Abstract

The thesis entitled "The Influence of Product Quality, Price, and Promotion on Purchase Decisions for Honda Beat Matic Motorcycles During the Covid 19 Pandemic" is the result of quantitative research that aims to answer questions about the Influence of Product Quality, Price, and Promotion on Purchase Decisions on Matic Motorcycles. Honda Beat. The population in this study is addressed to buyers of Matic Honda Beat Motorcycles at Honda Prima Dealers. All populations are included in the research subject with a total of 125 people. Methods of data collection using a survey method, with a questionnaire research instrument. Data analysis method using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). This study proves that Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, Price has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, and Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions during the Covid 19 Pandemic. Based on the Original Sample Estimate value, Product Quality is 0.235, Price 0.355, Promotion 0.348 with a significant under 0.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of religiosity, brand image and consumer behavior on the repurchase intention of Wardah halal cosmetic products. The population in this study was the people of DKI Jakarta with a sample size of 150 which was determined using purposive sampling method. The data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and data analysis method using SPSS version 2.5 software. The results of this study found that religiosity had no effect on buying interest, brand image and consumer satisfaction had an effect on repurchasing interest in Wardah Cosmetics products.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, leverage dan aktivitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 6 perusahaan Sub Sektor Manufaktur Semen Tbk yang Tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2016-2020. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 6, dilihat berdasarkan kriteria yang sudah ditentukan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, dengan menggunakan Data Laporan Keuangan Tahunan Perusahaan yang diperoleh dari situs Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi data panel. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Likuiditas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap price to book value. Laverge berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap price to book value. Profitabilitas berpengaruh negative signifikan terhadap price to book value. Aktivitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap price to book value.Kata Kunci : Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, Laverge , Aktivitas dan Nilai Perusahaan

Abstract

This study examines and analyses the effect of Liquidity, Profitability, Capital Structure and Firmy Size on Firm Value in the Properties and Real Estate sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research data is annual data for the 2016 – 2021 observation period obtained from the company's annual report. The sampling method used is purposive sampling; 10 companies met the sample criteria. The analytical method used in this study is panel data regression using the Fixed Effects model with an R2 value of 85.62%. The results showed that liquidity, profitability, and capital structure did not affect firm value, while firm size has a negative effect on firm value.

Abstract

Price On Online Product Purchase Decisions On The Lazada Application. The research method is quantitative research and the type of research is explanatory research which aims to determine the cause and effect between the variables through hypothesis testing. The population in this study were all consumers using the Lazada application where the total population in this study was unknown. The sample used in this study were consumers using the Lazada application using a margin of error max. Data collection is done by using the method of questionnaires, documentation, library studies. This study uses grouping data based on variables and types of respondents, tabulating data based on variables from all respondents, presenting data for each variable being studied, performing calculations to answer the formulation of the problem and performing calculations to test the hypotheses that have been proposed. This study proves that service quality has an effect on purchasing decisions, trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, price has an effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial rations which are Working Capital to Total Asset (WCTA), Retained Earnings to Total Asset (RETA), Ebit to Total Asset (EBITTA), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Z-Score as a prediction of financial distress. The population in this study are hotel, restaurant, and tourism sector services companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020 which reveal 11 companies according to the characteristics set by the researcher. The sample selection used the saturated sample method and obtained 10 companies. The data collection method uses triangular data, using data from the company's annual financial statements obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website and the websites of each company. The research method is causality research with data analysis method using panel data regression analysis with the chosen approach model, namely the common effect model. The results showed that Working Capital to Total Asset (WCTA), Retained Earnings to Total Asset (RETA), Ebit to Total Asset (EBITTA), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a positive and significant effect on Z-Score as a prediction of financial distress in hotel, restaurant, and tourism sector services companies.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how final knowledge and final attitude can influence financial management behavior. It is hoped that the results of this research will contribute to being wiser in managing finances and prioritizing needs over desires. The population used was Dian Nusantara University students. The sample used was 140 respondents spread across the Jakarta area. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire method where respondents answered questions arranged in choice form and the question scale used a Likert scale (1-5). The method used in this research is quantitative analysis with the SEM analysis tool and the SmartPLS 3.3 tool. The results show that final knowledge and final attitude have a positive effect on financial management behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Brand Image, Perceived Ease Of Use, Service Quality dan Word Of Mouth Terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan Grab. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah pengguna Grab di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 285 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah tehnik PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui software statistik SmartPLS 3. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT. Danapati Abinaya Investama. Objek penelitian Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT. Danapati Abinaya Investama. Variabel Independen adalah Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Budaya Organisasi. Populasi seluruh karyawan PT. Danapati Abinaya Investama berjumlah 168 karyawan, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel probability samping dengan Random Sampling yang ditentukan rumus Slovin sebanyak sampel sebanyak 118 Karyawan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil Penelitian menujukan bahwa Beban Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, Lingkungan Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract

This research was conducted due to a slight decrease in students attending the course. This study aims to analyze the effect of electronic word of mouth, brand image and brand trust on students' decisions to take courses at Kampoeng Bahasa English Course. The population in this study were 200 students who took English courses at the Kampoeng Language English Course institution for at least 3 months in all grades. The sample used was 133 students, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The sampling method used purposive sampling. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS version 3.2.9 analysis tool. The results of this study prove that Electronic Word of Mouth, Brand Image and Brand Trust each have a positive and significant effect on students' decisions to take courses at Kampoeng Bahasa English Course.
