Abstract

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, students around the world cannot go to college. However, education must continue. Likewise, online plant physiology lectures take place. Researchers are interested in describing the internal factors of students that can influence students in mastering the material in plant physiology lectures during a pandemic. This quantitative descriptive research was conducted on biology education study program students who have taken Plant Physiology lectures in the 2020-2021 Academic Year. A total of 56 respondents were given a questionnaire related to their experiences during online lectures. The academic learning profile is based on students' internal aspects which include attention, memory, visual motor perception, thinking, and language. The profile of attention is that students can still focus on listening to lectures even though the camera in the zoom meeting is turned off (69.9%); memory, namely students can remember and re-explain the practicum steps that have been implemented (58.9%); visual motor perception, students can operate various application technologies used by lecturers during online lectures (60.7%); thinking, students can explain the results of the practicum that has been done (67.9%); and language, students can socialize when coordinating in group assignments (75%). Students can still attend lectures well even from their homes, are familiar with various learning applications, and can still communicate smoothly with their classmates. Key words: profile, plant physiology, online lecture, learning, COVID-19   ABSTRAK Untuk mencegah penyebaran COVID – 19, seluruh mahasiswa di seluruh dunia tidak dapat berkuliah. Namun perkuliahan harus tetap berjalan. Begitu pula perkuliahan matakuliah fisiologi tumbuhan yang berlangsung secara daring. Peneliti tertarik untuk mendeskripsikan faktor internal dari mahasiswa yang dapat mempengaruhi mahasiswa dalam penguasaan materi pada perkuliahan fisiologi tumbuhan selama masa pandemic. Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa program studi pendidikan biologi yang telah menempuh perkuliahan Fisiologi Tumbuhan pada Tahun Akademik 2020-2021. Sebanyak 56 responden diberikan kuesioner terkait pengalaman dirinya selama mengikuti perkuliahan daring. Profil pembelajaran akademik berdasarkan aspek internal mahasiswa yang meliputi attention, memory, persepsi visual motorik, thinking, dan language. Profil dari attention yakni mahasiswa tetap bisa fokus dalam menyimak perkuliahan walau kamera pada zoom meeting dimatikan (69,9%); memory yakni mahasiswa mampu mengingat dan menjelaskan ulang langkah-langkah praktikum yang sudah dilaksanakan (58,9%); persepsi visual motorik, mahasiswa mampu mengoperasikan berbagai teknologi aplikasi yang digunakan dosen selama perkuliahan daring (60,7%); thinking, mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan hasil praktikum yang telah dilakukan (67,9%); dan language, mahasiswa mampu bersosialisasi saat koordinasi dalam pengerjaan tugas kelompok (75%). Selama perkuliahan daring mahasiswa tetap dapat mengikuti perkuliahan dengan baik walau dari rumah masing-masing, sudah terbiasa dengan berbagai aplikasi pembelajaran, dan tetap dapat berkomunikasi lancar dengan teman sekelasnya. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the effectiveness of hots-oriented Student Worksheets (LKPD) that have been developed. This research is development research with reference to the ADDIE development model. This research was carried out at SMA Negeri 4 Wajo with a research sample, namely 30 students of class XII MIPA Collaboration. Based on the results of the study, it can be stated that the HOTS-oriented LKPD developed is effective, it can be seen from the number of students who achieved the KKM value of 25 people with a percentage classically of 83.33% so that it was declared effective. Key words: effective, LKPD, HOTS, Evolution   ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berorientasi HOTS yang telah dikembangkan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan mengacu pada model pengembangan ADDIE. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 4 Wajo dengan sampel penelitian yaitu peserta didik kelas XII MIPA Kolaborasi sebanyak 30 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa LKPD berorientasi HOTS yang dikembangkan bersifat efektif, hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari jumlah peserta didik yang mencapai nilai KKM sebanyak 25 orang dengan persentase secara klasikal sebesar 83,33% sehingga dinyatakan efektif.  Kata kunci: efektif, LKPD, HOTS, Evolusi

