Abstract

Probolinggo City is one of the north coast cities where this city is a transit city. With this, making this city a transit city and increasing the number of immigrants due to development from an economic perspective, this has resulted in many conversions of agricultural land functions into residential and industrial areas, every year the City of Probolinggo experiences conversion of agricultural land reaching 25-40 hectares per year. With that it is necessary to prevent the conversion of agricultural land in Probolinggo City. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, namely research that intends to describe or describe a situation or event. From the results of the research that has been done, there is a decrease in the amount of agricultural land in Probolinggo City. The decrease in the amount of agricultural land in Probolinggo City was caused by the land owners themselves and external needs such as the construction of housing and other infrastructure.

Abstract

Beji Village, Junrejo District is one of the second tempe tourism centers after Sanan in Malang City. Besides having the potential of an educational tourism village, the kampung tempe of Beji village also empowers the community's home industry in making tempe. The analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative using the concept of place branding. The results of this study indicate that the destination branding of Tempe village, Beji Village as an educational tourism village, can be reviewed with the concept of place brand image, place brand personality and place brand identity. The place brand image that can be seen is in the uniqueness of the attraction that is offered as a tourist village of Kampung Tempe, which is not only selling souvenirs and processed tempe products but also educational activities about tempe to visiting tourists. Place brand perconality can be seen in various other supporting activities such as the Beji Kampung Tempe festival which integrates with the local government in its promotion. Place brand identity can be seen in the naming of the tourist village, the logo and the Beji Berkreasi tagline which is depicted in every corner of the tourist village. The factors that support the community to participate in the development of the tempe village educational tourism village are due to good communication between the government and the community and the productive age. Place Branding can show the greatest value that comes from uniqueness and has a strong relationship that can affect a person's perception of being able to remember something that is seen and felt.

Abstract

Women Police (Polwan) are an important part of the Police institution, Women Police (Polwan) in carrying out their duties have a strategic role and function, namely as law enforcers, protectors in providing protection, and providing services to the community in realizing security and public order. In the digital era, female police (Polwan) are urgently needed to address the problem of massive social media content onto digital platforms. In this writing used the method of literature review. The results of the analysis of the study show that the role of female police officers (Polwan) in the digital era, in addition to the main duties of law enforcers, is also the main actor in filling out social media content as a means of educating legal awareness in order to create public security and order. And to carry out the dual role absolutely female police (Polwan) must have qualified digital literacy skills.

Abstract

This research is a research on how the Plavon website-based public service socialization on the Instagram account @Dispendukcapilsidoarjo. This study aims to analyze how socialization of public services is carried out through agency Instagram accounts with all the advantages and disadvantages that exist on Instagram social media. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method by describing the current state of the subject and research object based on the facts that have been collected. This study also used observational data collection techniques and direct interviews with the public relations division, especially in the Sidoarjo Dispendukcapil data base. The results of this study indicate that the socialization of public services based on the Plavon website carried out by the Sidoarjo District Population and Civil Registry Service through the institution's official Instagram account, namely @Dispendukcapilsidoarjo, is running as expected, this can be seen by the large number of people who know information about online services from the Plavon website. dukcapil through the agency's Instagram account. So that the community can take care of the required population administration documents independently.

Abstract

Cultural Conservation is material cultural heritage in the form of Cultural Conservation Objects, Cultural Conservation Buildings, Cultural Conservation Structures, Cultural Conservation Sites, and Cultural Conservation Areas on land and/or in water that need to be preserved because they have important values for history, science, education. , religion, and/or culture through the determination process. This study aims to determine the use of the Instagram account @cagarkultur_sejarahjatim in preserving cultural heritage in the city of Surabaya. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The results of the study show that the observations that occur in the video publication of cultural heritage in the city of Surabaya which are presented through the posting of the Instagram account @cagarkultur_sejarahjatim in their publications use many choices of persuasive sentences in concise and simple language so that they are easy to understand. Some of the connotative meanings in the video of cultural heritage in the city of Surabaya show culture that must be preserved and maintained as well as possible so that it can be used as a cultural heritage in Indonesia.

Abstract

Rapid technological developments encourage the government as a public organization to innovate services to the community. This is intended to increase the reach of ownership of population documents to the community. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, and the location of this research was conducted at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sidoarjo Regency. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that the focus of the research which consists of relative advantages can be said to have succeeded in increasing the scope of ownership of population documents. Compliance can be said to have succeeded in increasing the scope of ownership of resident documents. Complexity can be said to have succeeded in increasing the scope of document ownership. tried can be said to have succeeded in increasing the scope of document ownership. Ease can be said to have succeeded in increasing the scope of document ownership. The supporting factors of this integrated pick-up program include human resources (HR), leadership capital, and organizational structure capital. However, on the other hand there are also obstacles in this program, namely cultural or organizational barriers and administrative pressures and barriers.

