Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh asimetri informasi, solvabilitas, dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kebijakan dividen sebagai varabel intervening pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terindeks di issi periode 2014-2018. Dalam penelitian ini, sampel yang diambil sebanyak 10 perusahaan. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif variabel, analisis uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis dengan program Eviews 9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan dividen tidak memediasi asimteri informasi terhadap nilai perusahaan, kebijakan dividen tidak memediasi solvabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the existence of halal tourism in Indonesia perspectives islamic business ethics, the method used is a review literature with a type of qualitative research. The findings in this study that the existence of the halal tourism industry is not a threat to the existing tourism industry, but rather an addition to Muslim tourists, all of which do not hinder the ongoing progress of tourism. In fact, many countries in the world have worked on the halal tourism industry. According to the Mastercard Crescent Rating Global Muslim Travel Index (GMTI) in 2016, the total number of Muslim travelers worldwide reached 117 million in 2015. The results of this study and halal tourism are a process of integrating Islamic values into all aspects of tourism activities. The value of Islamic sharia into a religion or belief is embraced by Muslims as a basic reference in forming tourism activities using considering the basic values of Muslims in its presentation starting based on accommodation, restaurants, to activities. yang tourism always refers to Islamic norm.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how sharia tourism culture exists in Indonesia, methodology using qualitative research type analysis, general findings that occur in halal tourism culture in Indonesia in general there are still many stake holders who refuse some destinations to be used as halal tourism, the conclusion of success is driven byeffectiveadvertising and marketing plans. Relationships with local travel agencies need to be improved and maintained properly as a form of cooperation with travel agencies and airlines to promote sales to reach the target market well, while providing incentives for family travel, travel marts, product knowledge training, and agency to be improved.

Abstract

Perkembangan ekonomi digital pada Indonesia sudah mengalami kemajuan yang sangat pesat salah satunya pada bidang pariwisata. Kemajuan ekonomi digital dibidang pariwisata bisa menarik wisata nusantara (winus) juga manca negara berkunjung ketempat wisata Indonesia. Dampak menurut kemajuan ekonomi digital mengangkat poly bisnis mini & menengah buat memasuki usaha dunia. Pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia yang relatif tinggi layanan kepariwisataan Indonesia masih sedikit layanan digital yang dikembangkan. Dari analisa perkembangan layanan digital dibidang pariwisata memakai method forecasting menurut data yg diambil bisa memprediksi 10 tahun ditahun 2028 pengeluaran 465,1 Triliun rupiah & bepergian 425,75 juta kali bepergian bila dibandingkan menurut tahun 2018 dalam pengeluaran 291,09 Trilium rupiah & bepergian hanya 303,4 juta kali bepergian, menurut analisa yg didapat mempunyai peluang bagi teknopreneur buat menciptakan star up dibidang pariwisata yg menjembatani atara pariwiswata & wisatawan nusantara tentu menguntungkan bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia menggunakan memakai digital ekonomi pada era industri ekonomi digital ini.

Abstract

Indonesia's digital economy is developing very rapidly, one of which is in the field of tourism. Advances in the digital economy will attract domestic and foreign tourists to Indonesia. The impact of advances in the digital economy is helping build the world's enterprises. Indonesian economic services are very high Indonesian tourism is not yet fully equipped with digital services. Analyzing the development of digital services using the method of predicting the extracted data can predict 10 years. In 2028, 465.1 trillion rupiah and 425.75 million trips will be spent. The techno planner was analyzed for the opportunity to create star-bridged tourism and archipelago tourists. This is naturally beneficial to Indonesia's economic growth by leveraging the digital economy in the age of the digital economy industry.

Abstract

Tujuan dari survei ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel makroekonomi terhadap IHSG. Dari tahun 2008 hingga 2015, BEI melakukan survei ini. Metode pengambilan sampel, jenis datanya adalah data time series triwulanan dan dihitung menggunakan data rata-rata untuk setiap variabel di setiap triwulan. IHSG menggunakan empat variabel makro: suku bunga, inflasi, restrukturisasi dan PDB. Menggunakan analisis regresi sebagai metode analisis. Pengujian simultan telah menunjukkan bahwa suku bunga, inflasi, jumlah uang beredar dan PDB bergabung memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap IHSG. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa inflasi dan PDB tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap IHSG, sedangkan suku bunga berpengaruh negatif terhadap IHSG dan peredaran uang berpengaruh positif terhadap IHSG.

Abstract

Gold pawn financing is a financing product offered by Islamic banks with the aim of consumptive and productive activities with murabahah/Musyarakah Mutanaqishah/Ijarah contracts with collateral in the form of gold tied to a rahn contract, which will be deposited by the bank for a certain period of time. The purpose of this study is to find out how risk management is in gold pawn financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia during the covid 19 pandemic. This research uses the type of qualitative research. The subject of this research is Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sleman 1. The object of this research is risk management on gold pawn financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sleman 1. The data obtained in this study are the results of interviews, observations and documentation. The results of the study indicate that there are several risks faced by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sleman 1 including: credit risk, market risk, operational risk and marketing risk. To minimize this risk, it is necessary to implement risk management. Risk management carried out by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sleman 1 includes: Risk Identification, Risk Measurement, Risk Monitoring and Risk Control.

Abstract

This study aims to explain how the opportunities, challenges and strategies can be carried out by the Halal Industry in Indonesia. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method using the library method. This study uses secondary data obtained through scientific articles and other relevant documents. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative analysis through data reduction, categorization and verification. This research finds that Indonesia has tremendous opportunities to develop the halal industry. These opportunities include the halal food sector, the Islamic finance sector, the halal tourism sector, and the Muslim fashion sector. However, there are external and internal challenges in the development of the halal industry, external challenges, namely the number of competing countries, the absence of a globally agreed halal certificate and the incompatibility of Muslim countries in setting halal product standards. And internal challenges, namely the lack of halal awareness among the Indonesian people and the problems of Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantee, as well as the low awareness of the Indonesian people to compete. As for the challenges of the halal industry in Indonesia; many competitors from the international world, there is no halal certification that applies nationally, understanding of the concept of halal is still lacking, socialization is still lacking, laws and regulations are not perfect. Strategies that can be done; developing superior human resources, reliable strategies for socializing halal products and others.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing communication strategy of PT IBF Surabaya Branch in attracting investment interest in prospective customers and the problems in implementing marketing communication strategy. This research was conducted with as qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques using interviews and observation. The result showed that the most superior marketing communication strategy by PT IBF was the marketing mix (7p) combined with the marketing process and can maximize personal selling before compiling messages to be conveyed to customers regarding products, transaction processes using the Meta Trader 4 application and basic methods. Advertising methods are in accordance with the current situation which use social media a lot with company information and testimonials become easier to attract the attetion of customers

Abstract

AbstractThe Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on the insurance industry, namely the decline in insurance premiums. The most severe decline in insurance premiums occurred in the life insurance industry. This study aims to analyze the survival strategy of Al Amin's Sharia Life Insurance business in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Sources of data obtained from interviews with the Leadership and Marketing Manager of Sharia Life Insurance Al Amin Palembang Branch. Data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that the business strategies carried out by Al Amin Sharia Life Insurance Palembang Branch in dealing with Covid-19 were first, analyzing market conditions, second, carrying out marketing strategies, namely with a professional and personal approach, third, product diversification, and fourth, pattern specifically, namely rate adjustment and limit expansion. The obstacles faced in running the business are that all decisions of Al Amin Sharia Life Insurance Palembang Branch are at the head office, constraints on personal approaches, and rate reductions or adjustments.