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of students' computational thinking skills in terms of the three dominant multiple intelligences in a sample. This type of research is descriptive research, with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of class XI in one of the MAN Sukabumi City. The sample in this study was 30 students of class XI. The data collection used is a test in the form of multiple choice questions as many as 13 questions that include indicators of computational thinking skills and student response questionnaires to the STEM model based on multiple intelligences. From the results of data analysis, students with interpersonal intelligence have good criteria for computational thinking skills with an average score of 71%, with 86% intrapersonal intelligence with very good criteria, and 77% with good criteria for mathematical intelligence. Overall, students have a good response to the STEM model based on multiple intelligences. It can be concluded that the students' computational thinking skills by being treated with intelligence-based STEM models in one of the MAN Sukabumi City have good criteria. Key words: Computational thinking skills, STEM, multiple intelligence   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkatan keterampilan berpikir komputasi peserta didik ditinjau dari tiga kecerdasan majemuk dominan pada suatu sampel. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI di salah satu MAN Kota Sukabumi. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 30 peserta didik kelas XI. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan tes dalam bentuk soal pilihan ganda sebanyak 13 butir soal yang mencakup indikator keterampilan berpikir komputasi dan angket respon peserta didik terhadap model STEM berbasis kecerdasan majemuk. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh peserta didik dengan kecerdasan interpersonal memiliki keterampilan berpikir komputasi berkriteria baik dengan skor rata-rata 71%, dengan kecerdasan intrapersonal 86% berkriteria sangat baik, dan dengan kecerdasan matematis 77% berkriteria baik. Secara keseluruhan peserta didik memiliki respon yang baik terhadap model STEM berbasis kecerdasan majemuk. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa keterampilan berpikir komputais peserta didik dengan diberi perlakuan model STEM berbasis kecerdasarn  di salah satu MAN Kota Sukabumi berkriteria baik. Abstract

The objectives of this Classroom Action Research were to: 1) Improve student learning outcomes at the Dharma Wanita Association of North Sumatra Provincial Government 2) Improve students' abilities with the jiksaw type cooperative learning model. To achieve this goal, the study was designed in two cycles. The procedure for each cycle includes: 1) development of a problem focus, 2) planning of corrective actions, 3) implementation of actions, observations, and interpretations. The effectiveness of the actions in each cycle is measured from the results of observations and the results of the pretest and posttest abilities. Observational data in cycle I were described and interpreted and then reflected to determine corrective actions in cycle II. While the data in the form of pretest and posttest ability test results were analyzed by describing and comparing test scores in the initial conditions, cycle I, and cycle II. The completion limit that must be achieved by students in cycle II, namely: 100% of students are able to answer all pretest and posttest questions with a maximum of 2) all students achieve a maximum score of 80. Class Action Research regarding student activities while participating in learning, the results obtained were that classical completeness was 70% in the initial conditions, 70% in the first cycle, and 80% in the second cycle. Based on the results of this Classroom Action Research, it can be concluded that: The Application of the Jigsaw Type Cooperative Learning Model in the Ecosystem Concept to Improve Student Learning Outcomes at the North Sumatra Provincial Government's Dharma Wanita Association High School. Can improve learning outcomes and can change student learning patterns. Abstrak. Tujuan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini adalah untuk: 1) Meningkatkan hasil belajar Siswa SMA Dharma Wanita Persatuan pemprovsu 2) Meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jiksaw.Untuk mencapai tujuan, tersebut, penelitian didesain dalam dua siklus. Prosedur pada setiap siklus, mencakup tiap-tiap: 1) pengembangan fokus masalah, 2) perencanaan tindakan perbaikan, 3) pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan interpretasi, Keefektifan tindakan pada setiap siklus diukur dari hasil observasi dan hasil tes kemampuan pretest dan postest. Data hasil observasi pada siklus I, dideskripsikan dan diinterpretasikan kemudian direfleksi untuk menentukan tindakan perbaikan pada siklus II. Sedangkan data yang berupa hasil tes kemampuan pretest dan post tes dianalisis dengan cara mendeskripsikan dan membandingkan nilai tes pada kondisi awal, siklus I, dan siklus II. Batas tuntas yang harus dicapai siswa pada siklus II, yakni: 100% siswa mampu menjawab semua soal pretest dan postest dengan maksimal 2)semua siswa siswi mencapai nilai yang maksimal yaitu80. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas mengenai aktivitas siswa selama mengikuti pembelajaran, diperoleh hasil bahwa ketuntasan secara klasikal pada kondisi awal sebesar 70%, pada siklus I sebesarg 70%, dan pada siklus II sebesar 80%. Berdasarkan hasil Penelitian Tindakan Kelas tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw Pada Konsep Ekosistem untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa SMA Dharma Wanita Persatuan pemprovsu. Dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan dapat mengubah pola pembelajaran siswa.