Abstract

This study analyzes the marketing strategy used by Coffee Shop Moja Kitchen through the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) approach and the integration of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). The analysis was carried out to understand the competitive position of coffee shops in the market and formulate effective marketing strategies. The analysis results show that Moja Kitchen has strengths in unique customer experiences and high-quality products, but also faces challenges in competition with similar competitors and the need to increase brand visibility. The integration of the AHP method in QSPM provides a comprehensive framework for evaluating alternative marketing strategies and identifying priority actions needed to improve the marketing performance of Moja Kitchen Coffee Shop.

Abstract

This study explores the implications of implementing Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) on business performance, with a focus on the income or inbound perspective. GSCM is an approach that aims to reduce the environmental impact of supply chain activities while improving operational efficiency and sustainability. Through a review of various GSCM practices in the revenue process, this study identified positive impacts on business performance, including increased efficiency, reduced costs, improved corporate reputation, and customer engagement and satisfaction. This analysis provides important insights for organizations seeking to adopt GSCM practices in an effort to improve their business performance and sustainability. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of organizational culture, career development, and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at the Sumenep Regency Public Housing Service. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to the Department's employees. Regression analysis is used to evaluate the relationship between the independent variables (organizational culture, career development, and work motivation) and the dependent variable (job satisfaction). The research results show that a positive organizational culture, clear career development opportunities, and high work motivation significantly contribute to the level of employee job satisfaction at the Sumenep Regency Public Housing Service.

Abstract

To know and analyze work experience, supervision and work discipline partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Dasuk Public Health Center, Sumenep Regency. The results showed that 1.) Work experience is a measure of the length of time or years of work that the health center employees have taken in understanding the duties of a job and have done it well. Supervision is a process to ensure that organizational goals in the Puskesmas Dasuk management are achieved. Work discipline is an attitude of the willingness and willingness of employees to comply with and obey the norms of work regulations at the Dasuk Puskesmas that apply around them. 2.) Work experience, supervision and work discipline simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of employees at the Puskesmas Dasuk, Sumenep Regency, proven to be true and the hypothesis is accepted, 3.) Work experience, supervision and work discipline partially have a significant effect on employee performance at the Puskesmas In Sumenep Regency, the truth is proven and the hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

