Abstract

Medicinal plants in house yard of Dusun Kampung Baru Society in Merlung village have a potential to be learning resources for schools around the village, especiallyfor SMA Negeri 1 Merlung. The objective of this study is to know the feasibility of biodiversity of medicinal plants as biology learning resourcesfor the students of SMA Negeri 1 Merlung. The results of this study showed that Kampung Baru society planted 21 species of medicinal plants belonging to 18 families, in the form of herbaceous plant, shrubs, and trees. There were 21 types of diseases that can be treated with these plants, by using leaves, fruit, rhizomes, or sap. House yard and its medicinal plants classified as a learning resources by utilization in the form of setting. The feasibility as learning resourcesbased onthe value of utilizations to the society. House yard and its medicinal plants can be called living laboratories, because it was a small ecosystem with a diversity of plants that are used by the community in the form of knowledge of utilization of medicinal plants. Through contextual learning, students are trained to be critical and analytical in gaining information and constructing a complete knowledge about subject matter with its application in society. Tanaman obat pekarangan Masyarakat Dusun Kampung Baru Desa Merlung berpotensi menjadi sumber belajar bagi sekolah-sekolah di sekitar desa, salah satunya ialah SMA Negeri 1 Merlung. Tujuan penelitian ialah untuk mengetahui kelayakan keanekaragaman tumbuhan obat pekarangan tersebut sebagai sumber belajar biologi SMA Negeri 1 Merlung. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa Masyarakat Dusun Kampung Baru menanam 21 jenis tanaman obat yang tergolong ke dalam 18 famili, berupa tumbuhan herba, perdu, dan pohon. Terdapat 21 jenis penyakit yang dapat diobati dengan tanaman-tanaman tersebut, baik dengan memanfaatkan daun, buah, rimpang, atau getah. Pekarangan dan tumbuhan obat di dalamnya digolongkan sebagai sumber belajar termanfaatkan (by utilization) yang berbentuk latar lingkungan (setting). Kelayakannya sebagai sumber belajar disebabkanoleh nilai manfaatnya bagi masyarakat. Pekarangan dan tanaman obat di dalamnya dapat disebut sebagai laboratorium hidup karena menjadi ekosistem kecil dengan keanekaragaman spesies tumbuhan yang dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat dalam wujud pengetahuan pemanfaatan tanaman obat. Melalui pembelajaran kontekstual, siswa dilatih agar kritis dan analitis dalam menggali informasi dan mengonstruksi bangunan ilmu yang utuh tentang materi pelajaran dengan penerapannya di masyarakat. Abstract

Proenvironmental behavior is a behavior that seeks to minimize negative impacts on the environment which could be influenced by several factors, one of which is motivation. This study aims to analyze the direct effect of motivation on proenvironmental behavior. This research was conducted using quantitative approach with causal survey method and analyzed using path analysis. The number of samples used as respondents is 200 students from class XI MIA SMAN 1 Tangerang Regency. Based on the results, a conclusion could be made that there is a positive direct effect of personality on proenvironmental behavior with a path analysis coefficient of 0.159. There is a positive direct effect of motivation on proenvironmental behavior with a path coefficient of 0.486. Keywords: Motivation, Pro Environment Behavior, Path Analysis. Abstrak. Perilaku pro lingkungan adalah perilaku yang berupaya meminimalkan dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan yang dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya adalah motivasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung motivasi terhadap perilaku pro lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei kausal dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebagai responden adalah 200 siswa kelas XI MIA SMAN 1 Kabupaten Tangerang. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh langsung positif kepribadian terhadap perilaku proenvironmental dengan koefisien analisis jalur sebesar 0,159. Ada pengaruh langsung positif dari motivasi pada perilaku pro lingkungan dengan koefisien jalur 0,486. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Perilaku Pro Lingkungan, Analisis Jalur