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation and observation. The subjects of this study were students of class X MIA SMA Negeri 1 Pancur Batu Academic year 2021 / 2022. This study aims to determine the improvement in learning outcomes of class X MIA students in Biology subjects through learning strategies (Reciprocal Learning). The instruments used are observation, pretest and posttest. Student observation sheet The indicator of the success of this study is seen from the mastery of student learning who achieves the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) of 80. From the results of the study, in the first cycle the student learning completeness achieved is 75%, and the second cycle is 85%, where the increase the percentage of student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II reached 10%. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that student learning outcomes in Biology can be increased through Reciprocal Learning learning strategies, and have the advantage of developing student knowledge, forming collaboration between students and creating student curiosity, especially in the environment around the school at SMA Negeri 1 Pancur Batu. Key words: Classroom Action Research, student learning outcomes, Reciprocal Learning Model   ABSTRAK Eksplorasi ini merupakan penelitian kegiatan hasil studi yang diarahkan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari penyusunan, pelaksanaan, persepsi dan persepsi. Subyek review ini adalah siswa kelas X MIA SMA Negeri 1 Pancur Batu tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Abstract

The implementation of education, a student must be able to master the class and educate students to change, especially mastering learning.  However, not a few teachers are indifferent to the way of teaching and the results obtained by their students.  Educators generally use methods that make students often feel bored so that the subject matter is easily forgotten so that this can affect the learning outcomes of a student.  The purpose of this research activity is to determine the effectiveness of the project-based learning model in improving the learning outcomes of class XII IPA 1 SMA N 2 Percut Sei Tuan on gene material.  The method used is experimental research with the research population of students of SMA N 2 Percut Sei Tuan and the research sample is 40 students of class XII IPA 1.  The results of individual learning mastery are seen as indicators of success.  In the first cycle, the first meeting obtained individual learning completeness of 32.5%, then the second meeting was 65%.  In the second cycle, the third meeting was 75%, then the fourth meeting was 85% with a score of 75. The results of the research prove that student learning outcomes can be increased effectively by applying the Project Based Learning model. Key words: Implementation, Project Based Learning, Learning Outcomes, Gene   ABSTRAK Pelaksanaan pendidikan, seorang tenaga didik tentu harus mampu menguasai kelas dan mendidik para peserta didik untuk berubah terutama menguasai pembelajaran. Namun, tidak sedikit guru yang acuh tak acuh terhadap cara mengajar dan hasil yang diperoleh oleh peserta didik nya. Pendidik umumnya memakai metode yang membuat peserta didik kerap merasakan jenuh sehingga materi pelajaran mudah dilupakan begitu saja sehingga ini dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar seorang peserta didik. Tujuan dari kegiatan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas model pembelajaran project based learning dalam  meningkatkan hasil belajar dari siswa kelas XII IPA 1 SMA N 2 Percut Sei Tuan pada materi gen. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan populasi penelitian siswa SMA N 2 Percut Sei Tuan dan sampel penelitian yaitu siswa kelas XII IPA 1 sebanyak 40 orang. Hasil ketuntasan belajar individual dilihat sebagai indikator keberhasilan. Pada siklus I pertemuan ke-1 memperoleh ketuntasan belajar individual sebesar 32,5%, kemudian pertemuan ke-2 sebesar 65%. Pada siklus II pertemuan ke-3 sebesar 75%, kemudian pertemuan ke-4 sebesar 85% dengan nilai ≥ 75.  Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa hasil belajar siswa dapat meningkat secara efektif dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning. Abstract

Online learning (e-learning) is a learning system that is used to provide educational materials to students by accessing the internet through platforms. The purpose of this research is to obtain information about the effectiveness of the online learning process in Indonesia. The study used a systematic literature review (SLR) method. With the stages of identifying, reviewing, evaluating, and interpreting all available research. The results of this study are that online learning is less effective due to the lack of facilities and infrastructure and the unpreparedness of technology education. The lack of facilities and infrastructure that is influenced by economic factors and technological unpreparedness is also an obstacle in the ongoing online learning activities. So that the learning outcomes provided by students are not 100% smooth or effective. Key words: online learning, learning effectiveness, Covid-19 pandemic.   ABSTRAK Pembelajaran daring (e-learning) adalah sistem pembelajaran yang digunakan untuk memberikan materi pendidikan kepada siswa dengan mengakses internet melalui platform. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan informasi tentang keefktifitasan proses pembelajaran daring di Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan metode sistematika literature review (SLR). Dengan tahapan  mengidentifikasi, meninjau, mengevaluasi, dab menafsirkan semua penelitian yang tersedia. