Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of the application of character, capacity, capital, collateral, and condition (5c) in the loan distribution section of PT BPR sindang binaharta, Lubuklinggau city. The data analysis technique in this study is guided by the provision of credit in the principles of implementing character, capacity, capital, collateral, and conditions (5c). Based on the results of the discussion in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that: the application of character, capacity, capital, collateral, and condition (5C) in the lending section at PT BPR Sindang Binaharta Lubuklinggau City has implemented steps taken by conducting an initial interview process and on the spot to field and in the end the main director who determines whether accepted or rejected. However, BPR Sindang Binaharta Lubuklinggau has not fully implemented the five analyzes. From the results of the author's interviews with the correspondents, there are still considerations such as Character, Capacity and Collateral. 5C analysis can also be assessed from documents on credit analysis (qualitative analysis), BI Cheking results and also approaches to prospective customers.

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of Organizational Culture and Training on Teacher Performance in SMA Negeri 5 Model Kota Lubuklinggau. The number of research samples was 30 people taken from all teachers. The results of the study have a simultaneous impact: (a) First Hypothesis (H1) the influence of Culture on Teacher Performance in SMA Negeri 5 Model Kota Lubuklinggau, the results of the study indicate that Organizational Culture partially affects Teacher Performance in SMA Negeri 5 Model Kota Lubuklinggau. (b) Hypothesis II (H2) i The Effect of Training on Teacher Performance in SMA Negeri 5 Model Kota Lubuklinggau. And the calculation results obtained t value of 5.542 while the value of t table with a = 5% df (n-2) = (30-2) i is 1.701, t count> t table then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. (c) The third hypothesis (H3) is the Influence of Organizational Culture and Training on Teacher Performance in the Model SMA Negeri 5 Lubuklingau City. The results showed that Organizational Culture and Training simultaneously had an effect on Teacher Performance in SMA Negeri 5 Kota Model Lubuklinggau. With the value of R squere (R2) the result of the analysis is the value of 0.812 (81.2%). And from the test results obtained the value fcount of 21,281. With a significant level of 0.000, and a = 5% and the numerator (k = 2) is the fable of 3.35 fcount> ftable then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence between organizational culture and training on teacher performance in SMA NEGERI 5 Model Kota Lubuklinggau.

