Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran Inside Outside Circle berasosiasi pendekatan kontekstual terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian semu (quasi experimental design). Hasil akhir penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model inside outside circle pada kelas eksperimen diperoleh data skor maksimum yaitu 100 dan skor minimum yaitu 60 dengan jumah rata-rata skor sebesar 83,21. Skor maksimum yang diperoleh pada kelas kontrol yaitu 90, sedangkan skor minimum yakni 25 dengan skor rata-rata 62,32. Terdapat kenaikan persentase rata-rata prestasi belajar siswa sebesar 37,30%. Hasil kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh pada kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen, nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh oleh siswa meningkat setelah diberikan perlakuan, yakni nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol siswa 62,32, sedangkan nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen 83,21, dengan selisih 20,89.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan dengan mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kedisplinan terhadap kinerja pendidik di SDN Argapura 02. Teknik dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh. Data dalam penelitian ini didapatkan melalui hasil dari teknik pengambilan angket. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebesar 15 pendidik. Metode yang digunakan dalam metode ini adalah metode korelasi fungsional. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Terdapat pengaruh kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja pendidik. Hasil data yang telah dianalisis menghasilkan korelasi atau pengaruh sebesar 0,967 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,934 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh dari variabel bebas (kedisiplinan) terhadap variabel terikat (kinerja pendidik) sebesar 0,934 x 100 = 93,4 %. Dan berdasarkan pada uji t dengan bahwa t hitung lebih kecil dari t tabel yaitu 13.588 > 9,67 maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Artinya terdapat pengaruh antara kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja pendidik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan media permainan ular tangga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pelajaran IPS di kelas VI SDIT Al Kamil, Kecamatan Tapos, Kota Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Data yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, tes hasil belajar, dan dokumentasi kegiatan baik sebelum penelitian, saat penelitian maupun setelah penelitian. Hasil yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada pelajaran IPS sebelum menggunakan media permainan ular tangga sebesar 55,00 dengan persentase siswa yang tuntas sebesar 5,56%. Hasil nilai rata-rata belajar siswa dengan menggunakan media permainan ular tangga pada siklus I memperoleh nilai 66,39 dengan persentase siswa yang tuntas sebesar 22,22%, pada siklus II memperoleh nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa yaitu 74,17, dengan persentase siswa yang tuntas sebesar 61,11%, hingga pada siklus III memperoleh nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebesar 79,72, dengan persentase siswa yang tuntas secara keseluruhan sebesar 100%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara metode DeDisCerTa dengan peningkatan kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa pada mata pelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasi fungsional dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, angket, soal tes, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi data atau persamaan regresi yang didapat bahwa nilai Fhitung = 124,757 dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, bahwa dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh antara Metode DeDisCerTa terhadap Kemampuan Membaca Pemahaman. Adapun nilai determinasi kemampuan membaca pemahaman pada pendidikan kewarganegaraan melalui metode DeDisCerTa sebesar 86,2 %.

Abstract

The interesting use of learning media, can increase the motivation to learn learners, get bored, and spirit in following learning, Media learning as a tool to encourage learners to achieve their competence, in addition can motivate the learners in the learning. For that, educators have a role in using media learning, especially technological media. The purpose of this research is to test, the influence of significant media learning Quizizz to the motivation to learn learners of class VI elementary School of Islam integrated Al-Fatih District Cigombong Bogor Regency. The research technique used is a descriptive quantitative with research design i.e. functional correlation. The research Data was collected using questionnaire poll techniques, with the number of respondents all students of class VI SDIT Al-Fatih as many as 42 students. The results of research analysis showed that there is a significant influence between the use of media learning quizizz to the motivation to learn learners know the value of Thitung 4.854 > 2.021 This or the value of Thitung greater than with the error level is 5% with a significant yield of 0.000 < 0.05 so that H0 rejected and Ha accepted, the magnitude of the influence is 37.1%, while the influence from the outside is not in the study of 62.9%. So the conclusion of this research is that there is a significant influence of the use of media learning quizizz towards the motivation of learning learners.

