Abstract

Menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan ibu tentang kesehatan gigi dan mulut balita dengan kejadian stunting pada balita usia 6-59 bulan di Kecamatan Alang-Alang Lebar Kota Palembang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik cross-sectional dengan menggunakan data responden primer dari hasil kuesioner pada ibu dan pemeriksaan fisik antropometri pada balita. Sampel penelitian ini adalah ibu yang memiliki balita usia 6-59 bulan di wilayah Alang-Alang Lebar yang dilakukan di posyandu wilayah kerja Puskesmas Alang-Alang Lebar dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 87 sampel. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan cara total sampling. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS. Terdapat 87 responden dengan pengetahuan ibu kurang sebanyak 9 responden (10,35%), dengan balita stunting 9 responden (10,35%) dan yang tidak stunting 0 responden (0%), dan 78 responden (89,65%) dengan pengetahuan baik ibu balita stunting 6 responden (6,90%) dan yang tidak stunting 72 responden (82,78%). Hasil uji statistik didapatkan bahwa ada hubungan pengetahuan ibu tentang kesehatan gigi dan mulut balita dengan kejadian stunting pada balita usia 6-59 bulan (p=0,001) di Kecamatan Alang-Alang Lebar Kota Palembang. Keterbatasan kajian ini adalah desain cross-sectional tidak dapat secara akurat menentukan hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan ibu dan stunting. Terdapat kemungkinan bias dalam penilaian penelitian, hal ini dikarenakan peneliti tidak mengamati secara langsung apakah pengetahuan tersebut diterapkan dengan baik dan benar dalam menjaga kesehatan gigi dan mulut pada balitanya dan peneliti tidak melakukan pemeriksaan gigi dan mulut pada balitanya. , tetapi melakukan penilaian melalui kuesioner. Responden mengetahui bahwa dirinya adalah subjek penelitian, sehingga dapat mempengaruhi jawaban yang diberikan oleh responden.

Abstract

Cookies merupakan salah satu jenis biskuit yang dibuat dari adonan lunak, berkadar lemak tinggi, relatif renyah, bila dipatahkan dan penampang potonganya bertekstur padat. Cookies berbahan dasar ubi jalar kuning formulasi tepung ikan teri dan tepung daun kelor sebagai PMT anak stunting yaitu untuk memanfaatkan pangan lokal yang ada didaerah Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara yang bisa dibuatkan menjadi cookies dimanfaatkan sebagai PMT anak stunting.  Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui daya terima cookies tepung ubi jalar kuning, tepung ikan teri dan tepung daun kelor sebagai PMT anak stunting. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah pra experimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap perlakuan tepung ubi jalar kuning 85%, 75% dan  65%, tepung ikan teri 10%, 15% dan 20% dan tepung daun kelor 5%, 10% dan 15%. Waktu dan tempat penelitian di laksanakan pada bulan Maret-April 2021 di Laboratorium Pangan Jurusan Gizi Poltekkes Kemenkes Kendari.  Uji daya terima dengan atribut rasa.  Panelis sebanyak 30 anak yang berumur antara 3 – 10 tahun. Hasil  :  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa daya terima cookies P1 yang paling disukai sebanyak 66,70 % dan cookies P2 sebanyak 60% dan P3 sebanyak 46,7%.  Berdasarkan hasil uji Kruskal-walls diperoleh P = 0,002 (< 0,05) menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara cookies tepung ubi jalar kuning, tepung ikan teri dan tepung daun kelor dengan konsentrasi yang berbeda.

Abstract

The stunting problem has quite serious impacts; among other things, the short term is related to morbidity and mortality in infants/toddlers, the medium term is related to low intelligence and cognitive abilities, and the long term is related to the quality of human resources and the problem of degenerative diseases in adulthood. The aim of this community service is for the community to recognize, understand and recognize the benefits and early detection of stunting events starting from the first 1000 days of life, the impact of stunting events. and to increase body endurance. The method used is nutritional counseling by providing education and counseling as well as discussions. Nutrition counseling can increase the knowledge of mothers in Bajo Indah village and understand the importance of eating a variety of foods that are nutritious, balanced, safe and healthy.

Abstract

Stunting is chronic malnutrition in toddlers resulting from a lack of nutritional intake for a long time and is usually accompanied by frequent illnesses. The target audience for this community service activity is 30 mothers of toddlers. The method used is health education in the form of counseling and interactive discussions. This activity was carried out on June 2 2022 at the Puuwonua Village Hall, working area of ??the Lalonggasu Meeto Community Health Center, Konawe Regency. The results of this community service activity showed that there was an increase in knowledge about nutrition after providing counseling to mothers of toddlers who had an average pre-test score of 6.0 which rose to 8.6 at post-test; The results of the analysis of different tests showed that there was a difference in the mean knowledge scores of participants before and after counseling (p=0.000). Conclusion: implementing outreach to increase nutritional knowledge among mothers of toddlers has proven to be effective, especially in implementing balanced nutrition within 1000 HPK and using local food in efforts to prevent stunting.

Abstract

Introduction: Stunting in children is defined as an acute nutritional problem caused by the intake of nutrients that enter the body do not meet the standards for a long time. This condition can occur starting from the child is still in the womb and the effect is only seen when he was 2 years old. Usually children who are stunted get less food intake in accordance with the nutritional intake needed at their age, so that growth becomes less optimal.Objective: the purpose of this review literature is to determine the relationship between feeding patterns and the incidence of stunting. Methods: Literature reviews are conducted based on issues, metologies, equations and research journals. Of the 5 journals used, each used a cross sectional method. Results: based on 5 articles using the cross sectional method and case control parenting feeding sta toddlers stunting does not match the nutritional needs of toddlers. The relationship between feeding patterns and stunting events.If the wrong feeding patterns and inadequate food diversity can cause stunting in toddlers.Conclusion: parenting giving the wrong toddler has the potential to cause stunting
