Abstract

The rapid development of technology in the digital era has driven changes in payment transactions. Payments currently no longer use cash in cash but use digital payments. This change is strongly driven because of the ongoing pandemic, so the presence of digital payment transactions is very helpful in increasing the income of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). QR code is a payment system that is used to facilitate transactions so as to increase the income of business people so they don't miss out. This study aims to determine the application of the digital economy of MSME business actors in Curup City. This type of research is a field research research. Data collection techniques using observation and interviews. The results of the study indicate that the application of the digital economy used by MSME business actors in Curup City has been running and growing rapidly. The existence of applications, websites, social media and others are very helpful and facilitate business activities. Some payment applications that we are familiar with are QR, Shopeepay, Ovo, Dana, Link Aja, Grab, Gojek and so on. The most widely used application is QR scan barcode. Many benefits are obtained not only for consumers, the benefits are also felt by MSME business people. The changes that are felt after using digital payment transactions are the most important, namely increasing income, making it easier to carry out promotions, reducing production costs, increasing sales, avoiding direct contact with money so as to reduce the spread of COVID-19.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the level of public bank health conventional and Sharia commercial banks with the use RGEC method during the period 2016-2020. The population used in the study This is all commercial banks in Indonesia for the 2016-2020 period registered with the Financial Services Authority. Retrieval technique sample using purposive sampling that obtained consisting of 65 commercial banks of 57 commercial banks conventional and 8 Sharia commercial banks. Study This uses approach descriptive quantitative and research data obtained through technique documentation. The data analysis technique used is statistics descriptive analysis, RGEC analysis, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Independent Sample T-Test, and Mann Withney U-Test. Research results show that the level of public bank health conventional and Sharia commercial banks in the 2016-2020 period being measured with RGEC method does not own difference because both of them You're welcome to occupy ranking composite 2 with predicate healthy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect on tenure audit and Firm Size of delay audit mediated by quality audit in Islamic commercial banks for 2015-2019. The population includes up to 14 Islamic Commercial Banks and spans the years 2015–2019. 13 banks were included in the research sample, which was selected using a purposive sampling technique and a few criteria. Path Analysis using IBM SPSS is used for data analysis in research. The results of this study indicate that tenure audit and firm size have no direct effect on delay audit. Meanwhile, quality audit directly affects delayed audit. Tenure audit and Firm Size affect the quality of audit. Quality audit in this study can mediate full mediation of the relationship between tenure audit with delayed audit, and Firm Size with delayed audit.

Abstract

Abstract Marketing strategies include marketing strategy, marketing tactics and value. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach by collecting actual information from existing symptoms. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The marketing strategy implemented by the Sumsel Babel Bank Syariah Muara Kelingi Sub-branch is to use the Marketing Building concept, namely product strategy, price strategy, place strategy and promotion strategy. The marketing strategy for the product is directed to the Goods Purchase Financing (PPB) product using a Murabahah contract which is a superior product at the Muara Kelingi Syariah Sub-branch of Bank Sumsel Babel. Pricing is carried out by the Bank in accordance with a mutual agreement between the Bank and the customer or prospective customer which is explained in detail at the beginning when the contract will occur. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study discusses the "role of women traders in the welfare of the family economy". Furthermore, the main focus is limited to sub-focuses, namely: what factors cause housewives to work as traders in the Rasau Jaya traditional market, what kinds of goods are traded by women traders in the Rasau Jaya traditional market, how are women's income fluctuations? who trade in the Rasau Jaya traditional market, is the income of the women traders in the Rasau Jaya traditional market able to improve the economic welfare of their families. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive method, which means descriptive research is to investigate circumstances, conditions or others. The primary data obtained in this study were from women who became traders in the traditional Rasau Jaya market and the market manager, then secondary data was obtained from books, journals, articles related to the research. The results of this study are: Most of the reasons for choosing a profession as a trader are economic motives and a small part are not, Merchandise traded by all female traders is halal and good for consumption, During the covid-19 pandemic there was only 1 respondent who did not experience a decrease in income respondents while other traders experienced a decline. Abstract

Abstract This article explains the evolution of Mudharabah in Bank Mega Syariah. Bank Mega Syariah organizes general banking with a profit-sharing system based on Islamic Sharia. and has been operating as a sharia commercial bank since October 16, 2008. Bank Mega Syariah is licensed as a foreign exchange bank. With this status, the bank can conduct foreign transactions and conduct international business. Through this article, the author would like to explain the growth of Mudharabah financing at Bank Mega Syariah. Although it is one of the Islamic banks in Indonesia. However, in 2018-2019 Bank Mega Syariah had a peculiarity where the increase in Mudharabah was not successful. This research uses quantitative methods and literature review methods with descriptive research types. Based on the report, we note that Bank Mega Syariah applies the principle of profit sharing, although there are often deviations in its application. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the development of BNI Syariah Bank after merging with three state-owned Syariah banks which are expected to be able to strengthen the national Islamic economic ecosystem and can contribute as an International-Scale Bank. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive analysis approach. This study seeks to describe development with growth techniques The findings of the study explain that in terms of benefits, the merger activity that is carried out causes more profits than losses. The benefits are in the form of increasing the sharia economic ecosystem in Indonesia, strong capital owned, and being able to compete nationally and even globally global. Abstract

The research entitled The Influence of Security, Knowledge, and Convenience on Customer Loyalty in Using E-banking Products at Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah KC Palembang Through Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of security, knowledge, and convenience on customer loyalty in using M-banking at the Sumsel Babel Syariah KC Palembang bank with satisfaction as the intervening variable. In this study the population used was all customers at Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah KC Palembang who were registered as BSB Mobile users. The research sample was taken as many as 100 people with the Random Sampling technique using the Hair et al formula. In this study a quantitative approach was used using data collection techniques by distributing questionnaire data. Data analysis techniques using SPSS 26.0 software tools. The results of this research variable Security has no effect on Customer Loyalty, Knowledge has no effect on Customer Loyalty, Convenience has an effect on Customer Loyalty, Satisfaction has an effect on Customer Loyalty, Security has no effect on Satisfaction, Knowledge has no effect on Satisfaction, Convenience has no effect on Satisfaction, Security has an effect on Customer Loyalty with Satisfaction as a mediating variable, Knowledge has an effect on Customer Loyalty with Satisfaction as a mediating variable, Convenience has an effect on Customer Loyalty with Satisfaction as a mediating variable.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of the operational efficiency ratio (BOPO), capital adequacy level (CAR), non-performing financing (NPF), and liquidity (FDR) on the profitability of Bank Mega Syariah in Indonesia in 2015-2021. This research is quantitative research. The data source used in this research is secondary data, namely the annual financial report from Bank Mega Syariah obtained via the OJK website. The research results show that the NPF variable: tcount (0.395) < ttable (4.302) and with a significance level of 0.731 > 0.05, it means Ho. accepted and H1 rejected. Independent variable (NPF) partially. does not have a significant effect on the dependent variable (ROA). BOPO variable: The results show that Ho is accepted and H1 is rejected, because tcount (- 4.661) < ttable (4.302), and the significance level is 0.043 > 0.05. The dependent variable (ROA) is not significantly influenced by BOPO. CAR variable: Ho is accepted and H1 is rejected, because tcount (3.068) < ttable (4.302) with a significance level of 0.092 > 0.05. The dependent variable (ROA) is not partially influenced by CAR. FDR variable: tcount value 2.664 < ttable value 4.302, and significance level 0.117 > ttable value 0.05 indicating that Ho is accepted and H1 is rejected. The dependent variable (ROA) is not partially influenced by the independent variable (FDR).
