Abstract

In the modern era full of competition, organizations are required to always innovate and improve their performance. Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is one of the main performance indicators used to measure and evaluate the achievements of individuals, teams and the organization as a whole. KPIs are used in various fields, including business, education, and government. This research aims to identify the role of KPIs in encouraging employee performance and organizational productivity. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method through literature study. The research results show that KPI has a crucial role in encouraging employee performance and organizational productivity. KPIs can set clear direction, increase motivation and engagement, provide constructive feedback, encourage communication and collaboration, identify training and development needs, and increase accountability in the organization. Failure to implement or manage KPIs can have significant consequences in driving employee performance and organizational productivity in the modern era. In addition, there are several ideal strategies for using it effectively, including measurable and well-defined measurements.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, improving the quality of human resources is a major issue. Because in the end, international trade in goods, services, and investment will be unlimited and free. This literature study focuses on the importance of training and developing human resource management. The process of finding reference sources in writing this article is to use Google Chrome as an internet search engine then use Google Scholar. On Google Scholar I entered several search keywords namely "Training and Development of Human Resource Management" and also "Impact of Globalization on Human Resources". In the search, a lot of articles were found that were relevant to search keywords with various years published. Then from the various kinds of article titles that appear, some of the most relevant titles are selected with the title and also the discussion that will be contained in the article to be written. The next step is to analyze and identify important things that can answer the focus of writing this article. This research shows that training and development are not only directly related to employees, but also have a significant impact on the organization as a whole. This research shows that factors such as training and development, on-the-job training, training design, and delivery style have a significant positive impact on organizational performance. The recommendations from this study highlight the importance of training and development programs in any organization to improve efficiency and effectiveness. In addition, the research provides business implications that highlight training and development as critical elements in preparing organizations to compete in a dynamic business environment. By better understanding the importance of training and the factors that affect business performance, companies can improve service quality, operational efficiency, and overall goal achievement. That training and development of human resources (HR) in the digital era is very important to improve employee competence in facing rapid technological changes. Key concepts related to HR training and development, the use of digital technology, innovative learning strategies, and the integration of artificial intelligence in development programs need to be applied. Training in the digital age must be personalized, technology-based, and support a culture of continuous learning. Organizations need to provide appropriate training to address the challenges of human resource competencies in the digital age. A comprehensive and sustainable human resource management strategy is needed to face the digitalization era. Challenges in implementing HR training and development in the digital era include cost, time, availability of training programs, speed of technological change, and employee motivation. Workable strategies include personalization, technology-based learning, on-the-job training, and a culture of continuous learning. With employees who are skilled, innovative, and ready to learn, companies can succeed in facing challenges and seizing opportunities in an ever-changing business world.

Abstract

The KIP college scholarship is one of the government programs to help outstanding students but with poor economic backgrounds. The use of KIP college funds should be used for educational needs as it should be that the money comes from the government. The purpose of this study is to analyze the spending patterns of KIP college recipients between essential needs and lifestyle needs. The method used in this research is quantitative method. In this study used data collection in the form of a closed questionnaire through google form, this questionnaire has been filled in by 103 KIP college student respondents spread from public universities in Indonesia. The results showed that the KIP college scholarship had helped the recipients of the scholarship to meet the costs of living and education, they also had a positive impact on the responsibility and wisdom of the pattern of spending funds that had been given by the government as evidenced by the priority scale of supporting lectures, but there were still some respondents who used KIP college funds to meet lifestyle.

Abstract

Transformational leadership is a key area of focus in leadership studies, aimed at improving innovative employee performance. This leadership style involves inspiring, motivating, and guiding employees towards common goals, resulting in a productive and innovative work environment. Transformational leaders distribute power to subordinates, develop their abilities and self-confidence, and create independent work teams. This research utilizes a qualitative literature review. Literature studies involve searching for and reading existing written sources to obtain a theoretical basis for the problem being researched. The study found that transformational leadership plays an important role in improving employee performance by inspiring, motivating, and guiding them towards common goals. Transformational leadership can increase employee self-confidence, leading to improved performance. It has a more dominant impact on employee performance than communication and work discipline.

Abstract

Franchise is a form of business partnership in which the owner of a brand or business concept (franchisor) gives permission to another party (franchisee) to use and manage their business in accordance with predetermined guidelines. This involves exchanging the right to pay initial fees, royalties, or other fees or special rights owned by individuals or business entities to a business system with business characteristics in order to market goods or services that have proven successful and can be utilized or used by other parties. based on a franchise agreement. A franchise must have a legal basis which is part of the agreement or contract. To avoid undesirable things, before being bound by a franchise agreement, each party involved must pay attention to each point in the franchise agreement carefully and thoroughly. Therefore, the franchise agreement is a very important part of the franchise business.

Abstract

Business location is very important because it can influence the success or failure of the business. Factors such as accessibility, target market, competition, infrastructure, costs of renting or purchasing property, and local regulations are considerations in choosing the right business location, so entrepreneurs need to make careful considerations regarding choosing a strategic business location. In this era, building a business or determining a business location is not an easy thing, because the business location is very important for the sustainability of the company. If this is not the case, the company will experience a very fatal failure and could even go bankrupt. Determining a business location also requires quite a lot of costs, there are many unexpected costs and it could actually increase expenses for the entrepreneur and not get a profit from choosing the business location. The aim of this research is to find out the influence of choosing a business location on business success and success. Researchers conducted this research using research methods by means of literature reviews. Data collection was carried out by searching and collecting several articles from the internet, previous research journals that were relevant to the discussion of this research, reading books related to the title of this research, and many more. It would be a good idea for researchers to also expand their research to various companies in order to gain broader insight into choosing a good and correct business location for the success and success of the company they are building. Not only that, the researcher also got the most valid source of information because the researcher interviewed directly the relevant parties who understand how to manage and choose a good and correct business location.
