Abstract

In the transition phase of late adolescence to early adulthood, students are required to accept and control the negative emotions they experience for the problems that arise. In that case, this research wants to see how the scale created can measure self- compassion in students. This research focuses on developing a self-compassion measurement tool for students. The methods used in this research are quantitative methods and reading literature. The research sample obtained using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The results of this study obtained 15 items which became the final item with a Likert-scaled model and equipped with concurrent validity analysis against other overlapping scales. This Self Compassion scale shows a significant correlation with the Academic Integrity scale. Then the validity and reliability values obtained are quite large, namely 0.88 and 0.84. It was found that the development of a self-compassion measuring instrument is a valid and reliable measuring instrument in measuring student self-compassion.

Abstract

Hybrid learning is a learning method that is carried out in two ways, namely face to face and distance. The use of these different methods can affect the way students behave, one of which is the student who composes the thesis. In this case, students are required to be able to make their own decisions and be confident in their own abilities so that their thesis can run well and smoothly, therefore it is necessary to categorize the self-efficacy of final students who are preparing a thesis. thesis. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The results of this study indicate that students who are writing thesis have low self-efficacy scores (05%), moderate (29.2%) and high (70.3%).

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on various aspects of life. Environmental aspects are things that must be considered. This is in line with the demands of the 2013 Curriculum regarding environmental literacy in schools. The results of research conducted in several schools in the city of Padang revealed that there was still a lack of awareness of students in protecting the environment. This encourages teachers to develop learning media based on environmental literacy. This study aims to provide an overview of the importance of developing environmental literacy-based learning media in elementary schools. Data collection techniques with interviews and observation. This research is included in descriptive research with qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. This research is important to do to increase awareness of students and the community in caring for and protecting the surrounding environment.

Abstract

The curriculum is one of the important aspects in educational activities. The out-of-school education curriculum is a set of rules and plans that regulate out- of-school educational activities whose implementation is more emphasized on providing expertise or skills in a particular field in order to live in accordance with the times and increasingly advanced science and technology. The difference between out-of-school education and school education is the legitimacy or formalization of education. In addition, the curriculum in out-of-school education is more flexible and in its preparation the community participates. The components of the out-of-school education curriculum consist of objectives, content, strategies/methods, and evaluation of activities.

Abstract

The purpose of writing is to improve teacher teaching patterns based on the root problems faced by schools based on the results of educational report cards related to the quality of learning related to classroom management and reflection on teaching practices that are still not good. The essence of this management is how a principal empowers all aspects of the school, to be managed professionally and totally, through the stages described through the cycle model. In addition, how the components in the cycle can be synergized so that the teaching pattern of teachers can improve and change from the old paradigm of teaching to a new paradigm with an independent curriculum and a project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students. With data-based planning (PBD) with the pattern of Correcting Reflection Identification (IRB) steps, it turns out to be able to improve teacher teaching patterns from each cycle. The following is evidence of changes in each cycle, the teacher's ability related to the learning climate in the classroom from 37.5% increased to 87.5%. Ability in learning management strategies from 12.5% increased to 62.5%. Abilities related to giving feedback increased from 50% to 87.5 and abilities related to self-improvement from 12.5 to 87.5. The key to improving learning patterns in the classroom is to know the root of the problem, be able to reflect and agree to improve themselves.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on the world of education. One of them is the shift in evaluation media. This study aims to investigate online evaluation media that teachers use in learning. The research method is qualitative with an exploratory approach. Data collection techniques consist of interviews, observation, and literature study. The results of the study revealed that the media that teachers generally use in carrying out online evaluations is the Google form. Other tools used by teachers such as kahoot, quizizz, survey monkey, meter, LMS (Learning Management System). The use of this media is very helpful for teachers and students in improving their ability to use technological devices.

Abstract

Analisis pokok uji sangat penting dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melihat kekuatan dan kelemahan dari soal. Sehingga, dapat memberikan hasil yang sesungguhnya terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik di sekolah. Analisis dilakukan pada soal penilaian harian materi struktur dan fungsi jaringan tumbuhan. Soal terdiri dari 21 soal PG dan 3 soal uraian. Jenis penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan soal kepada peserta didik. Hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa untuk soal uraian sudah memenuhi analisis pokok uji sehingga dapat digunakan. Sedangkan soal PG perlu dilakukan perbaikan pada beberapa soal sebelum digunakan sebagai instrumen penilaian.

Abstract

This classroom action research aims to make students more able to understand the sub-theme The Importance of Maintaining Healthy Food Intake in Thematic Learning. The research was conducted in Semester 1 of the 2022/2023 Academic Year. Eight grade 5 students at SD Negeri 3 Riang Gede were used as research subjects. The research was carried out for two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, implementing, observing and evaluating results, as well as reflecting on the findings. Using learning achievement tests, direct descriptive qualitative and quantitative analyzes were used to collect and analyze data. Success is shown by the average KKM learning outcomes of 60.00 and completeness of 85.00 percent. The analysis produces the following results: 1) With an average acquisition of 53.75 in the Pre-Cycle, 60.63 in Cycle one, and 68.13 in Cycle two, the Concept Achievement Model can improve student learning outcomes; (2) By using the Concept Acquisition Model, student learning completeness can increase by 37.50 percent in Pre-Cycle, 75.00 percent in Cycle one, and 100.00 percent in Cycle two. The conclusion is that students can understand the sub-themes given.

Abstract

Tracer study is an alumni survey carried out by universities to explore information about the journey of their graduates, starting from the graduates completing their education in college until with the timing of the conduct of the survey. The purpose of the tracer study is to find out the quality of graduates produced by universities, as well as extract further information to alumni, related to career choices that are carried out as input for the improvement of the Sharia Banking study program at the University of Muhammadiyah Prof. DR HAMKA in the future. The stages passed, namely starting from the development of concepts and instruments, continued with data collection, then analysis of data that has been collected, preparation of reports on the results of tracer studies, and finally making scientific articles that can be read by academics. The study began in January to August 2022. The search was carried out to alumni of the Sharia Banking department of the Faculty of Islamic Religion, University of Muhammadiyah Prof. DR HAMKA who graduated in 2020, 2021, and 2022. The results showed that the Islamic Banking alumni who succeeded in filling in were 72 people, of which 16 were men and 56 women. The source of funds in financing college during alumni's studies comes from personal/family expenses of 93%. The learning method that is often carried out emphasizes the use of lecture, praticum, and discussion methods. In addition, for alumni satisfaction with leaders, lecturers, and educational staff / employees, the average is in a state of satisfaction. This also has an impact on graduates of the Islamic Banking study program who easily and quickly get an appropriate and ideal job, because it is also supported by the Al Islam program Kemuhammadiyahan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkonstruksi alat ukur self control terhadap penggunaan media sosial pada mahasiswa di Kota Bandung. Konsep self control yang digunakan mengacu pada teori self control Averill (1973), dimana Averill menjelaskan bahwa terdapat tiga aspek kontrol diri, yakni kontrol perilaku, kontrol kognitif dan kontrol keputusan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan modifikasi alat ukur, dimana terdapat 29 item final yang menjadi alat ukur yang disebarkan melalui online dengan media google form. Jumlah partisipan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 201 mahasiswa dari berbagai universitas di Kota Bandung, dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik non probability sampling, yaitu pengambil sampel dilakukan secara tidak acak atau sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Analisis dan uji validitas dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan metode outer dan inner model.
