Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang menyebar di Indonesia berdampak pada semua sektor. Sektor ekonomi di Indonesia sangat terpengaruh oleh pandemi ini. Dalam waktu singkat, Covid-19 telah membawa perubahan pada gaya hidup masyarakat. Dimana pemerintah sudah mulai menerapkan pembatasan sosial yang berdampak pada penurunan pendapatan para pelaku usaha baik skala kecil maupun besar. Dampak ini juga dirasakan oleh industri kecil Sentra Industri Logam Waru Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana mengoptimalkan Sentra Industri UKM di tengah pandemi. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis SWOT Kearns. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa pemanfaatan internet belum optimal dan membutuhkan dorongan dari berbagai pihak.

Abstract

The social studies learning process tends to be teacher-centered learning or teaching staff. The use of the lecture or teacher-centered method tends to make students bored or bored and not motivated to be active in learning activities because during learning the teacher gives many lectures to pursue material attainment. The purpose of this study 1. To analyze the learning model currently used in the learning process 2. To analyze and diagnose factors that cause the learning process to be less than optimal 3. To analyze whether there is a positive and significant effectiveness between the make a match and audio-visual learning model on learning outcomes. This research method uses descriptive quantitative method approach. The regression estimation value shows that the value of t-count = -0.254> t-table = -1.6575 or the p value is sig. = 0.008 <0.05, so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. This means that there is a negative effect of the make a match method on student learning outcomes. The value of the regression estimation shows that the value of t-count = 10.682> t-table = 1.6575 or p value sig. = 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. This means that there is a significant effect of audio visual on student learning outcomes. The regression estimation results show that the P value is 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence jointly between the make a match method and the audio visual on student learning outcomes. This means that the make a match method has no effect on learning outcomes without the help of other media, audio-visual media has a positive effect on learning outcomes, the make a match method and audio-visual media together have a positive influence on student learning outcomes so that student learning outcomes increase. of the minimum completeness criteria value. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-concept and study habits on student learning outcomes. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The sample in this study was 62 students of class X SMK office administration who were taken using probability simple random sampling with data collection using google form. Based on the results of the calculation, the regression equation is Y = 2.922 + 0.224 + 0.355, with an F test value of 0.000 so that it can be interpreted that simultaneously self-concept and study habits have an effect on learning outcomes. The results of this study indicate the magnitude of the influence of self-concept and study habits on student learning outcomes of class X office administration is 68.3%.Keywords: Self Concept, Study Habits, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

ABSTRAKThis research uses quantitative research methods with data analysis techniques using multiple regression techniques. The population in this study were students of class VIII at the Pilar Bangsa Sepatan Technology Middle School and the samples taken were all students of class VIII, namely 85 students. The instrument collects data for teaching creativity (X1), learning facilities (X2) and learning achievement using a questionnaire / questionnaire with a Likert scale of 5 (five) alternative answers. Based on the results of calculations this study proves that the partial variables of teaching creativity and learning are positive and significant for student learning achievement. Likewise, simultaneous testing that is approved for teaching creativity variables and learning facilities is positively and significantly related. so, it can be concluded from the level of motivation and compensation to improve teacher performance both simultaneously and partially.

Abstract

AbstractSchool choice is a process of determining or choosing a higher level secondary school in accordance with its wishes. This study aims to examine the effect of school location, school quality and extracurricular activities on school choice. The population in this study were students of grade 9 SMP Negeri 2 Legok, Tangerang district, totaling 273 students. Sampling was done with a proportionate random sampling technique with a sample size of 163 students. Data collection techniques using online questionnaires (google form) binary logistic regression analysis. The result of the research shows that partially the location of the school, the quality of the school has a significant effect on the probability of students choosing the school they want. As for the extracurricular activity variables did not significantly influence school selection. Simultaneously, it shows the variables of school location, school quality and extracurricular activities simultaneously (together) have a significant effect on school choice.Keywords: Location, Quality, School ChoiceAbstrak

