Abstract

Company to be a production activity unit that managed economy sources to prepare goods and service for society as a mean to get profit and so that can satisfy society need. Problem Formulation: 1) What found information system influence towards employee work effectiveness in PT. Aneka Tambang Persero Tbk?; 2) What found supervision influence towards employee work effectiveness in PT. Aneka Tambang Persero Tbk?; 3) how big information system influence and supervision according to together towards employee work effectiveness in PT. Aneka Tambang Persero Tbk? Watchfulness Result: 1) Found positive influence and significant between information system towards employee work effectiveness in PT. Aneka Tambang Persero Tbk and indikator-indikator integration, input, mengorganisasi, decision making, dependability, produce, classification, need, criteria, mutual connected, output, information processing, arrangement, interacted and user. 2) Found positive influence and significant between supervision towards employee work effectiveness in PT. Aneka Tambang Persero Tbk and indikator-indikator co-ordinating, increase pegawasan, malar, intellectual, work result evaluation, guarantee indepedensi, supervise activity, memberika warning, decide work connection, character or character, existing law rule, work method, disagree with planning, effective and authority. 3) Found positive influence and significant between information system and supervision according to together towards employee work effectiveness in PT. Aneka Tambang Persero Tbk and indicator- indicator planning, composed well, divide task, carry out task with goodly, supporting tool, brainchild, task that accepted as according to skill, there uniformity, existence efefektivitas effective, ability, increase quality, good evaluation, agreement avoids deviation, coordination process and commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1) To determine the effect of professionalism on improving the quality of education in Madrasah Tsanawiyah AL-Anwar Village, Saitan Talun Cirebon 2019. 2) To determine the effect of the work ethic quality of educators (teachers) on improving the quality of education in Madrasah Tsanawiyah AL- Anwar Desa Saitan Talun Cirebon 2019. 3) To find out the influence of professionalism and work ethic quality of teaching staff (teachers) together to improve the quality of education in Madrasah Tsanawiyah AL-Anwar Sanggar Talun Village Cirebon 2019. This research is quantitative, descriptive and associative type. The population in this study were 40 people in the teachers and staff at Madrasah Tsanawiyah AL-Anwar Village of Saitan Talun Cirebon 2019. In this study the sampling technique used saturated sampling (census). The respondents that I use as many as 40 respondents, namely teachers and employees at Madrasah Tsanawiyah AL-Anwar Village, Sleting Talun Cirebon 2019.

Abstract

Schools as educational service providers that meet all service criteria. Service quality is very important to know, measured continuously and improved by the school in order to survive in competition. One of the most widely used models in measuring service quality is the SERVQUAL Model by dividing service quality attributes into five dimensions, namely; Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Empathy, Assurance. This study uses a questionnaire instrument adapted to measure the quality of educational services perceived as a gap between expectations and perceptions of students at Vocational High School Binakarya Karawang. The results of the study obtained a comparison of the perception value of the expectation value (quality index) of 71.21% with an average expectation value of 6.46 and a perception value of 4.60 resulting in a gap of 1.86. These figures indicate that in general the quality of service is still far from what students expect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Service Quality on employee performance, the influence of student satisfaction on employee performance, the influence of service quality and student satisfaction simultaneously on the performance of STMIK Global Tangerang Banten employees. This research was conducted from April to September 2018, with an explanatory type of research which was also correlational, with the survey method using a questionnaire where respondents were students of STMIK Global Tangerang Banten. the population of this study was 266 people, then through the Slovin formula set a sample of 160 respondents. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and test causal hypotheses. In Hypothesis Test through SPSS where hypothesis (1) Value of t = 13,865 is greater than table t of 1,65 and significant of 0,000 is smaller than 0,05, therefore H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted meaning Service Quality influences Employee Performance. Hypothesis (2) Value of t = 13,003 is greater than table t of 1,65 and significant of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, therefore H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted meaning that student satisfaction affects Employee Performance . Hypothesis (3) Value of F = 96.778 is greater than table F of 3.94 and significant of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, therefore H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted meaning that. Employee Performance simultaneously affects the Service Quality and Student Satisfaction.

Abstract

School is an organization consisting of a group of people who work together to achieve predetermined goals. For cooperation to work well, all elements in the organization, especially human resources, must be actively involved and have the drive to achieve goals together. The Principal in this case as the Leader has an important role to mobilize subordinates including himself.In order for human resources to be mobilized in order to achieve organizational goals, it is necessary to implement a reward system. The reward system is a leader's effort in appreciating services for teacher work, so that it can encourage work more actively and potentially. Performance-based reward systems are one of the important control tools used to foster enthusiasm for teachers. With this award, teachers are expected to be more motivated in carrying out their tasks and feel valued their efforts.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the reward system and leadership of the school principal and the performance of teachers in North Jakarta Methodist High School.This study involved teachers in North Jakarta Methodist High School, amounting to 30 people as research samples. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire guided by the Likert scale. Data processing in this study uses the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program for Windows version 22. The statistical tests used include validity, reliability, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, hypothesis testing and multiple regression analysis.Based on the results of data processing it is produced that there is a very high influence of the reward system with the principal's leadership on the teacher's performance of 0.937 with a determination rate of 87.79% with the multiple linear regression equation Y = 37.555 + 0.293x1 + 0.384x2).

Abstract

The research has goal to know the effect of tax planning, earnings management, profitability, leverage, and good corporate governance on firm value.Method of research is quantitative method. The research population was 141 companies, and took sample 42 companies or 126 research samples by using purposive sampling. Form of this data was financial report and god from Indonesia Stock Exchange in official site www.idx.co.id, and analyzed by SPSS 23 version. The analysis technique has been done by using logistic regressions, t test, and coefficient determination.Based on the result of regression analysis of profitability and independent commissioner influence to firm value. Tax planning, earnings management, leverage, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and audit quality has no effect on firm value

Abstract

This study aims in general to analyze the influence of Organizational Culture and Work Environment on Employee Work Achievement at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Inspection Office Bandung. The research method used in this research is survey by using data collecting instrument / instrument in the form of questionnaire which previously been tested the validity and reliability of the instrument. As the target population is the employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Inspection Office Bandung, which amounted to 56 people, the size of the sample used as much as the size of the population. The sampling technique used is Saturated Sampling. Data analysis technique used is simple and multiple regression analysis. Prior to data analysis, firstly tested requirements analysis, namely through normality test, homogeneity test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. Based on descriptive statistical analysis obtained: (1) Employee job performance included in high category; (2) Organizational culture is included in high category, and Employee work environment is high category. While the results of hypothesis testing: (1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on employee performance in Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Inspection Office Bandung, with the influence of 82.3% and 17.7% influenced by other variables or factors; (2) The work environment of employees has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk Inspection Office Bandung, with the influence of 97.1% and 2.9% influenced by variables or other factors; (3) Organizational culture and working environment of employees together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Inspection Office Bandung, with the influence of 99.1% and 0.9% influenced by variables or factors other.