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kurang efektif nya pembelajaran daring karena faktor kurangnya sarana dan prasarana serta ketidaksiapan edukasi teknologi. Kurang nya sarana dan prasarana yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor ekonomi dan ketidaksiapan teknologi juga menjadi suatu hambatan dalam berlangsungnya kegiatan belajar online. Sehingga hasil belajar yang diberikan oleh pemelajar tidak 100% lancar atau efektif.   Kata kunci: pembelajaran daring, efektifitas belajar, pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Problem based learning (PBL) is a learning model that is triggered by problems, which encourages students to learn and work cooperatively in groups to find solutions, think critically and analytically, be able to determine and use appropriate learning resources. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of applying the problem based learning method in increasing understanding of the concept of learning outcomes for 21 students of class XII science in Genetics. The subjects in this study were students of class XII science. The type of research conducted is in the form of Classroom Action Research (CAR) by following the syntax of Kemmis and Taggart, covering four stages, namely: 1) planning (planning); 2) implementation (acting); 3) observation and 4) reflection. Learning outcomes data were obtained through written tests before and after learning. The results of this study indicate that the learning outcomes of students in class XIIIPA MAS YASPI Labuhan Deli after learning Problem Based Learning experienced an increase in learning outcomes on Genetic Materials, the results showed an increase in student understanding from the comparison between the first meeting and obtained an average score of 50 and the second meeting obtained a score of average 80 point. Key words: Classroom Action Research, PBL Learning Model, Concept Understanding.   ABSTRAK Problem based learning (PBL) adalah model pembelajaran yang dipicu oleh permasalahan, yang mendorong siswa untuk belajar dan bekerja kooperatif dalam kelompok untuk mendapatkan solusi, berpikir kritis dan analitis, mampu menetapkan serta menggunakan sumber daya pembelajaran yang sesuai. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui  pengaruh penerapan metode Problem based learning dalam peningkatan pemahaman konsep hasil belajar siswa kelas XII IPA sebanyak 21 siswa pada Materi Genetika. Subjek dalam penelitian ini merupakan siswa kelas XII IPA. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan berupa Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan mengikuti sintaks dari Kemmis dan Taggart, meliputi empat tahapan yaitu: 1) perencanaan (planning); 2) pelaksanaan (acting); 3) pengamatan (observing) dan 4) refleksi (reflecting). Data hasil belajar diperoleh melalui tes tertulis sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa kelas XIIIPA MAS YASPI Labuhan Deli setelah pembelajaran Problem Based Learning mengalami peningkatan  hasil belajar pada Materi Genetika didapatkan hasil peningkatan dari pemahaman siswa dari perbandingan antara pertemuan I dan didapatkan rata-rata nilai sebanayak 50 serta pertemuan II  didapatkan nilai rata-rata 80. Kata kunci: Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, Model Pembelajaran PBL, Pemahaman Konsep.

This study aims to determine the effect of using the Auditory Intellecttually Repetition (AIR) learning model on students’ problom solving abilities based on gender. This research is a quasi-experimental reaserch with the reaserch design used is One Group Posttest Only. The sample of this research is high school students of class XI SMAN in Sukabumi City as many as 30 students. The result showed that there was an effect of the Auditory Intellectually Reperirion (AIR) learning model on students’ problem solving abilities. Goruping based on gender resulted in the percentage value of male students by 60% and the percentage value of female students by 54%, this means that the problem-solving ability of male student is higher than the probloem-solving ability of female students. The onclusion than can be drawn is that the Auditory Intellectually Repetition learning model can be used by teachers in training students’ problem solving skills. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran Auditory Intellectually Repetition (AIR) terhadap kemampuan memecahkan masalah siswa berdasarkan gender. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian quasi eksperimen engan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah One Group Posttest Only. Sampel penelitian ini adalah Siswa SMA kelas XI SMAN di Kota Sukabumi sebanyak 30 orang siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh model pembelajaran Auditory intellectually Repetition (AIR) terhadap kemampuan memecahkan masalah siswa. Pengelompokan berdasarkan gender menghasilkan data nilai persentase siswa laki-laki sebesar 60% dan nilai persentase siswa perempuan 54%, hal ini berarti kemampuan memecahkan masalah siswa laki-laki lebih tinggi dari kemampuan memecahkan masalah siswa perempuan. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil model pembelajaran Auditory Intellectually Repetition ini dapat digunakan guru dalam melatihkan kemampuan memecahkan masalah siswa.
