Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how multiple role conflict and work stress affect the performance of female nurses at Prof.Dr.M.A Hanafiah Hospital, SM Batusangkar. This type of study is causal. Nurses from Hanafiah Hospital Batusangkar participated in this study. Based on the slovin formula, the number of research samples was determined to be as many as 97 people, who were chosen using a purposive sampling technique. The data used in this study is primary data. Multiple regression is the analytical method used. In this study, data was analyzed using classical assumption analysis, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis analysis. According to the findings of this study, 1) Multiple Role Conflict and Job Stress have a significant impact on performance. 2) Dual Role Conflict improves performance in a significant way. 3) Workplace stress improves performance in a significant way.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of direct marketing and customer perceived value on Ms glow product purchasing decisions in the city of Padang Panjang. Causative descriptive research is the method used by the researcher. The people of Padang Panjang are the subjects of this study. Non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique was used in this study, and the number of samples was determined using the Cochran formula to be as many as 97. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to residents of Padang Panjang based on predetermined criteria, namely. clients who have used Ms glow products. The data used in this study was analyzed using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling -Partial Least Squares). The findings show that 1) Direct Marketing has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions, and 2) Customer Perceived Value has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions. 3) Customer Perceived Value is significantly influenced by direct marketing. 4) Through Customer Perceived Value, direct marketing has a significant impact on purchasing decisions for Ms glow products in the city of Padang Panjang.

Abstract

The goal is to decide on impact supporting parents and improving school facilities for learning proces readiness and accounting learning outcomes for Cersa Pasaman Vocational School class XI students enrolled in the accounting expertise program in service, trade, and manufacturing accounting practicum learning. SPSS 26 was used to perform route analysis. (1) Parents' support influences learning readiness, according to the findings of this study. (2) Learning facilities have an impact on learning readiness. (3). Parental support has an impact on learning outcomes. (4) Learning facilities in schools have an impact on learning results. (5). Learning preparedness has an impact on learning outcomes. (6). The Accounting Expertise Program at SMK Cersa Pasaman class XI students' learning preparedness and learning results are influenced by parental support and learning facilities.

Abstract

The study's goal was to see how risk perception and consumer trust affected purchasing decisions at Tokopedia among Universitas Negeri Padang students. This type of study is causal. The participants in this study were students at Universitas Negeri Padang. Non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique was used in this study, and the number of samples was determined using the Cochran formula to be as many as 97. The data used is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to Universitas Negeri Padang students who meet certain criteria, namely Universitas Negeri Padang students who have made purchases on Tokopedia. Multiple regression analysis with SPSS 22 was used as the analytical method. According to the findings of this study, 1) risk perception and consumer trust have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Tokopedia among Universitas Negeri Padang students, 2) risk perceptions have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Tokopedia among Universitas Negeri Padang students, and 3) consumer trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Universitas Negeri Padang students have a significant influence on Tokopedia purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of customer retention on the brand loyalty of Maxim users in the city of Padang. The type of research applied is causal research. The study population was Padang City residents who had used Maxim at least 2 times in the past month. In determining the sample size, the researchers used the Cochran formula, with a total sample size of 97. In this study using a targeted sampling technique, the data used were raw data types generated by distributing questionnaires to residents of Padang city according to predetermined criteria. Using path analysis of SPSS 22 as the analysis method, the results show that customer participation has a significant positive impact on brand loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of digital media literacy and student engagement on economic learning outcomes during the Class X IPS Pandemic Period at MAN 2 Padang City. The quantitative research method was used in this study, with descriptive and associative research types. This study included 174 students from class X IPS at MAN 2 Padang City. The sample in this study was measured using the Slovin formula, and the sampling technique was random, yielding a sample of 121 people. The data was analyzed using the SPSS program to test the hypothesis using validity and reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression tests, F tests, and t-tests. The study's findings indicate that (1) digital media literacy has no effect on student learning outcomes, (2) student engagement influences student learning outcomes, and (3) digital media literacy and student engagement influence student economic learning outcomes.

Abstract

The role of housewives is important in the family, and has a very large contribution in the formation of a complete, solid, healthy, happy, prosperous family and provides benefits to the surrounding community. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of housewives in improving the family economy in Jorong Padang Panjang Nagari Pariangan. This study used descriptive qualitative method. With research informants 10 housewives who have additional work. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis used in this research is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. In this study, the validity of the triangulation data was tested. The results showed that housewives have an important role in helping their husbands in improving the family economy. There are three types of business carried out by housewives, working as a tailor, working as a farm laborer and working as a trader. There is an increase in the economy after housewives work. The factors that cause housewives to work to improve the family economy are unmet family needs, many family dependents, children's school fees and future savings, lack of husband's income, and increasing husband's income.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction at the Sungai Aur sub-district office in West Pasaman Regency. This service’s quality is measured across five dimensions: responsiveness, dependability, emphaty, and assurance. This is a quantitative study that employs multiple linear regression methods with the SPSS version 22 program. The population in this study is all the people of Sungai Aur sub-district who have come and received services, with a sample of 92 people drawn using the Slovin formula with purposive sampling in this study. A questionnaire was used to collect data.Validity and reliability tests are used in the research instrument test. At the data analysis stage, descriptive and inductive analysis were performed. Normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasiticity test, and multiple reggresion analysis are examples of inductive analysis. The F test is used to test the hypothesis and the coefficient of determination (R2). The findings of this study show that the five services quality variables, namely responsiveness, reliability, emphaty, tangibles, and assurance have a significant and positive effet on the satisfaction of people served at the Sungai Aur District Office in West Pasaman Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of liquidity ratio, return on equity, on stock prices of companies listed in the transport sub-sector of the Indonesian Stock Exchange from Q1 2020 to Q3 2021. The study lists companies in the transport sub-sector listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, with a total of 37 companies listed for the third quarter of 2020-2021. The sampling technique used was targeted sampling. The information used is secondary information extracted from the documentation methods. Method used is multiple regression analysis. Based on our findings, we know that the return of the stock variable partially negatively impacts the stock variable with a significant value of 0.002<0>0.05, and increased sales volume has no impact on price. The meaningful part 0.657 > 0.05. The influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 10.7%.
