Abstract

The innovation of financial products at the KHAS Kempek Micro Waqf Bank, Cirebon Regency is one of several sharia MFIs for community empowerment programs through the establishment of Sharia MFIs around Islamic boarding schools, which in its establishment were facilitated by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Small Business Business Incubation Center ( PINBUK). This study aims to find out how to optimize the utilization of existing Islamic products in Micro Waqf Banks for Financial Innovation and Islamic Banking in MSME Development. Method study using a qualitative approach by design descriptive analytical . Source of data used is primary data sources from data obtained by observing and interviewing directly from the source, namely the Micro Waqf Bank KHAS Kempek Cirebon Regency as well as collecting documentation from books, articles, journals, internet and various other sources which are then processed and analyzed with stages of analysis that include data reduction, data display and verification and conclusion . Results from study shows that Islamic Finance and Banking Innovation of Micro Waqf Bank Kempek Kempek Cirebon Regency for Economic Empowerment of Micro Business Actors (MSMEs) around the Pesantren Environment is operating with sharia principles that are committed to tackling problems of poverty and inequality by providing access to capital for the productive poor or to micro business actors around Islamic boarding schools to improve their standard of living and help them with loans that are unsecured or collateralized and most importantly with a very low margin of 3% per year, by maximizing cash waqf funds in providing loans capital, coaching and evaluation. It was concluded that the Micro Waqf Bank KHAS Kempek Cirebon Regency had succeeded in empowering the economy of micro business actors around the Islamic boarding school with sharia principles

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability by using the calculation of return on assets and firm size by using the calculation of firm size on the capital structure by using the calculation of debt to equity ratio in manufacturing companies in the pharmaceutical sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. Meanwhile, the sample to be tested is in accordance with the research criteria that have been determined and the sampling technique is purposive sampling, and the companies that meet the sampling criteria are 8 companies. The data used in this study are secondary data from the annual financial statements of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2019 which were obtained from www.IDX.co.id. The data management method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPPS 23 analysis tool. The results show that the profitability variable (return on assets) has a significant effect on the capital structure, while the firm size variable does not have a significant effect on the company's capital structure. pharmaceutical manufacturing sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of labor and government spending on economic growth in Pakpak Bharat Regency from 2011 to 2020. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The research objectives include knowing the effect of the influence of labor on economic growth, the effect of government spending on economic growth and the influence of labor and government spending simultaneously on economic growth in Pakpak Bharat Regency. Based on the research conducted, the results and conclusions are as follows: first, that labor has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Pakpak Bharat district, and government spending has a positive and insignificant effect on economic growth in Pakpak Bharat Regency, third simultaneously labor and expenditure the government has a significant effect on economic growth in Pakpak Bharat Regency, with an R Square value of 0.774507 meaning that the variable of labor and government expenditure affects the economic growth of Pakpak Bharat Regency by 77.45% while the remaining 0.2255% economic growth of Pakpak Bharat Regency is influenced by factors other.

Abstract

Pegadaian Syariah is a state-owned enterprise in the form of a non-bank financial institution engaged in services. Sharia pawnshops have an important role in assisting the government by expanding equitable development, increasing income and community prosperity with poverty alleviation programs. This study was conducted to determine the application of ijarah accounting in gold pawn financing (Rahn) at PT Pegadaian Syariah UPS Perjuangan Cirebon City and to determine the suitability of the application of ijarah accounting in gold pawn financing (rahn) at PT Pegadaian Syariah UPS Perjuangan Cirebon City based on PSAK 107. Research This research uses qualitative research, data collected by interview, observation, documentation, and literature, then analyzed by descriptive analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the application of ijarah accounting in gold pawn financing (rahn) at PT Pegadaian Syariah UPS Perjuangan Cirebon City includes rahn financing requirements, mechanism for submitting and paying off rahn financing, contracts and costs associated with rahn financing, as well as calculating the ijarah fee. Ijarah calculation at PT Pegadaian Syariah UPS Perjuangan Cirebon City is calculated every 10 days within a time limit of 120 days or 4 months. The application of ijarah accounting in gold pawning financing (rahn) based on PSAK 107 at PT Pegadaian Syariah UPS Perjuangan Cirebon City regarding recognition and measurement is in accordance with PSAK 107, but the presentation is not fully in accordance with PSAK 107 because there are no reported repair costs for the ijarah object. to the uterus. It's just that there is an ijarah fee that is charged to rahin and PT Pegadaian Syariah UPS Perjuangan Cirebon City whose financial reports are carried out centrally and online so there are no special reports.