To test and analyze the relationship between the influence of motivation on work performance for employees of the Maritime, Fisheries and Food Security Service of Manggarai Regency. The research results show that: 1). Simultaneously, work experience and motivation have a significant effect on improving the work performance of employees of the Manggarai Regency Maritime Fisheries and Food Security Service, showing a calculated F value of 2.005 with a significance level known from the sig value of 0.002 (smaller than 0.05). . 2). Partially, work experience and motivation have a significant effect on increasing work performance of employees of the Manggarai Regency Maritime Affairs, Fisheries and Food Security Service. Based on the results of the t test, it is known that work experience has a dominant effect on work performance. employees of the Manggarai Regency Maritime Affairs, Fisheries and Food Security Service; proven by the calculated t value of 1.400 with a significance level of 0.003 (smaller than 0.05).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Brand Image and Product Quality on the Decision to Purchase Aqua Brand Mineral Water at Shekar Brillyan Renata (SBR) MART in Janju Village, Tanah Grogot District, jointly (simultaneously) or individually (partially) and which variables which is more dominant. The respondents in this research were an unlimited number of consumers (no purchase records) who were taken by chance when the questionnaire was distributed. The validity test results of the 18 statements in this study were declared valid because rcount > rtable (0.3160). Then, the reliability test results in this study were 0.907, so all statements were reliable because Cronbach's Alpha was 0.907 > 0.6. Based on the multiple linear regression equation Y = 72.572 + 0.344 X1 + 0.498 X2. The multiple correlation coefficient (R) value of 0.864 is at a relationship level of 0.80-1.000, which means the correlation is at a very strong level between the independent variables consisting of variables from Brand Image (X1), Product Quality (X2), to the dependent variable, namely Purchase Decision (Y) at Shekar Brillyan Renata (SBR) MART in Janju Village, Tanah Grogot District. The value of the R-Square results is 0.746, meaning that 74.6% of the dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions (Y), is influenced by independent variables consisting of brand image (X1) and product quality (X2), while the remaining 25.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. F test results (simultaneous) value Fcount > Ftable (39.647 > 3.35) and significant level (0.000 < 0.05). So that the variables brand image (X1) and product quality (X2) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) at Shekar Brillyan Renata (SBR) MART in Janju Village, Tanah Grogot District. The results of the t test (partial) tcount value for the brand image variable (X1) is 2.934. The tcount value for the product quality variable (X2) is 3.687, both tcount values ​​> ttable (1.703) so brand image (X1) and product quality (X2) have significant influence on Purchasing Decisions (Y). It can be concluded from the results of the t test that the product quality variable (X2) has a dominant influence on Purchasing Decisions (Y) at Shekar Brillyan Renata (SBR) MART in Janju Village, Tanah Grogot District.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Placement (X) consisting of Education (X1), Work Knowledge (X2), Work Skills (X3), and Work Experience (X4) on the Employee Performance variable (Y) at the Tanah Grogot District Court Office Class II. The sample in this study were employees at the Class II Tanah Grogot District Court Office using a saturated sampling technique and the number of samples obtained was 34 people. Employees as samples in this study were given a questionnaire consisting of 13 statements. The responses to this questionnaire were tested for validity and reliability before carrying out multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application. The results of testing the instrument, namely the questionnaire, show that the 13 statement items are valid because rcount > rtable is (0.339). Apart from that, all statements are reliable because Cronbach's alpha (α) > 0.60 (0.905 > 0.60). The regression equation obtained is Y = 1.460 – 0.133 X1 + 0.398 X2 – 0.133 X3 + 0.551 X4. The multiple correlation coefficient (R) value is 0.762, which means a strong correlation between the variables Education (X1), Work Knowledge (X2), Work Skills (X3), and Work Experience (X4) on the Employee Performance variable (Y). The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) value of 0.522 or 52.2% shows the large contribution of the Placement variable (X) which consists of Education (X1), Work Knowledge (X2), Work Skills (X3), and Work Experience (X4) to the variable Employee Performance (Y) was 52.2%, while the rest was explained by other variables not included in this research amounting to (100-52.2) % = 47.8%. Simultaneous testing (F test) shows that Fcount > Ftable (10.012 > 2.70) or p-value (Fcount) > α (0.000 < 0.05), meaning that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted so it can be concluded that there is an influence between the placement variables which consists of Education (X1), Work Knowledge (X2), Work Skills (X3), and Work Experience (X4) on the Employee Performance variable (Y) at the Class II Tanah Grogot District Court Office. Partial testing (t test) shows that the value of tcount > ttable on Job Knowledge (X2), namely 3.198 > 1.699 and Work Experience (X4), namely 3.138 > 1.699, there is a significant influence on Employee Performance (Y) at the Class II Tanah Grogot District Court Office, which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, while the value of tcount < ttable for Education (X1) and Work Skills (X3) has no significant influence on Employee Performance (Y) in the Clerk's Office at the Class II Tanah Grogot District Court Office. In the Placement variable (X) which consists of the four variables studied, the dominant variable is Job Knowledge (X2) as evidenced by the highest t-count value of 3.198 and the lowest significant value of 0.003.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of service quality consisting of reliability (X1), responsiveness (X2), guarantee (X3), empathy (X4), and tangibility (X5) on consumer satisfaction at the Givme Anugerah Tanah Periuk photocopy shop simultaneously and Partial. The respondents in this research were all consumers at the Givme Anugerah Photocopy Shop. Based on the results of the Validation Test on the 27 instruments used in this research, it is valid because rcount > rtable and the Reliability Test for the 27 instruments in this study can be relied on and remains consistent if the measurements are repeated or carried out at other times because Cronbach's Alpha > 0.6. The value of the regression equation is obtained Y = 2.092 – 0.047 X1 – 0.012 X2 – 0.135 X3 + 0.141 X4 + 0.542 The multiple correlation coefficient (R) value, namely 0.708, shows a strong influence between the Service Quality (X) variables which consist of Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4), and Tangibility (X5) simultaneously. on the variable Consumer Satisfaction (Y) at the Givme Anugerah Tanah Periuk Photocopy Shop. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained is 0.501, meaning that the variation in Service Quality (X) on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) is 50.1%. This can be interpreted that the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 50.1% and the remaining 49.9% is contributed by other variables not included in this research. In the F test, it is obtained that Fcount > Ftable (10.830 > 2.39) with a sig value of 0.000 at ɑ = 5% (0.05), so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. so it can be concluded that the hypothesis which states that the variables Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Guarantee (X3), Empathy (X4), and Tangibility (X5) influence simultaneously (simultaneously) on Consumer Satisfaction at the Givme Anugerah Tanah Photocopy Shop Stoneware is acceptable. Based on the t test, it is known that Form (X5) has a dominant influence on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) at the Givme Anugerah Tanah Periuk Photocopy Shop with a value of tcount > ttable or 4.643 > 1.673 with a significant level of 0.000, so it can be concluded that Form (X5) has a significant influence on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

Firdaus Wates geprek chicken, Kediri Regency is one of the eating places whose main menu is geprek chicken which was founded by Mr. Tegar Firdaus in 2020. This research aims to find out the marketing strategy model used and the obstacles faced by Firdaus Wates geprek chicken, Kediri Regency in facing competition . This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach to obtain data. The number of research subjects was determined using a purposive sampling technique of 9 people. The research results show that the marketing strategy model in facing competition in Firdaus Wates geprek chicken, Kediri Regency in terms of products sold is varied, product prices are cheaper than similar businesses, the location is located in an easily accessible location and utilizes social media Instagram and Gojek as promotional media. Apart from that, they provide a promotion for free reffil rice for eating on the spot, wing packages get 2 wings and free wifi. The obstacles faced are the large number of similar business competitors in Wates District, Kediri Regency, the Firdaus fried chicken business is still relatively new compared to similar competitors and the lack of employees.

Abstract

In the digital era and information technology, visual media, such as images, videos and animations, have become an integral part of the learning process. Learning motivation is also an important factor in determining the extent to which students are involved in learning. This research focuses on the lack of use of visual media in learning, obstacles to school infrastructure, low student learning achievement, lack of student motivation to learn, and the lack of variety in visual media used by teachers. This research aims to analyze the influence of the use of visual media and learning motivation on achievement studying economics for class XII students at SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. The population was 100 students from class The results of data analysis show that 1) There is a positive and significant influence of Visual learning media on the economic learning achievement of class XII IPS students at SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon for the 2023/2024 academic year. XII IPS SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon Academic Year 2023/2024 3) There is a positive and significant influence of visual media learning and learning motivation on economic achievement in class XII class XII IPS SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon Year 2023/2024. 1) hypothesis testing obtained a coefficient of determination of 51.98% and Fcount>Ftable, namely 11.724>2.06, thus it is known that there is a positive influence of variable X1 with variable Y, 2) hypothesis testing obtained a coefficient of determination of 77.616% and Fcount>Ftable, namely 103.057>2.06. Thus it is known that there is a positive influence of variable together with variable Y. Thus Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.
