Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Parents Attention, Learning Discipline, and Learning Motivation to learning outcomes of students at the student Financial Accounting Class XI SMK Negeri in Business and Management Department of Padang. The population in this research were 221 students of class XI accounting. The sampling technique used is proportionate random sampling so that the sample of 142 students is obtained. Research instrument used in the form of questionnaire. Data analysis in this research using Path Analysis. The results of this research indicate that parents' attention has a significant effect and contribute to the discipline of learning. Parental attentions and discipline of learning have a significant effect on learning motivation. Attention parents, learning discipline, and learning motivation have a significant effect on the results of students' financial accounting learning class XI.

Abstract

Even thought collaborative learning is not new in learning English, there are indications that there are still many teachers who do not understand the concept and cannot implement it properly. This article presents the results of the introduction / training of LSLC-based collaborative learning concepts in two Senior High School at Padang for two subjects. The training was conducted in two stages. The first stage was the introduction of concepts. The second stage was training by following the LSLC learning steps: Plan, Do, See. All teachers who participated in the training of the two schools took part in these stages. The results of the implementation indicate that the teacher understood the concepts of collaborative learning and lesson study and they can be considered skillfull enough in implementing collaborative learning.

Abstract

This paper aims at exposing a research finding on critical thoughts of English for vocational school students in 2013 curriculum viewed from the theories of the English for specific purposes (ESP) in which needs analysis should be the basis. The designers of Curriculum 2013 of English seem to neglect that the main objective of the subject by paralleling English for senior high schools with that of the vocational schools. To scientificly prove it, in this research I did needs analysis in two study programs from three different vocational schools, Engineering and Accounting, involving 60 students. Students were given questionnaire, but other respondents were interviewed. The findings of this research mainly show that English subject for the vocational schools was presently an English for general purposes (EGP), not ESP. On the other hand, students of vocational school needs English based on the result of need analysis. Since it is clearly stated by the law that vocational school students should be prepared to enter directly to job markets appropriate to their study program, English for the students should be ESP in which its purposes and materials should be in line to their study program and specialties known through careful and systematic needs analysis. Thus, the findings imply that English for vocational school students should be carefully redesigned and reconsidered before it is widely used all over the nation.   Key words: Needs analysis,  English for specific purposes, 2013 curriculum

Abstract

The purpose of this research to know is three the influence of learning model and students interest to word the result study in accountancy subjects in grade ten SMKN I Lubuk Basung. The hypothesis of this research three are differences signifikan to word students result study by useed cooperative Type Pair Check  model with Numbered Head Together (NHT) at SMKN I Lubuk Basung. Where this research is experiment research. The Population of the research is the ten grade students SMKN I Lubuk Basung. The sampel technique in this research is purposive sampling. Kind of data collection that used is primary data, the last test by using Type Pair Check model and Numbered Head Together, filling up questioner data to word learning interest do it by students. The analysis of this research by technique of Varians analysis (ANOVA) second strip with faktorial desing 2 X 2. The result of this research showed : (1) The students that teach by used Type Pair Check learning model have Bette result study than students teach by Numbered Head Together model (NHT). (2) The students  have high interest in study have Better result study than the student low interest in study. (3) There is no interaction  between lerning model and student interested to word result study in accountancy students.

Abstract

This study aims to determinedifferences in learning outcomes of the economics using of model inquirywith a conventional,andlearning activity of students,and theinteraction between thelearning modelwithlearning activity of studentsof class XMANKotoBerapakSouth Coastal District.This research is aquasiexperimentwith a population ofstudents of classX1 and X2 the academic year2015/2016amounted to54students. Data were collected using a questionnaireactivityandachievement test.Datawere analyzed usingAnovatwolanes(Two Ways OfANOVA). Abstract