Abstract

This study is a type of Classroom Action Research (CAR) which aimed to improve students' attitudes, skills and knowledge on additives and addictive substances using Discovery learning model. This study was conducted in 2 cycles, each cycle consists of 4 stages: planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were eighth grade students of As Shiddiqiyah Junior High School in the first semester with a total of 30 students. Data analysis was carried out with quantitative descriptive techniques. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the attitude of students in the learning process had increased, it was known from the results of the average classroom observations in the first cycle was 68.15 which had an increase in the second cycle to 81.14. The skills of students in the first cycle obtained an average yield of 71.36 which increased in cycle II to 84.11. The results of the written test in the first cycle of students' cycles were 59.61 in the second cycle to 81.07. The percentage value in the cycle is 31%, and increases in cycle II by 82%. Based on this study, classical achievement had exceeded 75%, it can be concluded that there is an increase in learning outcomes from the attitudes, skills and knowledge of students in additives and addictive substances in 8th grade As Shiddiqiyah Junior High School. Tujuan untuk meningkatkan sikap, keterampilan dan pengetahuan siswa pada materi zat aditif dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, tiap siklusnya terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subyek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP As Shiddiqiyah semester I Tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 30 orang. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh ranah sikap siswa pada proses belajar mengalami peningkatan, diketahui dari hasil observasi rata-rata kelas pada siklus I adalah sebesar 68,15 mengalami peningkatan di siklus II menjadi 81,14. Keterampilan siswa pada siklus I memperoleh hasil rata-rata sebesar 71,36 mengalami peningkatan disiklus II menjadi 84,11. Hasil tes tertulis siswa disiklus I nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh adalah 59,61 di siklus II menjadi 81,07. Nilai persentase di siklus sebesar 31% , dan meningkat di siklus II sebesar 82%. Berdasarkan penelitian ini pencapaian klasikal telah melampaui 75% , dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada peningkatan hasil belajar dari sikap, keterampilan dan pengetahuan siswa pada materi zat aditif dan zat adiktif dikelas VIII SMP As Shiddiqiyah dalam kategori baik sekali. Abstract

This study aims to improve the mastery of concepts in protist material in class X SMA Muhammadiyah Sekayu through the application of Problem Based Learning (PBL) models. The sample of research was grade X high school students of Muhammadiyah Sekayu, consisting of 13 students: 6 female and 7 male students. It is classroom action research with three cycles. The stages carried out in the study were (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, (4) reflection. The achievement indicator is 75% in classical scale. The results showed that the the mastery of students’ concepts in classical are 0% in the first cycle, 30% in the second cycle, and 75% in the third cycle. Thus it can be concluded that the application of the PBL model can improve the mastery of students’ concepts in the protist material in class X SMA Muhammadiyah Sekayu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki penguasaan konsep pada materi Protista di kelas X SMA Muhammadiyah Sekayu melalui penerapan model Problem Based Learning (PBL). Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X SMA Muhammadiyah Sekayu yang berjumlah 13 siswa, terdiri dari 6 siswa perempuan dan 7 siswa laki-laki. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan tiga siklus. Tahapan yang dilaksanakan dalam penelitian meliputi (1) Perencanaan; (2) Pelaksanaan; (3) Pengamatan; (4) Refleksi. Capaian indikator keberhasilan penelitian adalah perolehan nilai hasil tes penguasaan konsep secara klasikal 75%. Hasil penguasaan konsep siswa secara klasikal yaitu 0% pada siklus pertama, 30% pada siklus kedua, dan 75% pada siklus ketiga. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan adanya penerapan model PBL dapat meningkatkan penguasaan konsep siswa pada materi Protista di kelas X SMA Muhammadiyah Sekayu. Abstract

