Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of three main factors including leadership, compensation, and career development on employee performance at PT. Arteria Daya Mulia (ARIDA) Cirebon. All employees of PT. ARIDA became the population in this study. The sampling technique used is proportional stratified random sampling. This sampling technique is used if the population has heterogeneous and non-stratified elements. The sample taken in this study amounted to 87 respondents. The instrument used was in the form of a questionnaire while the data analysis carried out was multiple linear regression. According to the findings, leadership, salary, and career development, all have a favorable and significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Digital Marketing Digital marketing has become a key pillar of modern business strategy, changing the way companies interact with consumers and creating new opportunities. However, these developments also have significant ramifications in the realm of accounting decisions. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing on accounting decision practices in the context of modern companies.This study uses qualitative and quantitative approaches to collect and analyze data. Data was obtained through a survey of marketing and accounting management from 15 companies in Boyolali Regency that adopted digital marketing strategies. The results of the study show that digital marketing has a significant impact on three main aspects of accounting decisions, namely revenue recognition, advertising spending, and valuation of digital assets. Revenue recognition becomes more complex due to variations in revenue recognition from e-commerce transactions, online promotions, and affiliate programs. Fluctuating advertising spending in a digital environment requires more adaptive methods of managing costs. Valuation of digital assets such as copyrights and websites faces challenges in assessing fair value which is more dynamic. The impact of digital marketing on accounting decisions creates challenges and opportunities as the business paradigm changes. This research provides important insights for companies in optimizing accounting decision making in the ever-evolving digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work-life balance and Burnout on employee performance through job satisfaction in wedding organizer student crews in Tasikmalaya. Many students are enthusiastic about participating in this open recruitment, making work as a wedding organizer the latest trend to be used as a busyness. Wedding organizers in Tasikmalaya City are predicted to continue to grow along with the high number of people holding wedding receptions. It can be realized that by working, students will get experience, skills, and a general and accurate picture of work. However, with all these work activities, there will be concerns that students will be complacent and forget their study obligations. The research method used was a survey method. Does the data obtain through questionnaires to 117 respondents taken from students working part-time as crew wedding organizers? Sampling using a census and the process of analysis used in this study is path analysis. Based on the research results, it is known that job satisfaction mediates work-life balance and Burnout on employee performance. In this study, work-life balance is good, and work burnout is low, which means the employee's Performance is good.

Abstract

Globalization occurs in all parts of the world, this phenomenon happened quickly and has an impact on all aspects, one of which is cultural aspect. A very popular culture in Indonesia is Korean culture. One of the Korean culture that very popular in Indonesia is Korean music. With this phenomenon, it requires business to seize opportunities and take advantage of this momentum. One of the well-known brands that take advantage of this phenomenon is Chanel. Chanel collaborated with several K-Pop idols to become brand ambassadors, one of which was Jennie. This study aims to analyze the influence of K-Pop Idol as a brand ambassador on purchase intention for Chanel products. The research method used is quantitative method. This study used primary data in the form of a questionnaire through the Google Form distributed to Indonesians aged 12-25 years (Gen Z). The research sample amounted to 138 people. This study used the Spearman Rank test using IBM SPSS software. From the results of this study it was found that Jennie as a brand ambassador has an influence of 67,5% on the intention to buy Chanel products in Indonesian Gen Z and the remaining 32,5% comes from other variables not examined.