Nagari Andaleh Baruh Bukik Kecamatan Sungayang di Kabupaten Tanah Datar terkenal dengan produk unggulan daerahnya penghasil gula aren. Tanaman pohon aren hampir merata setiap rumah tangga memiliki pohon aren dengan rata-rata 4-6 batang pohon. Masalahnya masyarakat belum mengetahui manfaat dan kegunaan aren. Terbukti bahwa hasil pohon aren yang diambil masyarakat hanya nira untuk gula aren dan buah untuk kolang kaling, sedangkan hilirisasi produk berbasis aren sangat banyak yang belum dimanfaatkan masyarakat secara ekonomi, kimia dan teknik. Nilai keekonomian pohon aren memiliki multi produk dan multi fungsi. Multi produk hampir seluruh batang tubuh pohon Aren dapat bernilai guna (used value), sedangkan multi fungsi pohon Aren mengurangi banjir, longsor serta tanah tidak mudah kering (hydrologis function). Pengembangan usaha pendapatan masyarakat dan membantu pemerintahan nagari menjalankan perencanaan sesuai dengan RPJM Nagari yang dimiliki, ada 4 kelompok sasaran dari nagari binaan ini antara lain: (1) memberikan pengetahuan dan penyuluhan tentang manfaat dan kegunaan aren  dari sudut pandang ekonomi sumberdaya alam dan kajian lingkungan dan perencanaan pembangunan berwawasan lingkungan, (2) keterampilan dan praktek membuat hilirisasi produk buah kolang kaling untuk berbagai jenis makanan dan minuman, (3) penyuluhan dan pengetahuan pembuatan pupuk kompos dari kulit kolang kaling untuk mengurangi kerusakan lingkungan, serta (4) penyuluhan pada para pelaku pengolah buah kolang kaling, penyadap nira, pembuat gula, ijuk dan sagu aren serta resiko kecelakaan dan keselamatan kerja.

Abstract

 Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of student job training to student work interest in class XII business major in SMK State Businesss and Management in Padang City. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative. This study was taken at SMK State (Business and Management) are SMK Negeri 2 Padang, SMK Negeri 3 Padang and SMK Negeri 4 Padang. The population of this study is 170 students of class XII. Technique of collecting the sample is Proportional Sampling so that it obtained the sample 120 students with Slovin formula. The instrument used is Angket. Analysis simple regression with used SPSS version is used to analysing the data. The result shown that the student job traning is significant influence the interested of student in working of SMK State Business and Management in Padang City. R square of student job training to work interest is 13,1%. The researcher would like to give suggested industry of student job training is relevant with major of the students and the teacher must monitoring when student practice.   Keyword:student job training, work interest

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of liquidity, activity, profitability and leverage on the financial distress of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. The population is 161 companies with 805 data. The sample technique uses purposive sampling and simple random sampling to get a sample of 64 companies with 320 data, the number of samples used is 256 valid data and in accordance with the required criteria. Data analysis technique used logistic regression analysis. Based on the results of logistic regression analysis with a significance level of 5% the results of the study concluded: 1) Liquidity, activity, profitability and leverage affect the financial distress with a significance value of 0,000 < 0.05 and independent variables can hear iden the occurrence of the dependent variable of 83,8% . 2) Liquidity does not affect the financial distress with a significance value of 0.199 > 0.05. 3) Activities affect the financial distress with a significance value of 0.041 < 0.05. 4) Profitability affects the financial distress with a significance value of 0,000 < 0.05. 5) Leverage affects the financial distres with a significance value of 0,000 < 0.05.Keywords: liquidity, activity, profitability, leverage, financial distress.

Abstract

The aims of this article to know the Effect of Learning Time, School Env1ronment and Learn1ng Method on Basic Accounting Learning Outcomes of Class X AKL of Students SMK Negeri 3 Padang. In this research is a descriptive and associative research with a population of 98 students and 78 sample students with a proportional random sampling technique. Data were collected by documentation and questionnaires. The instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. The prerequisite tests were performed with a normality test, a heteroscedasticity test, a multicollinearity test, and with a multiple regression analysis technique. The results showed: (1) Learning Time, School Environment and Learning Method together had a significant effect on Learning Outcomes, sig 0,000 <0.05 with a contribution of 87%. (2) Learning Times have a significant effect on Learning Outcomes, sig 0,000 <0.05. (3) School Environment has a significant influence on Learning Outcomes, sig 0,000 <0.05. (4) Learning Methods also have a signifikacant effect on Learning Outcomes, sig 0,000 <0.05.Keywords: learning time, school environment, learning method, learning outcomes

Abstract

The contribution of Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is very important in supporting the growth of the Indonesian economy. In the continuity of the business, surely good management is needed. Management should be able to prepare financial statements so the accounting information that contained within it can be beneficial to the business. This study aims to determine the benefits of accounting information for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Padang city. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out by interviews with informants using guidelines for interviews and documentation. The informants in this study are three small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that already preparing financial statements consisting of statements of financial position and income statements. The results of the study showed that accounting information beneficial for SMEs assisting in decision making process and accountability. Keyword: acounting information, small medium enterprises (smes), financial statement
