<![CDATA[The research aims to identity the influence of Brand Image, Promotion and Electronic Word of Mouth on Shopee.co.id application users. The subjects in this study were consumer who used the Shopee.co.id application in buy product. The sample used in this study was 150 respondents. The sampling technique using a convenience sampling. By using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the analysis of the data used is the statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. The results of this study showed Brand Image has a significant positive effect on the Intention to Buy Product. <![CDATA[This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of self esteem and self efficacy on employee performance with organizational citizenship behaviour as an intervening variable for employees of PT. PGN MAS. The object of this research is 75 employees of PT. PGN MAS. The approach used in this research is Component orVariance Based Structural Equation Model with analysis tool Smart-PLS. The results showed self esteem that has positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behaviour. <![CDATA[Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap employee engagement pegawai pada kantor pusat BPJS Kesehatan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian diperoleh dari 175 responden pegawai BPJS Kesehatan. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode alternatif dari structural equation modeling (SEM) yaitu partial least square (PLS). Tahap pertama dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji validitas pertanyaan setiap variabel berikut dengan reliabilitasnya. Tahap kedua menguji hubungan antara budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap employee engagement. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract : PT. X Is a Trading Company that supplies promotional items such as glass, mugs, bowls, plates etc. Problems faced by PT. X is the condition of the pattern of preparation and storage of finished goods which are carried out randomly and less regularly resulting in difficulty in finding goods and the time taken to be longer. From these problems, this study discusses the planning of warehouse layout and storage of goods using the class based storage method. The study was conducted by examining 30 product items in order to find out the layout of goods based on ABC classification, the results show that of the 30 product items obtained grouping results into three classes, namely: 1) class A: 80% usage value with 11 items; 2) class B:use value of 15% with total items of 8 items and 3) class C:use value 5% with the number of item 11 items, the next stage classifying products using FSN analysis (Fast moving, Slow moving, Non moving) to find out and calculate the travel time carried out by warehouse workers in taking or storing goods. Based on research that has been done by comparing the initial layout and layout of proposal 1, it was found that the time reduction in the process of searching for goods storage locations was 529.3 minutes or 28.5% lower than the initial warehouse layout.]]>

The sample used was 106 respondents. The sampling method uses Saturation Sampling. The method of collecting data uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. This study proves that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. <![CDATA[KPPS Kelurahan Bandulan berada di bawah Kecamatan Sukun, merupakan salah satu KPPS yang berada di Kotamadya Malang yang dibentuk berdasarkan Keputusan Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kota Malang No. 47/HK.03.2-Kpt/3573/KPU-kot/III/2019. Tingkat kualitas layanan perlu diukur untuk mengetahui seberapa baik layanan dalam pelaksanaan Pemilu Serentak 2019. Kualitas Pelayanan Pemilu 2019 diukur dengan dimensi TERRA yaitu tangibility, emphaty, responsiveness, reliability, dan assurance dengan skala pengukuran likert. Pengolahan data secara deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden sangat setuju dengan pernyataan kualitas layanan terkait dimensi TERRA. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan kualitas layanan TPS 42 dan 43 masuk ke dalam skala rentang tinggi. Ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan pada TPS 42 dan 43 sangat baik dan memenuhi panduan KPPS sehingga patut dijadikan panutan bagi TPS yang lain.]]>

The object of this research is employees who work at Koperasi Pegawai Bank Indonesia (KOPEBI) located in Central Jakarta. The study was conducted on 65 respondents using quantitative descriptive. The sampling method uses the saturated sample technique. Data collection methods using survey methods, with research instruments is a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. The results of this study indicate that the Work Motivation, and Work Environment Compensation variables show a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance at Bank Indonesia Employee Cooperatives (KOPEBI).]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepribadian, lingkungan keluarga, dan pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha (studi kasus pada siswa-siswi kelas xii SMK Bina Insan Mandiri). Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 256 siswa kelas xii. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 156 responden, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel random sederhana. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepribadian berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel intensi beriwirausaha. Lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel intensi berwirausaha. Pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel intensi berwirausaha.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak risiko likuiditas dan risiko kredit terhadap financial distress. Dengan mengetahui risiko yang timbul dari sisi keuangan perbankan, dimana dalam penelitian ini variabel yang digunakan adalah risiko likuiditas dan risiko kredit yang merupakan bagian dari profil risiko, maka dapat digunakan untuk mencegah terjadinya financial distress akibat dari risiko yang ditimbulkan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 115 bank yang beroperasi di Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 28 bank yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode penelitian selama 2013-2017. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dengan dokumentasi laporan keuangan yang diperoleh melalui situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif yang diolah menggunakan software E-views. Teknik analisis data dengan pendekatan regresi data panel. Dengan serangkaian pengujian ketepatan model, didapat Random Effect Model adalah model panel terbaik pada penelitian ini.
