Abstract

One factor that significantly influences the quality of education is the organization or institution providing the education. This problem has an impact on the training management process being inefficient and ineffective. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method where library materials are collected, reading materials and notes are taken, and research materials are processed. Education is a lifelong process of practice and event that involves spontaneous and systematic reflection. The essence of education is to bring out human intelligence (humanization).

Abstract

Pemilihan model pembelajaran yang tepat dapat menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran. Pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri adalah proses di mana pebelajar terlibat dalam pembelajaran mereka, merumuskan pertanyaan, menyelidiki secara luas dan kemudian membangun pemahaman baru, makna dan pengetahuan. Metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dengan dua siklus. Hasil PTK siklus I menunjukkan nilai rata-rata keaktifan belajar siswa pra siklus pada kriteria aktif 12,5 % mengalami peningkatan menjadi 37,5%. Hasil PTK siklus II menunjukkan nilai rata-rata meningkat pesat setelah siklus II yakni 62,50%. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa terjadi kenaikan nilai hasil belajar siswa dan keaktifan belajar siswa. Nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pra siklus sebesar 50% meningkat menjadi 70%. Nilai rata-rata keaktifan siswa pra siklus sebesar 63,33% naik menjadi 72,5%. Berdasarkan hasil perbandingan prasiklus dan siklus 1 disimpulkan bahwa nilai siklus I masih belum memenuhi nilai KKM sehingga peneliti melakukan PTK siklus II.

Abstract

Adolescence is a turbulent time full of contradictions and mood swings, physical, emotional, social, and cognitive changes. These changes can cause various problems, one of which is depression. Depression is a mental disorder that makes individuals feel depressed and hopeless. One of the impacts of depression is the desire for suicide as an attempt to solve the problem. Suicide can be defined as the act of taking one's own life by assuming that the problem will be solved when the individual commits suicide. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the level of depression with suicidal ideation in adolescents. This study used a qualitative method with a literature review approach of six scientific articles. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between the level of depression and suicidal ideation in adolescents, because the higher the level of depression, the higher the suicidal ideation and vice versa, the lower the level of depression, the lower the suicidal ideation. It is hoped that adolescents will be better able to recognize themselves so that they can better control their emotions so that they can overcome every problem and avoid negative behavior that can cause feelings of depression and have an impact on the presence of suicidal ideation.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to determine the level of empathy for victims of natural disasters in students in Bandung Raya. Empathy Awareness of the feelings, needs and concerns of others (Goleman, 1998). Empathy is the root of caring and love in the emotional relationship of everyone in adaptation to other people's feelings. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a non-probability sampling technique, namely by using a purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that Higher Education Students who have empathy towards victims of natural disasters are in the high level (18,2%), the medium level (67.3%), and the low level (14.5%).

Abstract

This research aims to provide an overview of biodiversity learning at SMAN 3 Bandung. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological design. Data sources come from interviews, observation sheets, and direct observation. This school not only utilizes laboratory and library facilities to provide theoretical knowledge but also maximizes the use of the school garden as a learning space outside the classroom. With this learning, students can observe, document, and appreciate biodiversity directly. Implementation of the Independent Curriculum and the Adiwiyata School concept/green school provides a solid foundation for a sustainable and inclusive learning approach. The research results show that this learning creates students who not only have deep conceptual understanding but also have practical skills and high environmental awareness. SMAN 3 Bandung has succeeded in integrating learning inside and outside the classroom, creating a dynamic and supportive learning environment for students to understand, appreciate and participate in biodiversity conservation. In order to maximize the learning process, it is necessary to assess students' skills and attitudes.

Abstract

The learning process is very influences of appropriate learning method that are adapted to the material and condition of thr students. In this research the writer applied the Project Based Learning method which aims to improve students understanding and learning outcomes in Ecosystem material. The sample used in this research were 35 students in class VII of SMPN 4 Tanjungpinang. The results of data analysis, it was obtained the percentage of understanding and student learning outcomes in the learning process without applying the Project Based Learning methode, namely pre-cycle, cycle 1 and cycle 2 had an average 60,85, 75,43, and 90,00. From these result, it can be seen that there is an increasing in understanding and student learning outcome. It means that students are able to understand the biological material about ecosystem. This increasing in learning out comes is caused by the habits of students who have below average abilities to participate in the process of completing good learning. This increase in learning outcomes can be achieved because of activities in the form of planning, implementation, data collection and reflection. Beside the activeness of students in participating in the learning process in the pre-cycle, cycle 1 and cycle 2, and the attitude of collaboration in direct observation of Moringa trees in the school environmens.
