Al-Mubtadi: Jurnal Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah is a journal published in the Study Program of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education at the STAI Darul Falah Bandung Barat. This journal is published twice a year in May and November. The focus of this journal contains articles concerning research on Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education / Primary / Islamic Elementary School (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah) / Elementary School (Sekolah Dasar) Teacher Education, such as competency analysis, learning strategies, learning theory, learning development, and educator professionalism. Reviewers will review any submitted paper. Review process employs a double-blind review.

Abstract

Indonesia is predicted to enter the demographic bonus phase in 2045, this momentum is a golden opportunity as well as a big challenge in realising the Golden Indonesia 2045 so it needs to be prepared as much as possible. Literature study was used as the main method to collect data relevant to the research topic. This research highlights the urgency and strategy of designing Connection Based Learning at the primary school level and its implementation for Social Entrepreneurship character building. The results show that through this approach, learners can be developed into individuals who not only excel academically, but also have the critical thinking, creative, and social empathy skills needed in social entrepreneurship. Social-humanist 21st century learning in primary schools or madrasah ibtidaiyah through the Connection Based Learning approach is seen as an effective solution to prepare future generations who have social maturity and concern for humans and the environment. Primary school learning innovation based on the Connection approach can be a strategic solution to stimulate the growth of Social Entrepreneurship character from an early age which is also another alternative in Indonesia's social and economic development towards the Golden Indonesia 2045.

Abstract

This paper aims to describe the preservation of local wisdom values in the traditional seren taun ceremony in Citorek Lebak Banten Village. local wisdom values through the traditional ceremony of seren taun in Citorek Lebak Village, Banten. the data collection process was pursued using a qualitative descriptive approach using ethnographic methods. The results of this study are that there are local wisdom values in the traditional seren taun ceremony which are related to current developments. in which there are several values, including: social values, values, morals, educational values, religious values and environmental values. These values are accommodated in the culture and traditions that exist in the village of Citorek Lebak, Banten.

Abstract

The background of this research focuses on the use of the lecture method which is often used by class teachers in teaching and is too dependent on the availability of students' books. The aim of this research is to produce a collection of game card-based media with the theme of flora and fauna in Indonesia as an alternative media for social studies learning in elementary schools. The research method used is Design and Development (D&D) using procedures from N.J. Manson. The participants involved are validators consisting of material experts, media quality experts, and design experts; The respondents involved were class teachers at SDN 227 Margahayu Utara and SD Laboratory UPI Cibiru Campus. The results of this research are products in the form of printed collectible game cards with the theme of flora and fauna in Indonesia which have gone through a validation and assessment process from respondents. The validation results show that the collection game cards are in the "very good" category from the material aspect, the "good" category from the media quality aspect, and the "very good" category from the design aspect. The results of the assessment by class teachers as respondents showed the "very good" category according to teachers from SDN 227 Margahayu Utara and teachers from SD Laboratory UPI Cibiru Campus. Based on these results, this collection of game cards has very good quality to be used by students in learning social studies in elementary school.

Abstract

Reading is the most important part for every student at all levels of education, especially in elementary school as the initial stage of all levels of education. Good reading skills also lead to successful learning. However, grade 1 students at Al-Wasliyah Aek Kanopan Elementary School still have poor reading skills. The target of this research is to improve initial reading skills using the Picture and Picture learning model in class 1 of SD Al-Wasliyah Aek Kanopan. The nature of this study is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The study subjects were 1st grade students at SD Al-Wasliyah Aek Kanopan consisting of 9 students, consisting of 5 male students and 4 female students. The data study in this research uses quantitative and qualitative. The results showed that the percentage of students' reading ability in Cycle 1 and Cycle 2 increased. In Cycle 1 only 67% of students passed the KKM with an average student reading ability of 70.00, while in Cycle 2 it increased to 100% of students who completed the KKM. with an average of 80.00. In this way, the use of the Picture and Picture Learning Model can improve the initial reading skills of grade 1 students at Al-Wasliyah Aekkanopan Elementary School using the Picture and Picture learning model used.

Abstract

Currently, education faces various challenges due to significant changing times. The use of technology has influenced education widely. Where Education has an important role in answering and preparing the current and future generations. The Independent Curriculum is here as a solution to this problem, namely to give the right to learn independently. The purpose of this study is to describe the concept and implementation of the independent curriculum in the Islamic religion subject cluster in learning at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School MI Al-Ishlah Jepara. The research method is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The research subjects were school principals and a team of teachers from the Islamic Religious Education family who developed the curriculum. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out using descriptive analysis, namely data presentation and conclusion. While testing the validity of the data is done with the Validity Test. The results of the research show that the Merdeka Curriculum was born as a curriculum capable of developing innovation in creating a fun learning atmosphere and in line with national education goals. Implementation. Merdeka Curriculum at the MI level to strengthen the Pancasila Student Profile. The concept of the Independent Curriculum encourages students to be active, creative, and think independently in developing their knowledge and skills. The implementation of the independent curriculum in Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools which is characterized by the character of Islamic learning uses the Independent Sharing Category, namely the school implements the Independent Curriculum at the first and fourth grade levels of MI and develops its own teaching tools, especially in Islamic subject groups.