The ability of students to understand the biological material conveyed by the teacher is certainly different from each other, therefore we need the right learning model and media to be used in the learning process. The discussion method commonly used by teachers has not been able to improve learning outcomes to the fullest. This is evidenced by the low participation of students in group discussions. Discussion is dominated by only certain students. This affects the cognitive learning outcomes of participants, it can be seen that the results of the correct answers to the questions about Genetic Material at the first try out of UN and USBN in 2018 were 40.28%, the second try out was 64.18% and USBN 2018 was 40.12%. still far below the KKM for 3.3 KD, which is 75. One solution that can be done immediately is through PTK, by implementing NHT type cooperative learning assisted by the Moodle application to improve cognitif learning achievement of students. The research instrument used was a test with multiple choice questions in two cycles. The results of the first cycle test showed an increase in classical completeness from the pre-action results which was 20.83%, increasing to 70.83%. In cycle 2 classical completeness increased to 78.26% and has reached the limit specified in the Action Success Index of 75%. Kemampuan peserta didik dalam memahami materi biologi yang disampaikan oleh guru tentu berbeda satu sama lain, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan model dan media pembelajaran yang tepat untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode diskusi yang biasa digunakan guru belum mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar secara maksimal. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan rendahnya partisipasi peserta didik dalam melakukan diskusi kelompok. Diskusi didominasi oleh peserta didik tertentu saja. Hal ini berimbas kepada hasil belajar kognitif peserta,terlihat bahwa hasil jawaban benar pada soal tentang Materi Genetik pada try out pertama UN dan USBN tahun 2018 sebesar 40,28%, try out kedua sebesar 64,18% dan USBN 2018 sebesar 40,12% masih jauh dibawah KKM untuk KD 3.3 yakni 75. Salah satu solusi yang dapat dilakukan segera adalah melalui PTK, dengan menerapkan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT berbantuan aplikasi Moodle untuk meningkat hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes dengan bentuk soal pilihan ganda, dilakukan dalam 2 siklus. Hasil tes siklus 1 menunjukkan adanya peningkatan ketuntasan klasikal dari hasil pratindakan yakni 20,83% meningkat menjadi 70,83%. Pada siklus 2 ketuntasan klasikal meningkat menjadi 78,26% dan telah mencapai batas yang ditentukan dalam Indeks Keberhasilan Tindakan yakni 75%. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the relationship between school climate and teacher’s kognitive abilities with motivational in Lebak sectoral Biological teacher Banten Province. Method used in this research was quantitative descriptive method with correlational approach. The subject of this study was SMAN Biology teacher Lebak regency of Banten Province with simple random sampling technique. The data was collected using the school climate instrument, teacher cognitive testing test and teacher motivation instrument with a sample of 60 Biology teachers.The results showed that, 1) There significant correlation between school climate with motivational of Lebak sectoral Biological teacher Banten Province. From the above research, it can be concluded that school climate are needed to improve teachers' motivation. Keywords: School climate, motivation Biology teachers. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara iklim sekolah dengan motivasi guru Biologi di Kabupaten Lebak Provinsi Banten. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Subjek penelitian adalah guru Biologi SMA Negeri Kabupaten Lebak Provinsi Banten dengan teknik pengambilan simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner Iklim sekolah, dan kuesioner Motivasi guru dengan sampel sebanyak 60 guru Biologi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen non tes. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan uji model regresi (α= 0,05) dan uji koefisien korelasi dengan uji Pearson Product Moment (α= 0,05). Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara Iklim sekolah dengan motivasi guru Biologi. Dari hasil penelitian di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa iklim sekolah yang kondusif sangat dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan motivasi guru. Kata kunci: Iklim sekolah dan Motivasi guru Biologi

