Abstract

The research conducted at Fruktosa Juice Bar aims to (1) describe product quality, service quality, ease, emotional, price, consumer loyalty, and consumer satisfaction at Fruktosa Juice Bar (2) analyze the direct and indirect effect of product quality, service quality, ease, emotional, and price on consumer loyalty at Fruktosa Juice Bar. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with a case study approach. The method of taking respondents used a nonprobability sampling method with an accidental sampling technique. This study consisted of seven variables with the number of respondents in this study being 70. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The tools used for data collection use questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques with descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of this study are (1) Product quality, service quality, and consumer satisfaction have a very high effect at Fruktosa Juice Bar. Meanwhile, the variables of ease, emotional, price, and consumen loyalty have a high effect at Fruktosa Juice Bar (2) Product quality, service quality, ease, emotional, and price have a direct effect on consumer loyalty and indirectly effect on consumer loyalty through the consumer satisfaction variable at the Fruktosa Juice Bar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, 1). Mengkaji pemahaman masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan potensi desa untuk pengembangan Desa Wisata Kampung Flory, 2). Mengkaji pengelolaan kegiatan pengembangan Desa Wisata Kampung Flory, dan 3). Mengkaji proses pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengembangan Desa Wisata Kampung Flory. Metode penelitian dengan pendekatan pendekatan dan jenis penelitian adalah studi kasus. Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Ketua dan Sekretaris Kelompok Taruna Tani sebagai informan kunci, informan utama yaitu masyarakat yang terlibat dalam program, dan informan pendukung yaitu masyarakat yang menjadi pelaku usaha. Data keabsahan yang diperoleh diuji menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber data dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan data pengumpulan, reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Kelompok Taruna Tani Flory sebagai fasilitator memberikan pemahaman pada masyarakat untuk melakukan pengembangan dan kesejahteraan kehidupan. Adanya pemahaman oleh Taruna Tani kepada masyarakat ini menjadikan masyarakat paham bahwa terdapat potensi yang dapat dikembangkan di desa mereka, sehingga masyarakat mau berpartisipasi dalam program Pengembangan Desa Wisata Kampung Flory, 2). pengelolaan Program Pengembangan Desa Wisata Flory terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan evaluasi, dan 3). pemberdayaan masyarakat di Kampung Flory masih dalam tahap pengkapasitasan, hal ini karena masih adanya keterlibatan dari Kelompok Taruna Tani sebagai fasilitator program. Abstract

This study aims to (1) analyze internal and external factors on Erista Griyo Dhahar (2) analyze the appropriate marketing strategy on Erista Griyo Dhahar (3) analyze consumer preferences for products, prices, locations, promotions, facilities and services at Erista Griyo Dhahar. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with a case study approach. The method for determining respondents was purposive and accidental sampling. This study used primary data and secondary data. The method of data collection used were interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation. Evaluating the instrument with validity and reliability tests. This study used SWOT analysis, QSPM and conjoint analysis. The results showed (1) Erista Griyo Dhahar's internal and external factors include strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The main strength is the unique flagship product that comes from the telang flower. The main Weakness is that the dining area is an open space and some are not permanent buildings. The main opportunity is to create a restaurant branch with a concept according to the target market. The main threat is there are restaurant competitors with a similar concept. (2) The marketing strategy for Erista Griyo Dhahar was an intensive strategy of intensively promoting via social media. (3) The most considered consumer preference is the price attribute and the most preferred combination of attribute levels is the combination of blue rice packages, low prices, location close to a home, promotions with discounted prices, facilities for a plants store, and responsive services.Keywords : Consumer preference, Conjoint, Marketing strategy, SWOT, QSPM.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) Examine the culture of the community before the existence of Pulesari Tourism Village (2) Examine the process of cultural change of the community and community culture after the existence of Pulesari Tourism Village (3) Examine the factors that influence the process of change in Pulesari Tourism Village. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of case study research. The results of this study show that (1) The culture of the community before the existence of a tourist village was still very traditional and the mindset of the community was not wide so that it was slow to meet the needs of their lives.  (2) The process of cultural change of the people of Pulesari Tourism Village occurs through the process of acculturation and adaptation of cultural ecology, the community has an open mindset and a consumptive lifestyle. However, the elements of art and religious system have not changed (3) Factors that influence the process of change are factors that encourage the process of change that occurs, namely contact with other cultures; advanced formal education system; an attitude of appreciating the results of one's work and the desire to move forward; open system of society; orientation to the future occurs in society; and the value that man must always endeavor. Factors that hinder the course of the process of change that occurs are very traditional societal attitudes and prejudices towards new or foreign things or closed attitudes.Keywords: Community Culture, Cultural Change, Tourism Villages

Abstract

This study aimed to (1) identify internal and external factors that effect to the marketing of “Kooti” mushroom chips at the Roeby House, (2)analyze the marketing strategy of “Kooti” mushroom chips at Roeby House. The research method used descriptive method. The type of research was case study. Respondents were taken by using purposive sampling method. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data sources methods used Focus Group Discussion (FGD), interviews, questionnaires, observations, and literature studies. Technical analysis used Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) matrix, External Factor Evaluation (EFE). Internal External (IE) Matrix. Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) Matrix, and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Result of the research showed that (1) Internal factors in the marketing business of "Kooti" mushroom chips at Roeby House were the product had save ingredients, attractive packaging, got an PIRT and had halal certificates, but human resources was not specialized yet according to the field of work, product brand was unpopular, and financial accounting had not good administrated. The external factor was had the opportunity for the promotion through internet, meanwhile the threats were more competitors with innovative products and the changes of consumer tastes. (2) Marketing strategies that can be used is maintaining and improving product quality.Keywords: Marketing Strategy, Mushroom Chips, SWOT