Abstract

Village Owned Enterprises are business entities that are established and owned by the village, one of which aims to increase the village's potential progress and also the village's original income. However, it is often found that these objectives have not been met because the income and contributions are not significant. Therefore it is necessary to optimize the management of BUMDes in increasing the management of milkfish productivity in Kalanganyar Village. Kalanganyar Village is one of the villages that produces the largest milkfish production in Sidoarjo Regency, it is necessary to have Optimal management so that in addition to increasing the potential of the Village it will also make this Sidoarjo icon more prominent. Researchers used descriptive qualitative methods, data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The aim of the research is to analyze the optimization of BUMDes through the management of milkfish productivity. The results of the study show that the management of BUMDes has been going well and has had a positive impact on the community but is still not optimal, because several indicators have not been fulfilled (1) infrastructure that is still not optimal and inadequate, (2) human resources, (3) adequate capital owned by BUMDes is still lacking in managing village potential and planning optimal activities

Abstract

The General Election (Pemilu) is a democratic party conducted by a country. One of the countries that uses democracy is the State of Indonesia where the highest system of sovereignty and power lies in the hands of the people. Voter data in the Permanent Voter List (DPT) will continue to occur in the implementation of general elections which are held every 5 years, thus creating problems that occur in the collection and management of voter data. This study aims to determine the extent of efforts in managing voter data at the Surabaya City Election Commission to support the successful implementation of tasks. Then knowing what factors are supporting and hindering in managing voter data at the Surabaya City Election Commission so as to find out the extent of the influence of factors on task success. To find out the extent of the success of the tasks carried out by the Surabaya City KPU in Improving the Effectiveness of Election Performance. This study uses qualitative research methods. Qualitative research in data collection techniques uses in-depth interviews, documentation and literature to obtain relevant data and collect voter data information to understand how the General Election Commission (KPU) institution can improve the effectiveness of election performance. Sources of information in this study are those who have all thoughts about official activities to improve voter data management and improve the effectiveness of election performance, the subject of this research is ASN and Additional Personnel of the General Election Commission (KPU) of Surabaya City. The results show that activities in managing data voters at the Surabaya City KPU in order to support the general election have several stages of Standard Operating Procedure or SOP in the data input process. As for inputting or managing voter data, it also has inhibiting and supporting factors that affect the program. as well as the process of updating voter data such as New Additional Voter Data (DPTb), Transfer Voter Data (DPPh), Permanent Voter Data (DPT) in order to produce good voter data as reference material in the next general election in order to improve the effectiveness of election performance. Voter data is used as a reference for continuous general elections in order to improve the effectiveness of election performance.

Abstract

This study discusses the analysis of mandatory news framing for the PCR test in the online media tvonenews.com and kompas.com. starting from the government which has taken various ways to stop the spread of this virus, then health workers who are at the forefront to cure people who have been positively affected by Covid-19 and also all Indonesian people. The media certainly have their own way of looking at their own point of view and judgment in framing, viewing and presenting news. Online media are also very aggressive in providing information regarding the development of this regulation, namely tvonenews.com and kompas.com. This study uses qualitative research and Robert N. Entrman framing analysis. This study aims to determine how the framing is carried out by the two media in the mandatory reporting of the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) test. Tvonenews.com when writing the title tends to be more easily accepted by the reader. Kompas tends to be bolder, so just by looking at the title, readers will think that kompas.com are criticizing the government. There are several news stories that have almost the same content even though the packaging is between tvonenews.com and kompas.com. The approach to see how reality is shaped and constructed by the media, the end result is that there is a certain part of reality that is more prominent and easier to recognize. Framing analysis (Eriyanto, 2002: 4) is one of the methods of text analysis which is in the category of constructionist research.

Abstract

The development of information technology can be accessed anytime and anywhere only by connecting to the internet. With a very large number of internet users, Indonesia is a potential market share for online shop business people. Digital media channels are online communication techniques used to achieve the goals of brand awareness, familiarity, enjoyment, and to influence buying interest by encouraging digital media users to visit the website. Cleo Oxygen chooses Instagram as a marketing communication channel and influencers as a means of promoting a product. The focus of the problem in this research is how influencer-based digital marketing communication strategies on Instagram Cleo Oxygen are in an effort to increase brand awareness. The researcher uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, for the theory used in this study is the theory of Viral Marketing Strategy according to Chaffey in his book. The results of the study show that the influencer-based digital marketing strategy on Cleo Oxygen's Instagram has an impact on (brand awerness) public trust in Cleo Oxygen products, and is evidenced by the large number of impressions and likes in a post where the influencer is able to influence his followers to participate. consume this Cleo Oxygen product. The positive responses in the comments column of the post show that the Cleo Oxygen product has been accepted by the public on the internet.
