owned banks have relatively more non-significant negative responses. When it comes to these results, no bank has had the greatest impact on building sustainable finance. However, both have their own merits in implementing appropriate sustainable financing when governments do not rely solely on government regulations and guidelines. However, securing enough financing and access to bank loans is expected to lead to better sustainable financing.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that hit the world has impacted the performance of optical retail sales. This forces management to adapt to the changes that are taking place. One of them is to improve the service according to customer expectations. Analyzes were performed using internal and external methods. The internal method uses a fishbone diagram and the external method uses a Servqual analysis and a significance performance matrix. Research methodology will be conducted through observation, literacy studies, focus group discussions, and a survey of 100 respondents who are customers of optometrists. Survey results indicated that customer segmentation, time savings, incentive programs, and many customers switching to online sales were the main factors in the decline in sales. The gap in the dimension of empathy is the largest, and the priorities for service improvement are product price, prescription lens manufacturing process, product quality, and product warranty service.