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengkaji kegiatan di Desa Wisata Kembang Arum (2). Mengkaji dimensi partisipasi masyarakat pada kegiatan Desa Wisata Kembang Arum (3). Mengkaji tingkatan partisipasi masyarakat pada kegiatan Desa Wisata Kembang Arum. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan pada penelitian ini yaitu pengelola Desa Wisata Kembang Arum, masyarakat Padukuhan Kembang Arum, pengurus desa wisata sebagai koordinator kreatif. Pengujian keabsahan data dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanb bahwa: (1) Kegiatan Desa Wisata Kembang Arum yaitu outbond, pertanian, kebudayaan, kuliner, dan kegiatan pendukung. (2) Dimensi partisipasi masyarakat pada kegiatan di Desa Wisata Kembang Arum yaitu partisipasi dalam proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pemanfaatan hasil, dan evaluasi. (3) Partisipasi masyarakat pada kegiatan Desa Wisata Kembang Arum berada ditingkat partnership yang berarti partisipasi masyarakat tinggi.Kata kunci: Desa Wisata; dimensi partisipasi; tingkatan partisipasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kampung Mrican, Kecamatan Umbulharjo, Kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengkaji pengelolaan kegiatan Program Pelestarian Lingkungan “Bendhung Lepen” oleh masyarakat di Kampung Mrican (2) mengkaji proses pemberdayaan masyarakat di Kampung Mrican melalui Program Pelestarian Lingkungan. Penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif menggunakan metode pelaksanaan studi kasus serta pengambilan informan yaitu snowball sampling. Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Ketua Kelompok Pemuda Kampung Mrican dan Ketua Bendhung Lepen sebagai informan kunci, Pengurus Kelompok Pemuda Kampung Mrican sebagai informan utama, dan Stakeholder sebagai informan pendukung. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan keabsahan data menggunakan Teknik triangulasi yaitu dengan mengumpulkan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan kesimpulan bahwa (1) pengelolaan kegiatan Program Pelestarian Lingkungan dilakukan oleh masyarakat Kampung Mrican yang terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengimplementasian, pengawasan dan evaluasi, (2) masyarakat Kampung Mrican memahami bahwa Program Pelestarian Lingkungan adalah program untuk mengajarkan dan menyadarkan masyarakat Kampung Mrican agar dapat membuang sampah dan limbah pada tempatnya. Pemberdayaan masyarakat di Kampung Mrican sudah mencapai tahap pengkapasitasan. Kata Kunci    :     Pemberdayaan, Pengelolaan, Program Pelestarian Lingkungan

Abstract

The research that was conducted at the Yahuud Yogurt UMKM was aimed at (1) identifying the internal and external factors that became the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the Yahuud Yogurt UMKM. (2) To analyze alternative marketing strategies that can be applied to Yahuud Yogurt UMKM. The research method uses a descriptive method with a case study approach. The method of taking respondents used purposive sampling technique and there were 6 selected respondents. Types of data used, primary and secondary data. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation and Forum Group Discussion (FGD). Data analysis techniques used are Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE), Internal-External Matrix (IE), and SWOT Matrix and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The results of the study (1) Internal factors, UMKM Yahuud Yogurt has the main strength in the form of a thick yogurt texture, the main weakness is the lack of reliable marketing personnel. External factors are the main opportunities for the development of internet technology, while the main threat is rising prices of raw materials and supporting materials. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of motivation, social strata, reference groups, lifestyle, and perceptions to consumer purchase decisions in purchasing almond milk products at Ralalii Food. The research method used a descriptive analysis method with a case study approach. The method of determining respondents used a non-probability sampling method with an incidental sampling approach. Total respondents 100 consumer divided into 50 consumers who purchased and 50 consumers who didn’t purchase Ralalii almond milk. The data used primary data and secondary data. Methods of data collection consists of observation, interviews, and documentation with questionnaires. This study used logistic regression analysis and descriptive analysis. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengkaji proses partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengembangan desa wisata kampung santan di Dusun Santan Desa Guwosari Kecamatan Pajangan Kabupaten Bantul, (2) mengkaji bentuk partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengembangan desa wisata kampung santan di Dusun Santan Desa Guwosari Kecamatan Pajangan Kabupaten Bantul, (3) mengkaji jenis partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengembangan desa wisata kampung santan di Dusun Santan Desa Guwosari Kecamatan Pajangan Kabupaten Bantul. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitaif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Tenik penentuan informan dengan purposive sampling, dalam penelitian ini informan yang diwawancarai yaitu ketua POKDARWIS sebagai informan kunci, masyarakat sebagai informan utama, dan ketua pengelola desa wisata sebgai informan pendukung. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan yang diperoleh akan diuji keabsahan data dan lanjut dengan triangulasi. Triangulasi yang digunakan menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) proses partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengembangan desa wista santan masyarakat yaitu ikut serta dalam pengambilan kepuusan, pelaksanaan, pemanfaatan dan evaluasi, (2) bentuk partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengembangan desa wisata yaitu kontribusi dan pemberdayaan, (3) jenis partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengembangan desa wista santan yaitu pikiran, tenaga, pikiran dan tenaga, keahlian, barang, dan uang. Kata Kunci: Partisipasi Masyarakat, Pengembangan, Desa Wisata