Abstract

Comparative Analysis of Home Ownership Loans (KPR) at PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk Palembang with PT. Bank Central Asia Syariah in Palembang / Accounting Information System The formulation of the problem is how the comparison of KPR loan interest rates at PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk Palembang with PT. Bank Central Asia Syariah Palembang. The goal is to find out the interest rates for conventional bank housing loans (KPR) at PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk Demang Branch Palembang and Sharia bank at PT. Bank Central Asia Syariah Palembang and know which mortgage interest rates are lower between conventional BCA and BCA Syariah. This study uses descriptive analysis to determine the mortgage interest rate (KPR) at PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk Demang Branch Palembang with PT. Bank Central Asia Syariah Branch Office in Palembang for the period of 2019. The results of the research on the provision of credit at conventional BCA banks and BCA Syariah banks do not have much difference in the procedures and requirements file, it's just that the interest rate or the BCA Syariah bank called margin (interest rate) has a significant difference. The interest rate for conventional BCA is lower than for BCA Syariah.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Office of Investment and One Stop Integrated Service Lubuklinggau City. The purpose of research to determine the influence of motivation, work discipline and remuneration of service performance in Office of Investment and One Stop Integrated Service Lubuklinggau City both simultaneously and partially. The sample in this research as many as 41 employees in Office of Investment and One Stop Integrated Service Lubuklinggau City. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, F test and t test. The results obtained are 1). The partial test (t test) performed proves motivation has a significant effect on employee performance where tcount 4,695 > ttable 2,019 and also sig 0,001 < 0,05. 2). Work Discipline significantly influence the performance where tcount 4,806 > ttable 2,019 and also sig is 0,001 < 0,05. 3). Remuneration significantly influence the performance where tcount 5,817 > ttable 2,019 and also sig is 0,000. 4). Motivation, Work Discipline and Remuneration have significant influence simultaneously on Service in Office of Investment and One Stop Integrated Service Lubuklinggau City, where Fcount 8,203 > Ftable 2,86 and also sig of 0,000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of services on the loyalty of members of the RIAS Savings and Loans Cooperative through member satisfaction as an intervening variable. This type of research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. The research sample was 100 members of the RIAS Savings and Loans Cooperative. The main instrument for data collection was a questionnaire and the results of the questionnaire were analyzed using pathway model analysis. The results showed that (a) services have a positive effect on member satisfaction because the significant value generated in the path analysis model I is 0.000 <0.050, (b) services have a positive effect on member loyalty because the significant value generated in the path analysis model II is equal to 0.000 <0.050, (c) member satisfaction has a positive effect on member loyalty because the significant value generated in the path analysis model II is 0.000 <0.050, (d) services and member satisfaction simultaneously have a positive effect on member loyalty because the results of the F test are 503,286 > The critical value of table F is 3.09 and (e) services have a positive effect on member loyalty through the intervening variable member satisfaction because the value of the direct effect of the service variable on member loyalty is 0.444 <0.4890 as the total value of the multiplication of the value of the influence of service variables services to satisfaction members with the value of the influence of Member Satisfaction on Member Loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine partially and simultaneously the Effect of Training and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance (coach) at the Edison Learning Center Lubuklinggau. This study data taken from direct respondents using a questionnaire instrument. The sample of this research is 37 people. The results of hypothesis testing with simple linear regression found the results that there is an effect of training on employee performance (coach) by obtaining the value of simple linear regression equation Y '= 33,638 + 0,873X, correlation coefficient 0.871, t test obtained value of tcount 10.487> t table 1.687, and Sign. 0,000 <0.05, the results of hypothesis testing with simple linear regression found that there was an influence of organizational commitment to employee performance (coach) by obtaining the value of simple linear regression equation Y '= 26.418 + 1.664X, correlation coefficient 0.834, t test obtained value tcount 8,936> table 1,687, and Sign. 0,000 <0.05 and While the results of hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression found that there was a significant influence of training and organizational commitment on employee performance (coach) by obtaining the value of the multiple linear regression equation Y '= 21.812 + 0.564 + 0.869, the coefficient of determination 0.924 , F test obtained fcount 98,774> ft. 3,25, and Sign 0,000 <0,05.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Office of Public Works Lubuklinggau City. The purpose of research to determine the influence of employee placement, work discipline and commitment to employee performance in Office of Public Works Lubuklinggau City both simultaneously and partially. The sample in this research as many as 60 employees in Office of Public Works Lubuklinggau City. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, F test and t test. The results obtained are 1). The partial test (t test) performed proves employee placement has a significant effect on employee performance where tcount 4,419 > ttable 1,991 and also sig 0,009 < 0,05. 2). Work Discipline significantly influence the performance where tcount 6,436 > ttable 1,991 and also sig is 0,004 < 0,05. 3). Commitment significantly influence the performance where tcount 3,030 > ttable 1,991 and also sig is 0,026. 4). Employee Placement, Work Discipline and Commitment have significant influence simultaneously on Service in Office of Public Work Lubuklinggau City, where Fcount 4,518> Ftable 2,73 and also sig of 0,020 < 0.05.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dan berkualitas dibutuhkan dalam menjalankan kegiatan pemerintahan pada era globalisasi. Pegawai dengan kemampuan koordinasi internal dan eksternal yang baik serta motivasi yang kuat turut menunjang kinerja yang optimal. Bekerja dengan kompetensi yang rendah, ketidakmampuan dalam melakukan koordinasi yang baik atau kurangnya motivasi dapat mengakibatkan kinerja yang kurang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompetensi, Koordinasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan Motivasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening di Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode sensus dengan cara memberikan kuesioner pada seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 105 orang. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) yang dioperasikan melalui program LISREL 8.70. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kompetensi dan koordinasi masing-masing berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Motivasi dan Kinerja Pegawai. Selain itu, motivasi sebagai variabel intervening menunjukkan pengaruh positif yang tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Berdasarkan penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa baik variabel Kompetensi dan koordinasi melalui variabel motivasi menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan positif terhadap kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh penempatan kerja, kompetensi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Musi Rawas secara langsung dan secara tidak langsung. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Musi Rawas sebanyak 40 pegawai. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah 1). Penempatan kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap motivasi dengan nilai koefisien jalur = 0,580. 2). Penempatan kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja dengan nilai koefisien jalur = 0,258. 3). Kompetensi berpengaruh langsung terhadap motivasi dengan nilai koefisien jalur = 0,521. 4). Kompetensi berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja dengan nilai koefisien jalur = 0,233. 5). Motivasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja dengan nilai koefisien jalur = 0,457. 6). Penempatan kerja secara tidak langsung berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi sebagai variabel intervening, dengan nilai koefisien jalur = 0,265. 7). Kompetensi secara tidak langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi sebagai variabel intervening, dengan nilai koefisien jalur = 0,238..