Abstract

AbstractThe aim of this research is to know the influence of efficiency towards market power, the influence of competitive condition towards market power, and the influence of efficiency and competitive condition in simultaneously toward market power of Islamic Banking in Indonesia for period 2011-2017. This research used the sample in 13 general Islamic banking. The method that used to collecting the data was secondary data of panel data which was obtained from the annual financial report data of each during observed period. The sample in this research used saturated sample where all the member of the population was used to be sample. The analysis method in this research was used unbalanced panel data regression. The result of this research showed that in partially, there was a negative and significant influence of efficiency towards market power which was indicated that if the efficiency was good thus it will reduce the average of market power rates significantly for all of the Islamic banking and otherwise. For competitive condition, the result showed that there was no significant influence of competitive condition towards market power. The value regression coefficient in competitive condition was negative, it means that if the competitive condition was increased thus it will reduce the average of market power rates significantly for all of the Islamic banking and otherwise. While in simultaneously, there was a significant influence between efficiency and competitive condition toward market power of Islamic banking in Indonesia for period 2011-2017.Keyword: Efficiency, Competitive Condition, and Market Power

Abstract

ABSTRACTUnemployment is still a problem for Indonesia. The level of open unemployment according to the highest institution dominated by Senior High School and Vocational High School graduates, therefore special handling is needed. The solution to overcome this problem is by increasing the amount of entrepreneurs by implementing entrepreneurship education at school. The specific purpose of this research is to dig out how the contents of the curriculum, process, assessment and advantages and disadvantages of entrepreneurship learning at SMA Negeri 5 and SMK Negeri 5 both located at Tangerang Regency in preparing prospective entrepreneurs. The research method used was a case study with a qualitative approach. The result showed that the curriculum content included competencies, teaching materials, and students’ learning experiences. The learning process includes the lesson plan (RPP) made by the teacher is in accordance with ministerial regulation. Student assessment of competency attitudes, knowledge and skills. Assessment was done by observation, oral test, written test and practical assessment. Based on the result of study it can be concluded that entrepreneurship learning in schools, viewed from the contents of the curriculum, process, assessment and strengths and weaknesses of entrepreneurial learning has led students to become prospective entrepreneurs.Keywords: curriculum content, learning process and assessment

Abstract

ABSTRACTQuality is a measure of capacity building activities carried out through various processes in educational institutions. Educational activities can be said to have good quality if the education can produce someone who is able to develop. Quality in learning needs to be considered and studied, because of the influence of the development of globalization which demands the needs of the community every year. The quality of learning in remote areas such as rural areas must be considered because the disparity in the quality of rural education is still low compared to urban areas due to limitations in various aspects, therefore it is necessary to have a good, effective learning planning to improve the quality of education in rural areas Learning planning that becomes a guideline and has been agreed in which there are rules that will run logically systematically. This has been packaged in the educational curriculum at the time of learning, not a projection of the wishes of the teacher unilaterally but the manifestation of several wishes that have been agreed upon for the expected educational goals. The quality of learning in the village requires careful learning planning in the form of management, organizing, formulating learning elements such as objectives, material or content, learning methods and formulating learning evaluations. Learning planning in rural areas must be based on the objectives to be achieved through a needs analysis that is needed in the village and must have targets that are expected to improve the quality of education in the village.KEY WORDS: Quality in Rural Learning, Effective Learning Planning and Design.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine differences in learning achievement based on gender, age, attitude and environment. This research is in the form of quantitative method used in this study is a comparative approach or average difference test. The population used in this study were students of class XII SMAN 7 Tangerang City in 2019/2020 with 125 students. The sample used is a saturated sample, which means that the entire population is used a sample with the same amount of 125. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaire or questionnaire and documentation for gender, age, attitude and environment. In research using the Mann Whitney test and One Way Anova. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in learning achievement on attitudes. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop teaching materials in the form of Scientific-based LKPD in science learning and knowing the quality of the material teaching in the form of LKPD produced. This study uses the Borg model and Gall. The population in this study was class VI at SDN Gandasari 1. The sampling technique in this study used a small-scale questionnaire and large scale. Small-scale sampling of 10 people from class VI and dam large-scale sampling of 23 people from class VI. Instruments that used include interviews, questionnaires, and test instruments. Research result this development meets the "feasible" criteria in the expert validation questionnaire assessment language by 80%, the assessment of media experts by 82% with the criteria of "very" feasible” and the assessment of the education expert questionnaire was 92% with the criteria of “very” worthy". In addition, the practical limited trial met the “very good” criteria, on a small-scale trial assessment involving 10 students of class VI SDN Gandasari 1 obtained a percentage result of 4.5 and a large-scale trial assessment that involving 23 grade VI students of SDN Gandasari 1, the percentage results obtained 4.7 with the criteria of "very good". From the results of the stages carried out by researchers shows that scientific-based LKPD in science learning is "Very" feasible”, practical and effective for use in science learning media Themes 1 Save Living Creatures Subtheme 1 Plants My Friends.
