Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work environment on the performance of employees of the production department at PT. MNC GS Homeshopping. The research method used is quantitative with random sampling method and using SPSS 26 program by collecting data through questionnaires distributed using google form. The number of samples used in the following survey is 78 respondents from 80 employees of the production department with a total population of 300 employees of PT. MNC GS Homeshopping. The results obtained that the workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance on the contrary, the work environment has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. The findings of this study can be used as a reference for PT. MNC GS Homeshopping to distribute the workload evenly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the effect of training and motivation on the productivity of PT Sigzacindo Nusantara (coloni) employees. the method in this research is quantitative. Based on this research, the researcher used quantitative data and distributed questionnaires. The sample in this study used a saturated sample and used validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear tests and t tests, f tests and the coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS version 22. The t count regression value was 6.360 t count > t table = 6,360 > 1,683. the t- count value is 2.915 where the t-count value > ttable 2.915 > 1.683 it can be said that there is a significant influence of training and motivation on productivity. Based on the results of the calculated F test > F table = 103.787 > 3.23 with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05, it can be said that training and motivation together have an effect on productivity

Abstract

This study aims to find out the direct and indirect effects that arise from reward and punishment on work motivation and the partial impact on employee performance. Two exogenous variabels with one endogenous variabel and one intervening variabel were discussed using quantitative research with survei methods to 40 respondents at PT. XYZ with path analysis techniques. The results of the processed data show that reward and punishment variabels directly have a significant effect on employee motivation. The reward variabel does not directly affect employee performance, but punishment and work motivation variabels directly have a significant effect on employee performance. As well as the reward variabel indirectly affects the work motivation variabel on performance, but the punishment variabel does not affect indirectly through the work motivation variabel on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability on firm value, liquidity on firm value, and leverage on firm value in the food and beverage industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The number of samples used were 17 banking companies that were selected through purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The classic assumption test used in this study was heterocedasticity test and multicollinearity test. The results of this study are 1) profitability measured using Return on Asset has an effect on company value measured using Price to Book Value, 2) liquidity measured using Quick Ratio has an effect on company value measured using Price to Book Value, and 3) Leverage measured using the Debt to Equity Ratio affect the firm value measured using Price to Book Value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, market driven strategy and price on customer satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research. The number of samples used is 115 people, with purposive sampling technique. The data comes from a Google Form questionnaire and the data is analyzed by SPSS 25. From the results of the analysis of the influence of product quality, market driven strategy and price, the effect on customer satisfaction of batagor mama oki.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leverage and good corporate governance on the financial performance of the banking sub-sector. The independent variables studied were leverage and good corporate governance which were proxy by the independent board of commissioners, a board of directors, and the audit committee. The population is the banking sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019. Samples were selected by purposive sampling technique so that 12 companies were obtained that met the criteria as samples. Data analysis was performed using panel data regression analysis methods. The study provides the results that the board of directors influences the financial performance of the company. While leverage, the independent board of commissioners and the audit committee do not affect the financial performance of the company.

Abstract

this research aims to show the influence of Brand Image and Word Of Mouth in Kopi Maning Bekasi Coffee Shop purchase decisions . There are three variables in this research including Brand Image, Word Of Mouth, and purchase decisions. The researchist used quantitative methods and the sample used in this research amounted 144 respondents who had bought at Kopi Maning Coffee Shop. . The technique used in this research is purposive sampling which is part of non-probability sampling. The research data is analyzed with SPSS 25 shows that Brand Image have an influence on Purchase Decisions, Word Of Mouth have an influence on Purchase Decisions, and together Brand Image and Word Of Mouth have influence on Purchase Decision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and financial behavior on investment decisions of private tertiary institutions in Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach through the distribution of questionnaires with samples taken as many as 105 respondents obtained using non-probability sampling techniques and purposive sampling methods. The research data were processed with SPSS, where hypothesis testing was analyzed using t test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the financial literacy variable has no significant effect on investment decisions, based on the results of the t-test which shows the t count is lower than the t table (1.962> 1.98350). Likewise, the variable of financial behavior has a significant effect on investment decisions, which is indicated by the value of t count higher than t table (3,791> 1,98350).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Liquidity, Profitability and Leverage, on Firm Value. The method used in this research is panel data regression method. The sampling method is purposive sampling method. The sample studied 14 food and beverage companies. The results showed that liquidity has a tcount of 1.158838 <ttable 2.00575, it can be interpreted that liquidity has no significant effect on firm value which means H1 is rejected. Profitability has a tcount of -0.77472 <ttable 2.00575, so it can be interpreted that profitability has no significant effect on the value of the company which means H2 is rejected. Leverage has a tcount of 4.898083> t table 2.00575, so it can be interpreted that leverage has a significant effect on the value of the company, which means that H3 is accepted. Simultaneously H4 in this study was accepted, which means liquidity, profitability and leverage significantly influence the value of the company with an Adjusted R Square value of 85.06% and the remaining 14.93%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of prices, sales promotion and store atmosphere on consumer satisfaction at Starbucks Coffee Mall of Indonesia in May 2019. The research was proven by a series of quantitative methods using the SPSS application. There are 100 respondents selected data based on the experience of consumers who have made a purchase transaction at least twice. The results show prices, sales promotions and store atmosphere affect consumer satisfaction. The accepted hypothesis was decided based on t value analysis. So based on the research findings, Starbucks Coffee Mall of Indonesia must increase the comfort of consumers and provide prices in accordance with the quality in order to create satisfaction for consumers.