Abstract

Writing skills are skills that are generally possessed by everyone. in managing thoughts, ideas, feelings and then applied or poured through written works that can be enjoyed by many people. The chain writing method is part of the active learning or learning by doing method, which is a learning activity that is not boring so that students become happy in receiving learning material. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of the chain writing method on the students' writing description skills. This research was conducted in Class IV SDN Caringin 02 Bogor District. With a sample of 46 students. Which is divided into two groups, namely the experimental group and also the control group. The technique in this research is quantitative Quasi experiment method with Posttest Only Control Group Design. The data in this study were obtained through observation, test and documentation techniques by obtaining the results of the independent sample t test, the significance value of 0.010 ≤ 0.05, which shows that the relay writing method has an influence on the writing skills of the fourth grade students' description writing SDN 02 Caringin Bogor

Abstract

The foreign language program is one of the programs in an effort to improve students' foreign language skills. The importance of mastering English as an international language requires Islamic boarding schools to improve the quality of the program. This study aims to describe the management functions related to planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating foreign language programs in achieving the ability to speak English in santri at Pondok Pesantren Modern Nurul Haramain NW Bogor. The research approach uses qualitative with the case study method (case study). This study uses data collection methods of observation, interviews, and documentation and analyzed with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study resulted in several findings including: 1) Planning of foreign language programs carried out at the general meeting early in the year, and the beginning of the formation of management; 2) Organizing foreign language programs consisting of Leaders, Field Coordinators, Language Advisory Councils and OPPM (Modern Islamic Boarding School Organizations); 3) The implementation of foreign language programs has been carried out well with the achievements of students although there are some obstacles; 4) Evaluation of foreign language programs is carried out on a weekly, quarterly, and semester basis. Evaluation of students is done by oral and written tests.

Abstract

Principal of Madrasah as manager must have a strategy to develop educational facilities and infrastructure. Because, as one of the indicators that is most easily measured to determine school qualifications, it can be seen from the complete facilities and infrastructure to support the learning process in schools. The purpose of this research is to get an explanation of the main strategies in developing facilities and infrastructure, and the impact or influence on the quality of learning, which is another benefit of this research is expected to make a positive contribution to students of Educational Management, who will devote themselves in the world of education both educator and Head of Madrasa. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods; data collected through interviews, observation and documentation studies. After the required data is collected, the authors present the data obtained in accordance with the facts in the field. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the efforts of madrasah principals in improving the management of facilities and infrastructure based on the above research include: establishing cooperation with school committees or other agencies, carrying out teacher training in the internal environment at school, giving workshops to staff or teachers on managerial facilities and infrastructure at in schools or in other institutions, increasing school community awareness about the importance of the existence of facilities and infrastructure through guidance, counseling, and other activities, procuring facilities and infrastructure in accordance with school needs and making improvements and maintenance of school facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

The cause of the quality of education did not increase evenly when viewed from the system there were indeed problems, there were several factors that the researchers summarized, namely: the policy and implementation of national education, the need to be given great autonomy to schools accompanied by the responsible school management. This study aims to determine the Implementation Curriculum of School-Based Management as an Effort to Improve the Quality of Elementary School Education in SDN Pasawahan Cicurug. This research was conducted at SDN Pasawahan Cicurug Sukabumi District using qualitative methods with the type of case study research. Data collection techniques are done through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model which consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification, or conclusion. Checking the validity of the data using the triangulation of data sources. The results showed: (1) The implementation of SBM at SDN Pasawahan Cicurug had been well implemented and had met standards that were professionally organized through school management by producing superior and high-quality school management units; (2) 2013 curriculum is carried out as a whole, both the implementation of learning using a thematic approach with curriculum settings and learning with the characteristics of applying culture or habits of curriculum literacy with school-based learning; (3) The relationship between the school and the community at SDN Pasawahan Cicurug includes activities, the participation of parents and the community, the school committee, and DUDI based on the principles of implementing school-based management. This research is limited by curriculum implementation and school relations with the community.

Abstract

This research aims to know Impact between the role of homeroom teacher as substitute Counseling teacher to student learning discipline of grade 5 in Elementary School at Depok City. This researches is a type of quantitative researches with functional correlation and simple regression analysis. population in school research in Depok city consists of homeroom teacher in SDN Sukamaju Baru 1, SDN Sukamaju Baru 5, SDN Cilangkap 4,and SDN Sukamaju 10 and also students of grade 5 in SDN Sukamaju Baru 1. Sampling technique used Probability Sampling with random sampling. As many samples are used 7 the homeroom teacher and 70 students. Test hypotheses using correlation tests of Product moment from Pearson with the help of calculations using the program SPSS version 16.0, with the conclusion that there is no influence of the role of homeroom teacher as a substitute for teacher counseling guidance on learning discipline.