Abstract

Murabahah financing products at Bank Syariah Indonesia have increased, this is because murabahah financing is consumptive and flexible financing. The treatment of Islamic accounting which includes recognition, measurement, presentation, and disclosure in murabahah financing based on Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) 102. The amount of profit obtained by Bank Syariah Indonesia from murabahah financing depends on the method of income recognition used by referring to the applicable standards. This study aims to determine the application of PSAK 102 to the treatment of murabahah accounting and income recognition methods used by Bank Syariah Indonesia. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The results of this study as a whole the treatment of sharia accounting in murabahah transactions at Bank Syariah Indonesia are in accordance with PSAK 102 concerning murabahah accounting both in terms of recognition, measurement, presentation and disclosure. Meanwhile, the recognition of its income by Bank Syariah Indonesia uses the annuity method because it is considered more aggressive and more profitable.

Abstract

Sidoarjo Regency has several road sections that often have traffic problems such as congestion. The congestion is caused by economic improvement which also causes a person's mobility to increase so that there is a fairly high traffic movement. Likewise, what happened to the Sruni Buduran Highway, Tebel Buduran Highway, and Buduran Sidoarjo Highway East Java as study areas. By reaching a road length of 3 Km. The study in this study aims to analyze and map the mathematical relationship of Volume - Density - Traffic Speed, so that the value of free flow speed, maximum density, and maximum volume can be obtained on the Sruni Buduran Sidoarjo road section. With the method used is the Greenshields model, which is then compared with capacity using the Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines method (2014), the survey was conducted at 08.00 – 18.00, with 4 survey days, Monday to Thursday in each segment to obtain primary data in calculating the Greenshields mathematical model. From this study, it shows that the highest free flow speed (Sff) value occurred on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 on segment 3 of the Buduran Sidoarjo Highway, (Sidoarjo - Surabaya) with a value of Sff = 70.888 km / hour, the highest capacity or maximum current (VM) occurred on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 on segment 1 of the Sruni Buduran Highway, (Surabaya - Sidoarjo) VM = 722.005 emp/hour,  the highest speed in maximum traffic flow (SM) conditions occurred on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 on segment 3 of the Buduran Sidoarjo Highway, (Sidoarjo - Surabaya) SM = 37.444 km / hour, and the highest density in maximum traffic flow (DM) conditions occurred on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 on segment 1 of the Sruni Buduran Highway, (Surabaya - Sidoarjo) DM = 22.549 emp/km.

Abstract

This article is structured with descriptive qualitative research methods, discussing wise leaders' strategies in building trust and achieving long-term success. Wise leaders are those who are able to integrate knowledge, experience, and intuition to make informed decisions in the face of complex and dynamic challenges who are able to steer their teams through the changes necessary to achieve organizational goals. One important aspect of a wise leader's strategy is the ability to listen and understand the perspectives of others so as to create an inclusive work climate, where all team members feel heard, valued, and motivated to make their best contribution. In making decisions, wise leaders also consider various points of view and gather input from team members before making a final decision. In addition, wise leaders have the ability to manage conflict wisely and are able to recognize and resolve conflicts in constructive ways, promote open communication, and seek the best solutions to resolve problems. Wise leaders also encourage effective collaboration and teamwork, building strong and mutually beneficial relationships between team members. Furthermore, wise leaders also have a long-term vision and ability to anticipate upcoming changes through careful strategic planning, evaluating market trends, and predicting their impact on the organization and being open to innovation and change so as to inspire teams to adapt and grow together. In this article, we will also discuss the implementation of wise leader strategies. By practicing wise leader strategies, leaders can build trust, manage change, and achieve long-term success for the organization.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance and human capital on employee performance with organizational climate. as mediation. Employees totaling 196 people were respondents in this study using saturated sample techniques. Data collection methods using questionnaires and analyzed using Warp PLS. The results of this study show that organizational culture does not have a significant effect on employee performance, while human capital has a significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, organizational climate mediates the relationship of organizational culture to full employee performance and organizational climate mediates human capital to employee performance partially.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the relationship of organizational justice to turnover intention and the relationship of workload to turnover intention using 221 employees of PT. Telkom Access Indonesia, Tbk Malang City as the subject of research. Researchers examined the direct effect of organizational justice and workload on turnover intention. Researchers use job stress as a mediator of organizational justice and workload relationships to turnover intention. This study used the Warp PLS 8.0 application to test the relationship between variables. The results of this study found that organizational justice had a significant effect on turnover intention, while workload in the study did not have a significant effect on turnover intention. Furthermore, job stress mediates the relationship of organizational justice to partial turnover intention and mediates the relationship of workload to full turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes and activeness of class II students in learning math material about time by applying the Problem-Based Learning model. This study used classroom action research, each cycle comprising two meetings. The subjects of this study were 29 students of grade II SD Muhammadiyah 9 Malang City. Data collection using observation instruments, interviews and documentation. The results show that applying the Problem-Based Learning model, cycle I get 87%, and cycle II gets 93%. Student learning outcomes in cycle I get an average of 89%, and cycle II get an average of 91%
