Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of audit fees, audit opinion and audit delay on auditor switching with financial distress as a moderating variable. The population in this research are linfrastructure, utility and transportation sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2019. The number of research samples obtained is 40 companies with using purposive sampling method and the amount of research data obtained is 200. The data analysis method used is regression logistic analysis.. The results of the study indicate that the audit fee have no effect on auditor switching, audit opinion has a significant negative effect on auditor switching and audit delay have no effect on auditor switching and the financial distress variable is not able to moderate the effect of audit fee, audit opinion and audit delay on auditor switching

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of auditor turnover, audit opinion, and Kap size on audit report lag. The sample used in this study were companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period with a population of 66 and a sample of 47 companies. The sample was carried out using purposive sampling method with data analysis method using panel data multiple regression method. The results of this study indicate that audit opinion has a negative effect on audit report lag. Meanwhile, auditor turnover and the size of the Public Accounting Firm have no effect on audit report lag

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the lifestyle and motivation of consumers on purchasing decisions at the Alun-Aloun Coffee, Rawamangun. This research is a quantitative study using SPSS Statistics 22 program with a total sample of 100 respondents who are residents of Jabodetabek who have bought product at Alun-Alun Coffee using nonprobability sampling and purposive sampling techniques. The results of this study indicate that the lifestyle has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a value of 1,986 greater than 1,660 and consumer motivation has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a value of 9,130 greater than 1,660. The benefit of this research for Alum-Alun Coffee is as input or evaluation material in order to continue to improve product quality to be able to maintain the lifestyle and motivation of consumers so that Alun-Alun Coffee can compete with other competitors.

Abstract

Information System Of Installation Service Order in information system that supplies information for many processes that consist of customer, payment and report. Therefor, it is nedded to create an Information System Of Installation Service Order to support the company, the aim of this final project is to searching data customer, processing installation service order, payment yield more detailed report. The system development was done by data collecting, system planning, system designing, system developed ,database developed and system testing. The system programming was developed with PHP, the data base developed used MySQL and the website create with framework by Code Igniter. It can be concluded that the design and implementation on information System Information Of Installation Service Order on CV Pelita Abadi has some facilities such as customer form, service order form, and report.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of liquidity and solvency on firm value with profitability as an intervening.. Using the population of consumer goods listed on the IDX in 2016-2020. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling with a total of 125 observations on consumer goods companies sector. The analytical technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression and path analysis. The hypothesis is accepted if the probability value is 0.05. The results of this study indicate that: (1) liquidity has no effect on firm value, (2) solvency has no effect on firm value, (3) liquidity has no effect on profitability, (4) solvency has no effect on profitability, (5) profitability has no effect on profitability. on firm value, (6) profitability does not mediate liquidity on firm value, (7) profitability does not mediate solvency on firm value.

Abstract

In a company or organization has a social responsibility to the environment around the company which can be an opportunity to achieve economic, social and environmental balance as well as to meet the expectations of the company's stakeholders. One thing that can be done is to carry out CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) through programs Art In a Cup, namely empowerment education for coffee farmers in North Sumatra, especially Karo district. The purpose of this study is to determine the planning and implementation of the CSR Art In a Cup program that Starbucks Indonesia is doing. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive research methods through interviews, observation, documentation, and librarian studies. The results of the research in this study were seen from Starbucks Indonesia's strategy in creating economic, environmental and social sustainability for farmers using the C.A.F.E Practices system which is Starbucks Indonesia's guideline for implementing the CSR Art In a Cup program and with the existence of a team controller, namely Sumatra Specialty Coffee.

Abstract

The EXO boyband community or who have an EXO-L nickname is a community that was formed because of the large enthusiasm of Kpop fans to be able to express their love for their idols. Boyband EXO is a boyband from South Korea consisting of nine members formed by S.M. Entertainment.The purpose of this study was to determine the process social construction of reality from EXO boyband community members in Jakarta. This research approach uses a qualitative approach with the Case Study analysis method. The theory used is the theory Social Construction of Reality proposed by Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckmann. The results of this study show that the social construction of reality experienced by members of the EXO or EXO-L boy band community begins with knowing Kpop, knowing the EXO boy band, joining the EXO-L community and making adjustments, interacting with fellow members, to identify themselves with their members in EXO boyband community.

Abstract

Nowadays many well-known companies and offices have begun to analyze how to attract consumers or distributors to cooperate with them and how to also create an attractive promotion which can be said as a way to attract or attract consumers or distributors to their company. The purpose of this study was to determine SociaBuzz's marketing communication strategy in enhancing Brand Awarness. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, telephone, voice note. The results of this study indicate that the marketing communication strategy undertaken by SociaBuzz by using several advertising channels, car adversiting also SociaBuzz uses SEO on page and of page. Researchers suggest that SociaBuzz broadens the reach of their marketing targets and develops better marketing strategies..

Abstract

Social media is a site and application that involves internet-based technology. One example for rapidly growing new media is YouTube. YouTube is a social media that delivers messages digitally and can be watched by many people. YouTube is a place to share videos online with other people. This study is determining the effect of game content YouTube Miawaug on subscribers viewing interest. This study a positivism paradigm with quantitative approach. The method use a survey method with questionnaire. Type of research is an explanative. This theory is theory stimulus-response theory. The results of test correlation of Pearson's Product Moment this a sig. 0.762, which means that the level of the relationship between the independent variables and dependent variable is strong level of relationship. Based on the results of the coefficient determination test, the effect of game content on YouTube Miawaug on the interest in watching subscribers with a percentage 58.1%.

Abstract

Seven Peaks Education is an educational consultancy migration company that applies organizational communication to its employees. In this study, there is a phenomenon where there are communication difficulties between superiors and subordinates caused by the distance between them. This research was conducted to find out how the role of organizational communication is carried out at Seven Peaks Education among the employees who work there. The object of this study is employees who work at the Seven Peaks Education company. In this study the technique used in the collection of this data is to use in-depth interviews and observation. This type of research uses descriptive type of research. The results of this study indicate that the role of organizational communication in Seven Peaks among its employees is not maximized because of the vertical and horizontal communication carried out at Seven Peaks is still mostly done online. So that it affects Seven Peaks employees.
