Jurnal Salingka Nagari e-ISSN: 2962-9764 (Elektronik) bertujuan untuk menyebarluaskan pemikiran konseptual, gagasan dan hasil penelitian yang telah dicapai di bidang pengabdian masyarakat, ilmu sosial dan ilmu pendidikan serta bidang terkait lainnya yang diterbitkan oleh Universitas Negeri Padang. Ruang lingkup jurnal ini memuat artikel ilmiah dari berbagai disiplin ilmu yang diadopsi dalam berbagai pengabdian kepada masyarakat, ilmu sosial dan ilmu pendidikan serta bidang lain yang relevan. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of brand experience on brand loyalty on Maybelline brand lipstick among Universitas Negeri Padang students, This is known as causative research. The population in this study was Universitas Negeri Padang students, and the number of samples determined using the Cochran formula was 97. Purposive sampling is used in this study. The data used is the type of primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to Universitas Negeri Padang students who met certain criteria, namely having purchased a minimum amount of Maybelline lipsticks. The study found that brand experience had a significant and positive effect on brand loyalty.]]>

<![CDATA[The goal of this study is to look into the correlation between the manufacturing sector's employment rate, investment, and company count and the region of Sijunjung's economic growth. The Central Statistics Agency of Sijunjung Regency is the data source for this type of descriptive associative research, which employs secondary data. The study's timescale included the years 1992 until 2021. Multiple linear regression analysis is the analytical technique used. To the analysis's results, Sijunjung Regency's economic growth is negative and insignificantly affected by the variable number of manufacturing companies, positive and significant growth is affected by manufacturing sector's investment variable and positive and significantly by manufacturing sector's worker variable. The economy of Sijunjung Regency and the results of the model's estimation reveal that the variables of investment, employment, and company count all have an impact on the region's economic growth.]]>

<![CDATA[This research intends to analyze the extent to which the effects of compensation and the scope of work on employee activity commitments with activity happiness as intermediary elasticities. The population in this research is all employees of AA Catering Agent Padang, totaling 90 people as an illustration in this research. The analytical method used is SEM analysis using smart-PLS3. The results of this research prove that (1) compensation has an important effect on the activity commitment of AA Catering employees. (2) Compensation can have an important effect on the happiness of AA Catering employee activities. (3) Activity areas have an important influence on the activity commitment of AA Catering employees. (4) ) There is a direct and important and positive effect between the activity area and the happiness of the activity on AA Catering employees. (5) There is a direct and important and positive effect between the activity happiness and activity commitment on AA Catering employees. (6) There is an indirect and important and positive effect positive relationship between compensation and activity commitment through activity happiness for AA Catering employees. (7) There are indirect and important and positive effects between activity areas and activity commitment through activity happiness for AA Catering employees.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the most relevant soft skills to graduates of economic education at the Padang State University in the 21st century. This type of research is a survey research using the analytical hierarchy process method. The population in this study is graduates of economic education at Padang State University with samples of lecturers, senior teachers, teachers, private employees, entrepreneurs, government and student administration staff. This study uses purposive sampling technique with consideration of expert respondents in their respective fields. The data used is the type of primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the most relevant soft skills with economic education graduates are the first ranked communication, the second creative thinking is ranked second, the third collaboration and creative thinking is ranked fourth. While the most chosen and carried out by graduates of economic education graduates from Padang State University is the first ranked teacher, private employees are second, entrepreneurs are third and government administration staff are ranked fourth.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of parents' attitudes on students' interest in becoming teachers in Economic Education. This is survey research that employs quantitative research methods. This study's population consists of Economics Education students from the Faculty of Economics of Universitas Negeri Padang from 2017 to 2021, with up to 85 students selected as samples. In this study, probabilistic sampling with proportional stratified random sampling was used. Simple linear regression analysis was used to analyze data that had previously been tested for conventional assumptions, normality tests, linearity tests, heterogeneity tests, and hypothetical t-tests. According to the findings of this study, parents' attitudes have a significant impact on their children's desire to become teachers.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the impact of replanting oil palm plantations on families in Koto Besar District, Dharmasraya Regency. This type of research is phenomenological research with a qualitative research approach. Research informants were determined using purposive sample analysis. Data collection techniques by observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the economic impact on farming families in Koto Besar District, Dharmasraya Regency is caused by replanting, that is, farmers cannot utilize their oil palm land as their main source of livelihood, causing a decrease in income for farmers. Farmers' efforts to replace lost income during the replanting period have other land or gardens that are managed and can produce to replace lost income during the replanting period, then too, farmers are also looking for other side jobs to add to the decrease in income during the replanting period. Based on research, the advice to farmers is that farmers must prepare themselves from the start to face the replanting period to minimize the impact on the farmers' family economy.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine 1) the effect of students' perceptions of hybrid learning and learning methods on the economics learning outcomes of students at SMAN 1 Pariangan, 2) the effect of students' perceptions of hybrid learning on the economics learning outcomes of students at SMAN 1 Pariangan, and 3) the effect of learning methods on the economics learning outcomes of students at SMAN 1 Pariangan. The population consisted of all 146 students from Class XI Social Sciences at SMA Negeri 1 Pariangan with proportional random sampling technique. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the data. The result of this study, (1) students' perceptions of hybrid learning and learning methods had a positive and significant effect on the economics learning outcomes of students at SMA N 1 Pariangan, (2) students' perceptions of hybrid learning had a positive and significant effect on the economics learning outcomes of students at SMA N 1 Pariangan, and (3) How to learn has a positive and significant effect on the outcomes of students at SMA N 1 Pariangan.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support (POS) on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as a mediating variable for nurses at RSUD dr. Rasidin Padang. This type of research is causative descriptive. This research was conducted on nurses at RSUD dr. Rasidin Padang. When the research was conducted in 2022. The population in this study were nurses at RSUD dr. Rasidin Padang with a sample of 86 nurses taken by cluster random sampling. The data from this study were processed using the help of the SmartPLS3 application. Perceived organizational support (POS) had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Additionally, job satisfaction had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Significant impact on job satisfaction and organizational commitment.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is 1) To compare student learning outcomes in economics subjects in class XI SMA N 1 Kecamatan Guguak Lima Puluh Kota using the talking chips cooperative learning model versus the conventional model, 2) To compare the learning outcomes of students who are more active in economics subjects with students who are less active in class XI SMA N 1 Kecamatan Guguak Lima Puluh Kota, 3) To investigate the interaction of the talking chip cooperative learning model and traditional learning with activity in class XI economics subjects at SMA N 1 Kecamatan Guguak Lima Puluh Kota. This is a quasi-experimental study. Purposive sampling is a technique used in sampling. Through "two way ANOVA" analysis, both data sets were analyzed descriptively and inductively. The study's findings are as follows: 1) There are differences in student learning outcomes when using the talking chips cooperative learning model versus conventional learning models. 2) There is no difference in learning outcomes between students who are more active and students who are less active. 3) There is interaction between talking chips and traditional cooperative learning models with student activity, but it is not significant.]]>