Abstract

This study aims to produce teaching materials in the form of Interactive PowerPoints of biodiversity material. This research method is the development of Research and Development (R & D) using Tessmer development model with the stages of Self Evaluation, Exspert Reviews, One to One, Small Group and Field Test. Data collection were in the form of interviews and questionnaires. Subjects in this study were 11th grade of SMA Nurul Yaqin. The analysis of the results of the validation sheet and student questionnaire in this study was using quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques. Validation results are categorized as very feasible, the feasibility of Interactive Powerpoint teaching materials is drawn from media experts, 46 values ​​show X> 45 including very feasible categories, material experts obtained 37 which shows X> 36 categorical very feasible, language validation obtained a value of 33 indicating X> 33 which is in the very decent category. The practice of interactive powerpoint teaching materials is categorized as very practical in the learning process, this can be seen through trying One to one and Small groups by obtaining an X value greater than 42 with a very practical category. The results of the potential effects on the ability to understand student concepts in the learning process are seen as an average value of 39.31% of the learning outcomes in the medium category. For the high category, the average N-Gain calculation is 63. 60% includes a very good category. Keywords: Teaching materials, biodiversity, interactive powerpoints Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar berupa Powerpoint Interaktif materi kenakaragaman hayati. Metode penelitian inipengembangan Research and Development (R&D) dengan mengunakan model pengembangan Tessmer dengan tahapan Self Evaluation, Exspert Reviews, One to One, Small Group dan Field Test. Pengumpulan data berupa lembar angket, wawancara dan Kuisioner. Subjek dalam penelitian ini siswa kelas XI SMA Nurul Yaqin. Analisis hasil lembar validasi dan angket siswa pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian validasi dikategorikan sangat layak, kelayakan bahan ajar Powerpoint Interaktif tergambar dari ahli media diperoleh nilai 46 yang menunjukan nilai X > 45 termasuk kategori sangat layak, ahli materi diperoleh 37 yang menunjukan X > 36 kategorik sangat layak, validasi bahasa diperoleh nilai 33 yang menunjukan X>33 yang termasuk kategori sangat layak.Kepraktisan bahan ajar powerpoint interaktif dikategorikan sangat praktis digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran, hal ini dapat dilihat melaluiui coba One to one dan Small group dengan memperoleh nilai X lebih besar dari pada nilai 42 dengan kategori sangat praktis. Hasil efek potensial terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa dalam proses pembelajaran dilihat nilai rata-rata 39.31% hasil belajar dengan kategori sedang. Abstract

Research has been carried out to find out the validity of the results of the development of environmental science learning devices with inquiry strategies and test instruments of critical thinking skills, creative thinking and student cognitive learning outcomes. The development carried out refers to the step of developing modified 4D Tiagarajan. Device validation is done through validation of experts and experts and partner lecturers who are focused on the construct validation test process and the contents of the device made. Validation data was obtained using a device assessment sheet using categories 1-4. Other data obtained through field trials with small group tests, as well as data readability by students obtained using observation sheets. Validated devices are: 1) Syllabus, 2) RPP, 3) Student Worksheet (LKM), and 4) Test instruments. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively. The research results obtained are 1) learning devices, namely: syllabus, RPP, MFI and test instruments declared valid even though after improvement, 2) instrument readability test according to students is good, but there are those who respond still need to consider the problem of allocating time needed to work the instrument tests, and 3) the results of testing the test instruments meet the instrument requirements including validity, reliability and difficulty level are appropriate and good and very good categories. The final result of this research is to produce a valid learning device development product. Key words: learning devices, critical thinking, creative thinking and cognitive learning results. Abstrak. Telah dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui validitas hasil pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Lingkungan berstrategi inkuiri dan instrumen tes kemampuan berpikir kritis, berpikir kreatif serta hasil belajar kognitf mahasiswa. Pengembangan yang dilakukan mengacu pada langkah pengembangan 4D Tiagarajan termodifikasi. Validasi perangkat dilakukan melalui validasi pakar dan ahli serta dosen mitra yang difokuskan pada proses uji validasi konstruks dan isi perangkat yang dibuat. Data validasi diperoleh menggunakan lembar penilaian perangkat menggunakan kategori 1-4. Data lainnya diperoleh melalui uji coba lapangan dengan uji kelompok kecil, serta data keterbacaan oleh mahasiswa diperoleh menggunakan lembar observasi. Perangkat yang divalidasi adalah:1) Silabus, 2) RPP, 3) LKM, dan 4) Instrumen tes. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, adalah 1) perangkat pembelajaran yaitu: silabus, RPP, LKM dan instrument tes dinyatakan valid meskipun setelah melalui perbaikan, 2) uji keterbacaan instrumen menurut mahasiswa sudah baik, namun ada yang menanggapi masih perlu pertimbangan masalah alokasi kebutuhan waktu mengerjakan instrument tes, dan 3) hasil uji coba instrumen tes memenuhi syarat instrumen meliputi validitas, reabilitas dan tingkat kesukaran sudah sesuai dan kategori baik dan sangat baik. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan produk pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran yang valid.
