Abstract

University of Bangka Belitung is currently supplied by PLN Bangka Belitung region with 690 kVA power supply to meet the need of electric energy on campus with total land 153 ha. Through direct measurements on the panels of each building, it is found that the use of power in the morning is higher than the use of power in the afternoon. Total power (3 phases) in the morning ie 194.6425 kW, while in the afternoon 154,0396 kW.

Abstract

Utilizing of robots is increasing every year, especially in the industrial field. Robotic arm is one type of robot that used in industry. This robotic arm system is used to move an object from one point to another using a gripper. In this research, the pneumatic system is used as the actuator of the robotic arm (manipulator) and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)is usedas the controller. The results of this prototype research isa robotic arm that can move object from one point to another point that has been determined. Timing diagrams are used to describe the movement of each arm on the robot. From the experimental results of the overall system, the average time of the robotic arm to move one object in one cycle movement is 18.46 seconds, with a settling time of one cycle is 18 seconds.

Abstract

The research was conducted in Lamongan regency in the south of Sarirejo Village and Mantup Subdistrict of Lamongan Regency, which is a sample of most of the soil conditions in the area which is dry with an average water depth of 100 m, so in the case of electric ground becomes less ideal. According to PUIL 2000 that the grounding on the infiltration of the recommended house at least 5? and a maximum of 10?. The use of a charcoal system grounding model (SIGARANG) becomes an earthing alternative that can be used for earthing household installation systems. Based on the result of the research, it is concluded that ground water, salt and charcoal with the size of 5: 2: 1 yields an average resistivity value of 1.52 ? on soil of wet soil conditions in Table 4.1, and an average of 2.43? on wetland of wet conditions in Table 4.3. compared with the method without the mean of the average value on 3? and 3 tanah lime soils. Grounding using water, salt and char (SIGARANG) can produce 75% earthing efficiency in limestone soils. The earth earthing efficiency of the soil is 65% on average compared to groundless earth.

Abstract

Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi is Teaching, Research and Community Service that must be implemented by every lecturer. Sources of funding for research and Community Service for university lecturers vary, ranging from university level as well as from the Ministry of Research and Higher Education. At the University of Bangka Belitung (UBB), the process of submitting research proposals and Community Service to lecturers is still done manually and there is no online system to support and simplify the proposal submission process and proposal assessment. As for the national level has been using a system called Information Systems Research and Community Service or abbreviated simlitabmas that can be used by all lecturers in Indonesia in submitting research proposals and Community Service to get funding. In the design of research system and dedication, build a system like simlitabmas from Risetdikti to facilitate lecturers in submitting research proposal of university level online and can be done online proposal assessment by university level accessor also online. In this research, build design Lecturer Research and Service System Based Webserver online. The system is built with a web-based integrated system using PHP and MySQL databases. So without printing the proposal and save the cost of printing and paper, lecturers can make submission of research proposal and community service.

Abstract

Digital control system PI based on microcontroller AT 89S52 is made to control the speed of DC motor. Users can interact via keypad and LCD panel. This control system limits the positive control signal (saturation). The digital PI is a process of a program executed by using a computer, by entering a set point value (SP) then the data will be processed using a predefined PI setting, until the corresponding procces variable (PV) is obtained so that the error is equal to 0, or Set point value = Process variable. Steady state errors that occur due to the restriction (saturation) by using a quarter-second sampling time.

Abstract

To detach two or more conductors which have voltage in electrical power system, it is needed an insulation, then among conductors which have voltage do not occur electricity sputtering. Oil is an insulation material which muchused to insulate and refrigerate the high voltage electrical tools. Oil insulator is an liquid insulation which derived from petroleum or crude oil which specifically processed until having characteristics as an insulator, but nowdays theworld development demands for safe and eco-friendly products to decrease the effects of global warming. This condition opens the opportunity to use renewable energy which derived from vegeTabel oil. The breakdown voltagetest of curcas liquid oil insulation materials at various electrode using transformator gulf oil as comparator, it aims to study insulation power of curcas oil towards the breakdown voltage with various temperature and gap spacing. Basedon the result of the test, it shows that the breakdown voltage of curcas oil dielectric has the highest point, then it is possible to be developed being transformator insulation oil.
